This will be my 3rd time doing a bulk cycle.
First cycle: 250 test and 20mg DBol
2nd Cycle: 400 Test, 40mg DBol, 300 DECA
New Cycle will be 500 Test and 60mg DBol
Starting weight will be 168lbs aiming to reach 195lbs this time around
Diet is 400g carbs/80g fat/200g Protein
Will be bumping the calories up around 500 everytime I plateau
Training currently is Legs, Chest, Back and Shoulders, Arms, Legs 2 days rest
It's been my most effective way to train for the past few years and I see the most gains with this split.
My main goal is to try and get to 200lbs lean by next summer
