Hey I have been lifting only for about 3 months and I take N O Xplode and like it alot, however i was wondering if anyone had any objections to this supplement or a suggestion for a better one. I also take a basic protein. Also, I was wondering if anyone ever took cellmax? Any information will be greatly appreciated. THANX

NoExplode is a preworkout - and there's zero need for such a product.

If you are just starting out, then I would stick with your 'bread and butter' supplements like fish oil, creatine, greens and a good quality whey protein isolate

I don’t like pre workout mix but I do take something I put together my self. It is way cheaper too and I feel good with it.

5g creatine mono
5g L glutamine
Extreme Caffeine pill
Flush form niacin pill

After workout
5g glutamine
30-60g whey isolate protein

using a pre workout actually is counter productive to your workouts believe it or not

And the worst part is some people can become so addicted to these pre-workouts that after using them for a certain amount they develop this some sort of paranoia or something that they actually can't get or they start believing that they can't get a good workout anymore if they didn't took these crazy hype products.

Your concentration should be on your food intake. That's what will dictate your results. If you choose to take a preworkout such as this, that's fine if you need it. Most people do not. I do use one regularly, but I also work out every day at 5AM, and that little boost helps significantly.

I don't have an issue with what you are using. If it is working for you now then don't change anything. I personally only use a cup of black coffee before training on days I am lagging.

Exactly. I used to take a preworkout every workout. Once one would start to lose its effectiveness I'd switch it up. I think part of of it was physical but a lot was mental. I had myself believing that I couldn't get a good work without it.

I haven't take a preworkout in over a year. Occassionally I'll drink a black coffee on my way to the gym if I'm dragging a little.
