Yea but they are way different in actual dosage. I used to walk across the border and buy roche 10 mgs punchouts. They are comparable in feeling to a Xanax Bar which is 2mg
I’d personally say 10mg valium would equal 1-1.5mg xanax. Let’s say 10mg equals a 2mg xanax bar. Pop’n 3 x 10mg valium equivalent to 3 bars (6mg) of xanax at once could put you in a catatonic state

Benzos are no joke, they are addicting and they can be harder to get off than Heroin. The withdrawals suck ass... anxiety, depression, insomnia, agitation and worse. You don't want to go down that road, believe me.

Where I live far, far too many of the lads use Tramadol, Diazepam and claim it's to self treat 'anxiety'. In reality they forget that there use of coke is why they're also needing this shit.
I'm lucky that even when prescribed Tramadol for my 2016 back issues I had zero issues coming off. Ditto Codeine etc.

Holy shit that's crazy you will be addicted and the withdrawal will be intense! You should be a walking zombie the morning after , and your sleep quality would be shit. Get watch or strap with a sleep tracker...
i've written about this many times
needing an upper (caffeine, coke, etc) to wake up
and needing a downer (sleep or psych drugs) to go to sleep
is WEAK and UNBALANCED. people that do this live less long for a reason. it drastically shortens your lifespan and quality of life
you need to work on balance in your life. now some people are so fucked up that they need drugs forever, i get it. maybe they got butt fucked by their dad when they were 10 or something or some other horrible event thats made them messed up. but every person can work on balance regardless and wean off those drugs. good luck is all i can tell you

Dude, look up tardive dyskinesia. It’s what happens to folks who take benzodiazepines long term. Valium is one of the biggest ones. Search YouTube to see it in action. If that does not make you want to stop that nonsense, then I don’t know what would.

Tardave dyskinesia is from anti-psychotic medication like seroquel, they lower Ur dopamine and eventually after years when u get off Ur dopamine is high and u get facial tweaks.
Iv been on xanax and dexamphetamine for the most part of 2 years. With a few months here or there off the stuff.
Even after months being on daily xanax, .5 twice daily. Plus valium as needed. Psych said just take 5mg valium for a week and stop xanax and I had zero withdrawals....
Iv used my 3 month supply of xanax in 1 month and never had withdrawls.
However it fuks with Ur memory.
Also dexamphetamine eventually makes u a robot.
U can't compare xanax to valium... That just doesn't work... 50mg valium won't compare to 1mg xanax in terms of taking away the 'crazy' thoughts. And putting u to sleep if need be.
I'm off xanax, and I'm off dexamphetamine right now.
Ill be honest, it's fun for a while but fuk being normal is under rated.
Being med free...
Same goes for blasting cruising that's a big decision.
Life can end up a spiral of Meds and steroid injections, just to make Ur full fill Ur deep psychological problems of being big.
