Clenbuterol long term

I've read quite a lot articles about clenbuterol and since I've never used it before, I'm most concerned about it's side effects. There are plenty of short-term side effects, but I couldn't find any information on long term, permanent side effects. To be more precise, how much damage would I make to heart if I would run it for 2x2 weeks? I know that I should take 5000 mg of Taurine and 1000 mg of Potassium with it, but still: should I be worried?

ANyh exposure to it can cause irreversible harm. SOme have run it with no issues others have had issues from day 1 its really a crap shoot which is why many guys on this forum will not recommend its use.

Having said that there is risk with any compound it really comes down to is it worth it to try and cut weight/fat with clen? I really dont see its use unless you are competing and trying to get really low BF but thats just me.

Having tried clen for 2 weeks I literally couldnt stand it the sweating, jitters, sleeplessness, cramping, etc. This was at 80mcg a day so not even a crazy high dose.

the amount you would have to use in bodybuilding to get the results you are looking for would most certainly cause some major heart issues which can be confirmed with bloodwork and checking your lipids.

i also highly suspect it does damage to your gut health as well, although that is hard to prove. my suspicion comes from the reports of heart burn and other stomach problems while using it.

As stated, the long term damage is a genetic crap shoot, but isn't really worth risking your heart health for?

Clen is far too over-rated... absolutely horrible for your heart, with fuck all extra results to show for it. Defintely doesn't make getting lean any easier

Really it is not good for heart?

Do you mean 4 weeks?? What is 2x2 weeks? That’s not even a long time but clen is overrated anyway. Don’t bother. Get some cardarine instead.

I think he means 2 weeks on 2 weeks off and repeat. I agree cardarine or sten way better options.

Clen is awful. The results are really not worth the headaches, cramps and shaky hands you will experience while using it.Just add more cardio or lower calories.
