Managing blood pressure on cycle

I'm currently on test c 500mg a week. I wasn't having issues for the first 4 weeks, I stayed right at 125/80 for the most part. But today i had a dr appointment and my BP was 170/80. I had just taken pre workout, ate, and some chewing tobacco so I dunno if that affected it or not

Are you taking an AI? Any bloodwork done to check estrogen levels?

By week 5 the test is fully built in your system so if not taking an AI then that could be your problem as if you estrogen is out of control it will cause high BP.

If on an AI then thats weird but I would def track as thats really high.

Do I need to take n2guard even if I'm only on test c? I got my blood results yesterday and everything was normal except my BUN and creatinine levels were high. Estradiol and luteinizing hormone was low but everything else was normal. I've never had issues with BP, I usually run at 115/80. Even on my try dose of 200mg a week I still stayed at 120/80. Can preworkout and tobacco really increase BP that much? Maybe I need to ditch the preworkout.

Yes I've been taking aromasin 10mg ed since start of cycle.

Preworkout can raise it for sure. It's also high for a little while after a workout

Nicotine does raise it as well

Yes tobacco and pre workout can affect it, these things can raise it heaps. So many factors can. You ever checked your bp after a workout? Or if you stand up too quick ? Or if you are nervous ? You will get pretty alarming figures...

This is why you need to get an average over the day. Check first thing in the morning, check after you've had lunch or whatever, check just before you go to bed. Never rely on one reading. If you are consistently getting high results, then there is an underlying issue

Bro You just answered your own question I think.

Get your blood pressure checked first thing in the morning on empty stomach. Anything you eat or drink can affect it, like coffee, chewing tabacoo [emoji6]

Preworkouts can definitely spike your bp since they usually have caffeine and other stims

I apologize if I sounded stupid, I just had no idea preworkout would shoot it up that high, kinda seems like preworkout does more harm than good.

On a positive note my testosterone was >1500. And I was a little skeptical if itd really be as strong as everyone says but PSL is definitely legit. Not that I didn't believe everyone, just nice to be able to see it myself, they have a life long customer here.

And visiting a doc too.

Missed the preworkout....

Thats why i was saying just track it. When I go to the doctors mine will be elevated because I hate going lol.

Add in preworkout and other factors and yea it can get that high. Main thing is tracking it over the course of a day and see where you are. Occasional spikes are normal but consistent is where its a concern.

Yep. Their test put me over 3000 and the EQ made me lose hair. It's legit. Lol.

Getting ready for work today I took it at Walmart and it was 173/90. Should I stop my cycle of test or just make an appointment with my dr next time im off? Just so frustrating cause I've always had perfect bp. Just want to make sure this isn't some medical emergency and just a side effect of test.

I believe I've found the culprit. I was introduced to kratom earlier this week. Did a little research and apparently kratom can cause an increase in bp. So being on cycle and throw that in there probably will make it skyrocket. Should've done more research, I was told it was good for sleep, guess I'll throw that shit in the trash.

kratom will tell your brain you aren't in pain, when your injury is still present. that is how you cause an injury to become chronic and crippling.

i don't advocate medicating with painkillers in our game. now if you are 70 year olds in a wheel chair then i can get it. but why would a 35 year old who loves sports fuck their body up?
