Blood Work High natural estrogen. Want to start cycle

I want to start pinning 300mg of test E, age 21, 15% bodyfat (visible abs and shoulder vein, etc)

BUT

My estrodial is through the roof. Which is obviously really bad. It's just my genetics because i don't drink or do anything to have high E.

Would like to have you guys input on this matter.

You know? If you’re living clean and your body is naturally set up to run a bit higher e2, I wouldn’t call that “bad”. It’s just how you are. I’m a fairly high aromatizer and I have never ever been anything anyone would describe as feminine.

HOWEVER, I started trt at age 40 and I struggled with e2 side effects for a long long time and it really wasn’t cool. The body acne sucks, but the subtle mental effects; negative thoughts, anxiety, less control over my emotions, all of that was a problem.

Another thing to consider is that you’re quite young still. When I was 21 my beard hadn’t even fully grown in yet, but I already had a career, a kid, a house etc. I thought I was grown af, but I was not yet. Had no idea I was still growing into a hyper masculine man. I also slowly and naturally became quite a bit more muscular from the years of extreme hard labor.

This e2 thing you see on your bloodwork could be an artifact of the laaaaaaaast bit of puberty. I wouldn’t mess with that yet. If I was you I would do exactly what I did. Keep it natty, eat like a beast, and work that body relentlessly. And get a few more blood tests along the way. I’d give my left nut to be able to go back and look at periodic bloodwork through my late teens and early adulthood.

Do you use cannabis by chance?

No, you spoke from the heart and that is and always will be appreciated. And what you said is objectively the better thing to do. I know what I'm doing is wrong and bad for me in the long run.

Would like to have you guys input on this matter.
What exactly do you want to know? Do you have existing high E2 side effects from puberty etc? You may need an AI more than the next guy but you can figure that out as your progress with the cycle. Make sure you have your AI and SERMs ahead of time since you're dead set on doing it anyway. That's the only thing I can think of.

I would take 150mg every 3 days and on those days take 0.5 arimidex. After 9 weeks get your bloods done to see how you are going. Then look @ your pct.

welcome to the EVO family :D @Anabolicfan
Your estradiol at 196 is elevated, especially with SHBG at 20 and total T at 20, and at 21 years old with normal LH and FSH you are producing fine naturally.
Starting 300 mg test with already elevated e2 and prolactin slightly high is how you increase risk of gyno, mood swings, and water retention fast.

Before you even think about pinning you need to post a full training and diet log with daily food, bodyweight, sleep, stress, and symptoms so we can see why e2 is elevated and whether it is body fat, lifestyle, or lab timing related.
Right now adding test is the last thing you should do without that baseline. this is an honest answer! 15min of your time start the log please.

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight, height, age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

you're only 21 years old. Your body is still developing. Your brain is still developing. Your reproductive system is still developing. Getting numbers like this is great but at the same time it can be counterproductive.

I never got my hormones checked at 21 years old. I was more worried about other stuff. I didn't get my first hormone blood work done until I was in my late 20s and started using steroids.

if you're worried about your blood work now, then imagine what will happen after you use steroids. Your testosterone levels are going to plunge like a rock.

So the biggest issues I'm gonna face are gyno, acne, water retention, and mood swings. In return I get jacked and fill out my t shirts as well as have the confidence to walk out in t shirts in the summer

Welcome to EVO bro!

Let's get a log posted up for you. Follow @LevButlerov's how-to guide. It will be important because this has GYNO written all over it. You'll have to start an AI before you even start a cycle. With GYNO you won't want to walk around in that t-shirt you're picturing, trust me because I have it, so let's start smart and get our ducks in a row first.

Do you still want to have kids? I recommend becoming as learned as possible on steroids in this order:

  1. PCT (after steroid usage how can you come off in a healthy way to get your natural test, hormones and HPTA back up and running)
  2. Diet/Supps (we must see you have this dialed in with the proper macros, calories and supplements specific to your goal)
  3. Training (we need to make sure you're training is consistent and proper)
  4. Steroids (then, if you trust this forum which you should, we will get you squared away for a proper cycle suited and tailored to you)

I know taking exo test is unwise but I've made my mind up on it. I do appreciate your message. I don't do any drugs including alcohol.
Bros, if you made up your mind then hit it but keep this cycle eight weeks or less. Maybe do short esters.

if you already have high estrogen, then starting a cycle could be risky. You can end up really sending your estrogen sky high and definitely run an AI.

I mean even without juicing i need to take an ai
