Dbol has a very short half life. You should certainly be noticing something after 7 days if your dbol is legit

Here's a thought, message the source with blood work to confirm instead of posting on the forum when no one can validate what you're claiming, he's very easy going and will help out, he's simply a reseller he can't control what the lab produces. In any case, I find it hard to believe since he is one of the top Australian suppliers and almost no one fakes/underdoses dianabol of all things but we're human and labs aren't perfect.
