Blood test results

My SHBG is 59 and estrodoil is 53. Cortisol is 23. ALl on high end. 28 year old health male with prohormone use for YEARS. never really did a pct.

Anyways, total test is 626. Problem is, my skin flushes easilyand histamine release....that normal for estrogen problems, etc...What can I take to get this back on track? Supplement advice and is this known side effects that i am having. I have hot flashes kinda, and skin turns red on heat and eyes are also red? Let me know.
