HGH ideal dosage

From my understanding it partly depends on your weight. My coach has me on 5 units a day. When possible split in half 4 to 5 hours apart to extend its duration of activity.

If it’s good Hgh 3.33 like eddie said.

That dose also avoids most of the side effects like carpal tunnel.

You can go higher but that’s when you can start having side effects show.

I dosed 3.33 IUs a day for 4 months once daily in the morning and worked fantastic

If you're too fat without it I'd lose some of that weight first. 5ius ED is into CTS issues territory

When you said everyday, will it be fine to not to follow 5 days on 2 days off at the dosage or this protocol is for higher dosages.

You can do it with lower doses as well. Start with everyday protocol but after the first few months switch 5 day on / 2 off.

the fat loss with HGH doesn't start for atleast 2-3 months on and also it will be a slow process

you don't just start losing fat fast

Moreover, the use of HGH for weight loss has to be viewed as just a part of an overall healthy lifestyle that includes consistently clean dietary habits, weight training and cardiovascular exercise rather some some sort of panacea.

Are you actually saying that I can't just take drugs, sit on my fat ass and get jacked? What the f#ck is this bullshit!?!

Dude of course you can I shoot 15IUs of HGH right before eating a dozen donuts for breakfast then watch reruns of jerry springer.

Lunch consists of 3 wendys triple stacks, fries, a super sized diet coke (because im in training ya know?) and 1200mg of tren ace

Dinner I have 2 whole deep dish pizzas and 200mcg of clen.

10% body fat!

Does that mean no In&Out Hamburgers? I love those...thank God they don't have any on this side of the country.

Living here in the Los Angeles area, where In&Out began, there are likely to be five In&Outs within a ten-mile radius of my house. Yet never have I stepped foot inside any of them. Yeah, I just don't see how anyone can make fried red meat, white flour and fried potatoes unique enough for me to want to eat it. Comme ci, comme ça, right?

I will, however, admit to not being able to resist In&Out urge. I just can't do it. I don't want to!

So wait, Mr. Eddie The Gonorrhea Clown...are you telling me that you've been living in the Los Angeles area for many years and you have never eaten an In&Out Burger? Have you ever eaten any form of hamburger?

Odd, huh?

Have you ever eaten any form of hamburger?

Sure. Over the decades, I've likely consumed a few dozen extremely lean, charbroiled patties served between whole wheat buns, but devoid of fried French fries. I'm so anal about food. ;-(

It’s part of an 8 month contest prep. It’s on top of a pretty hefty stack in preparation for a contest at the end of March. My diet is 2700 calories, fat 80 grams, carbs 200 g, protein 275 grams. My coach is an IFBB pro. At two months the fat loss is very impressive with 11 weeks until competition and so far no signs of carpal tunnel. (Just iPhone thumb from texting too much)

What about cheesecake? I want some cheesecake too!

exactly and i dont think a lot of people realize that... it can even take longer than that for some... great point brother.. i find myself having to bring that up often because there's just a huge misconception on hgh in general out there.. you have to really understand it or you could end up disappointed...

Exactly...it's a very long term commitment. If one can't commit to at least 6 months of continuous use, I just don't see the benefit of even starting it.

Yea I tell everyone minimum 4 months at 3.33IUs so you can get a taste of the healing, skin, and other benefits along with the start of the fat loss and if you like it (and your stuff is legit) keep on going.

People look at the price tag though and try to take short cuts and run 2-3 months then complain that they didnt see anything. Ya well its not AAS but it also isnt suppressingg the shit out of you where you need to run a PCT, get bloods done religiously for estrogen, lipids, etc.

Like PSLs Somatropin 200 kits. Buy 10 kits thats $1550. That will essentially last you a year if you do 3.33IUs 5 days on 2 days off. Thats less than what most people spend on starbucks a year....

Exactly my view. Prioritize the things that are important to you.
