Hgh pain

About a week ago I came off a light cycle of HGH 3iu 5 days on 2 off for a total of 100 iu. About half way through both shoulders began hurting while bench pressing so I assumed it was excess water retention in the joint but now I've been off for a week and it still hurts like hell. (only when benching) Assuming the pain was brought on by the HGH how long does it take to get better? I'm sure its not a tear or any thing like that because I havn't been going that heavy. This really sucks! Any advice appreciated. Thanks

HGH can cause joint pain if you start off with the dosage too high. If you stopped or lowered your dosage things will return back to normal in a few weeks.

HGH is meant to be ran long term. 6 months minimum. Start with 1iu and SLOWLY increase dosages over the many months and you shouldn't have this issue.

HGH is the most misunderstood compound out there. I'd say 75% of people don't run it correctly.

should pain from benching my guess is you tore your rotator cuff.. i really hope i am wrong and it is something else but that is a very common injury. half the guys who lift decently heavy in the gym have some sort of rotator tear if they did an MRI believe it or not. when it keeps tearing more over time you will eventually need surgery if you don't ease up

im not so sure i would attribute it to the hgh... if you over do it, like cbbram said, then it can cause joint pain but it kind of sounds like something the bench press could have caused as well... one of the reasons i hate bench press is it can tear up your rotators and at times, shoulders, depending on form etc...

This could most definitely be a factor...

Unless you are using massive doses which you are not...HGH is much more likely to improve join and tendon health and reduce pain in those areas.
On a side note, I see more people injured during bench pressing then any other exercise. This is the reason I haven't done barbell benching in 10 years. I only use dumbbells for benching mostly because of the fear of injuring myself now that I am in in my 40's.

Bench press is a big possibility of being the culprit here. I agree. I've seen it happen far too many times. Especially with those that go heavy to failure often.

The other thing that I find totally retarded, is people going with 1RM's when they aren't serious powerlifters. OK, I get it...if you are into powerlifting and you are willing to take the risks, then go for it. But for body builders that are looking to improve the size of their muscles, super low reps does NOTHING for you other than significantly increase the risk of injury. I wish more people would use their head, instead of their ego when lifting. I won't attempt to lift anything that I can't move at least 8 reps...and usually closer to 10-12 reps. People always ask me how much I can bench, or how much can I squat...I tell them I don't know, and I don't care to know. What I do know, is that I can push 115lbs dumbells benching for 8-10 clean reps.

How long have you been benching? Was it incline, that hits rotator cuff more...on me anyway so i dont do it heavy at all IF at all unless its only a slight incline
