I'm not too bad at reading bloods and have a basic understanding, but I know some of you have been in the game longer. I thought I’d ask for some veteran suggestions and advice.

I’m planning to go back on Anavar soon, but my liver values are slightly off.

I’ve already picked up TUDCA, NAC, and milk thistle, and I’m doubling down on vitamins and minerals as well. Based on my blood work, is there anything else you'd suggest?

For context, the blood work below is from my current TRT dose (which I’ll be lowering soon, based on advice from some of you legends). But my post-cycle was 8 weeks before this, and it looked like this:

Past Cycle
Week 1–8:
  • 50mg Anavar daily
  • 700mg Testosterone Enanthate weekly
Week 8–15:
  • 50mg Anavar daily
  • 700mg Testosterone Enanthate weekly

Current Cycle
Week 1–8:
  • 200mg Testosterone Enanthate weekly

Right now, I’m in a bit of a maintenance phase due to some work injuries I’ve picked up, but I’m hoping to start another cycle in the next few weeks give or take depending on how things go. Planning on going for a heavy bulk, as long as I don’t get into too much shit at work.

Totally understandable about not wanting to post your personal information. One of the things you can do is black out the name and then snap a pic with your phone then upload that pic directly from your phone in the future.

For context, the blood work below is from my current TRT dose (which I’ll be lowering soon, based on advice from some of you legends). But my post-cycle was 8 weeks before this, and it looked like this:







Right now, I’m in a bit of a maintenance phase due to some work injuries I’ve picked up, but I’m hoping to start another cycle in the next few weeks give or take depending on how things go. Planning on going for a heavy bulk, as long as I don’t get into too much shit at work.

Hey brother those test levels are too high for trt.. drop back to 125mg a week and split the dosage MWF and see where that gets you. Gets me high end reference e2 and slightly above reference for free test, I could actually drop to 100mg. You're running too high, not healthy long term.
