This will be my 3rd time doing a bulk cycle.
First cycle: 250 test and 20mg DBol
2nd Cycle: 400 Test, 40mg DBol, 300 DECA

New Cycle will be 500 Test and 60mg DBol

Starting weight will be 168lbs aiming to reach 195lbs this time around

Diet is 400g carbs/80g fat/200g Protein
Will be bumping the calories up around 500 everytime I plateau

Training currently is Legs, Chest, Back and Shoulders, Arms, Legs 2 days rest
It's been my most effective way to train for the past few years and I see the most gains with this split.

My main goal is to try and get to 200lbs lean by next summer

Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

psyllium husk?

@Clarkie this is a nice setup here. i would recommend though adding some proviron always with nandrolones. it helps keep things balanced

bulk cycle are always fun. make sure you kill it on the food. high quality and high nutrient foods will grow you @Clarkie

test and dbol is a great stack for mass nad bulking but its too much water retention. you should use tbol over dbol this time IMO @Clarkie

@Clarkie bros you looking sweet! the test and dbol is gonna blow you up. eventually though you want to get off so many aromatizing compounds and try others .. EQ for example and even tren are still great for bulking
