First Cycle - Steroids or SARMS?

I've been looking for a couple of months now into steroids. I never used steroid, SARMS, or other drugs for sports.

However, I did use cannabis, cocaine, and MDMA in my life and i'm completely clean from it for a couple of years now.

I've never been a strong user of hard drugs i did it a couple of times (MDMA no more than 10 times with minimum 3 months between each roll to get my serotonin levels back to normal).

Cannabis on the other hand i have used during 7 years each day and switched to vaporizing at the end for healthier consumption and to clean my lungs and airways of all the nasty combustion. I did this to reverse the effects of the years of combustion i did in the hope to purify my lungs back to normal.

Now I stopped 1 year already and i'm completely clean i can say i'm training more seriously than ever and have very strong lifts under my belt especially for my height and weight. I'm 27 yrs old and 5'8 tall and weigh around 190LB. My current strongest lifts are 420lbs squat/485 deadlift/285lbs benchpress/155lbs overheadpress. Although i don't have the ultimate physique yet i throw that on poor genetics.

My body looks quite impressive and very bulky on the top especially my chest. Sometimes i find my chest overdeveloped for my length. You could say i have a powerlifting kind of chest. Frankly, my biceps and forearms are underdeveloped compared to my chest. Although i do train my arms once per week correctly they just don't size up and always lacked in size.

I do think i'm weak on smaller muscles. When you take a look at how much my overheadpress and benchpress is to my other lifts there is a significant difference. I also have a feeling that i'm quite sensitive to gyno. Maybe that's because of my cannabis consumption in the past.

Now that my stats and background are clear i would like to ask what i could be taking to achieve a nice shredded look, more bulk in my biceps and forearms, and increased vascularity. I estimate my fat percentage around 12-15%, a cutting agent would be nice, just keep it anti-gyno i don't want my chest to grow even bigger it's already too much now they need to be more aesthetic.


Curious about the advice.

If you have an addictive personality you need to make sure you are mentally ready for anabolics.

IMO you should give yourself more time of consistently dieting & training B4 running anything.

My goal is not to drop body fat but to increase definition and muscle size in smaller muscles. Improving recovery of those muscles is probably a good solution.

From the looks of my current lifts i don't think you are aware of how serious and consistent i am training.

My diet is not a problem either body fat will keep dropping i'm currently cutting to make myself ready.

To be clear i didn't touch cocaine for 5 years already and never purchased it myself i was getting it for free from friends.
 
you shouldn't feel bad for mentioning this

i know so many people with addictions, they are a bitch to overcome. a lot of my good friends are sadly addicted to nicotine and have tried to quit on numerous occasions with no success. they are going to die young and die a painful death. knock on wood i tried smoking a few times and found it disgusting enough to never touch it again. i can't stand being around smoking at all. but what if i had took a liking to it? best thing with addictions is don't get into the habit in the first place

First of all I am very happy to hear that you've managed to overcome those bad habits and it's great to see you are taking these steps to improve your health and well-being and get your body in shape!
To be honest I would not recommend you to take anything nor do I think you even need to take anything to achieve your goals.

What you need to do is to get on a training program and let the diet do it's job.
You get definition by leaning out. There are no magical exercises to bring definition into muscles. It's genetic but body weight also plays a huge role in it.
But once you start getting leaner the muscles will start showing up more and more. That's for sure.

It's time to start your journey to a leaner and healthier physique and I want to wish you the best of luck for that quest!
 
Guys don't treat me like a 18 yrs old kid or someone with no experience in training.

I'm training for a long time now and know enough about serious programming and proper dieting.

If i'm asking for advice about steroids/SARMS don't start giving me advice on how i should train or diet instead.

I want advice on what i could take as a first cycle and achieve the most results out of it regarding the details i mentioned above.

I want increased vascularity and muscle repair in order to add more bulk in my arms. I might be sensitive to gyno. I have been advised a 250/200 Test-E/Mast-E cycle.

I agree with you partly. Unfortunately i receive the WORST answers.

I'm currently on a cutting diet and my body fat will keep dropping to 10-12% (shouldn't be that more than enough?)

its all about consistency and discipline.. its hard to say exactly where you are at right now from your post... people are ONLY looking out for you, not being pricks to you... the difference here is that people want to make sure you are doing everything right so you dont end up hurting yourself... 190 is good size for your height... if you want to post up a picture, i can give you a body fat estimate and advise you where to start but i personally feel sarms would be a better way to start

lifts are fine... im not real worried about that... its more so your body fat etc so i can make the right recommendation, but yes, they are good... so if you go to tinypic.com and upload your picture then paste the FORUM CODE in your post, it will put up the pic

Really comes down to what are you looking for?

Example I am 6'9" tall. First pic is after a sarms cycle weighing in at 250 pounds give or take. Second pic is after a test only 500mg/week 12 week cycle weighing in at 282 pounds. The sarms cycle I added strength but cut body fat as well. With the test cycle I added a lot of size and strength but sacrificed some definition. Also sarms need a shorter and more simple PCT, AAS needs a lot more.

I don't think those lifts are THAT big.... I'm ten pounds lighter than you and I can beat everyone of those.... And the bench by 50 lbs (335).... Granted yes you are natty I understand so i'll give you that.... But I don't think those numbers are otherworldy even for a natural..... It really depends. I've seen 190 lb guys that looks like 187.2 lbs of boiled shit.... And then i've seen some 190 lb monsters... I'm sure with those lifts you're looking pretty good....

So here's my .02.... Fuck SARMS... I'm just not on board with it, and I know that alot of the bros on here are. But for some crazy reason I look better than most all those dudes. It's a bridge to more effective compounds.... Is gear less safe??? Ummm I dunno. I don't see alot of FDA Reports flying around about SARMS... Kind of an unregulated section of "quasi-gear"...... The shit I take is regulated. I know the dosage, and I know the sides..... And I for SURE know the effectiveness.... All my pics are posted in the "how swole is EVO" thread.. First post..... I figure if you are gonna take and/or inject your body with some shit a guy a few countries over told you is ok, then source the REAL shit you know is effective, and mitigate the risks from there...

I'd take 400 mg of Test weekly if I was you.... For 12 weeks.... That's it... Don't matter what type... Cypionate or Enanthate if you want to do TWO injects per week.... Propionate if you want to do eod injections or at a minimum M/W/F.....

Masteron I don't know why you'd want to do that, unless it's for the appetite.....

If you ABSOLUTELY wanted to do some type of stack, then i'd stack test (as above) with a mild oral like Anavar..... Do that for 12 weeks and I GUARANTEE your body will respond....

You will also need to use an AI of some sort... Aromasin, Arimidex.... Anastrazole.... All have their own ups and downs.... most take 1/2 tab every other day. I found that to be too much for me verified through blood work...

It is up to you if you want to take something,but if you decide to take then SARMS are better option for first time

When asking for advice it's best not to set rules for how you want to be addressed.

Okay it was a misreading on my part. No need to get aggressive here so calm down.
And going back to your original question I really don't know what kind of magic bean you are looking for in here?
There's no magic steroid that will give you those things you listed.

You get big arms by training them. You get vascular and shredded by dieting down to leaner body weight and that's it.
And just because you are acting like that I am not even gonna bother elaborating more on training and stuff.

What do you think my body fat is from the look of this picture (currently on creatine)...?

You have a good base. I would run some cardarine for 8 weeks and make an aggressive approach at fat loss.

That way you'll be lean and mean and ready to start a steroid cycle. The body grows best in a lean state. You will get more out of your steroid cycle by cutting down your body fat first
