Good doses for good gains

I have heard several friends gaining 30-70lbd.s on there bench press by using some average doses of Test, EQ, Winny (this was mostly their first cycles though). And some others using some D-bol, Test, tren. I am just wondering what type of strength gains some of the users have typically gained.. and how much the strength increase drops as you get more experienced and stronger.

I'll ask you a question. It sounds like you've never used or, indeed, trained. Is that right?
 
30-70 pounds on the bench is a lot of weight to add for 1 cycle. those are gains you want to achieve for the course of several years, not in 3 months

your friends are not people to be getting advice from if they are actually doing that.. it tells me they had no strength to begin with. gaining strength that rapidly is awful on the soft tissues
 
Your goal, while imo achievable, is very uninformed. Adding that much weight in that little time will destroy your joints and tendons. As AAS will not strengthen them as fast as muscle. Imo you WILL destroy your shoulders..

That being said. . . 2+g of test a bunch of tren, halo, and mibolerone will help you achieve that.
If you can handle it.. and u can’t.

Dude you told me too late. I already pinned all of that just now plus an extra gram just in to be sure. I also took all the pills....like, all of them....

Steroids are enzymes. The speed up reactions but don't cause reactions. They basically make what you are already doing right work even better.

Steroids without a proper diet and training foundation won't do anything for you

I guess you're too young and barely even started training and not progressing because of a terrible protein shake diet and training methods if any ..
