1st cycle

Should I do my first steroid cycle 10 or 12 weeks? I'm only planning to do a test. E only cycle including the things used to prevent side effects. I haven't listed more details about myself because I'm still in the process of researching. My goal though is to one day compete in Men's Physique though.

I always recommend twelve weeks for a first cycle, but it doesn't really matter. Do whatever it is you are comfortable with.

i mean 10-12 is fine... i generally prefer 12 on a longer ester but you can pick either... 12 at 350-500 is more than sufficient brother

the shorter the better for recovery. once you get closer to 14 or 16 weeks it becomes very tough to recover

Good. The better shape you start with the more noticeable/visible the gains will also be.
+ The lower you body fat is the less aromatization also.
