Week 5 update - Test/EQ/Primo/Tbol

Hey All,

Sorry for being a week late, I wanted to post after week 4 but time slipped away.

So to recap

350 Test/wk 1-16
600 Primo wk 1-16
750 EQ wk 1-16
Tbol 40mg/day 6 weeks.

5th cycle

Starting Weight: 205lbs 12% BF

Current weight:220lbs ?? BF

Yeah...so ive gained a fuckton of weight. Probably mostly water, I started to get a little sensitive to the AI's(estrogen crashing bigtime) so I backed off them a bit, so im guessing im holding a lot of water. But on the bright side, jeans still fit around the waist - the same jeans that fit me when I was around 195 and shirts are tight up top with lots of room in the midsection so not gaining too much bodyfat.

Strength has been absolutely through the roof. Im PR'ing the most weight ive ever lifted across the board. Every single body part is starting to develop, my shoulders probably have made the most improvement, chest and legs coming in second and my back is still lagging a bit but starting to make some more progress there. Very happy with what the tbol has done for me so far!

Im still taking in about 3500-4000 cals a day, all food. no shakes, bars artificial stuff. Every meal is about 50g Protien/50-60g carbs, with my post workout pushing 100g of carbs.

I do feel sore and exhausted all the time though, which is odd but nothing I cant med myself through - just thought I would have this endless energy...again no big deal. No other sides to report at this time.

Will do another check in week 7-8! Thanks for all the help and support!
 
you can't have energy when you are eating so much food and are gaining so fast. it is putting your organs through the ringer

you need to get on n2guard and i would recommend fasting for a day or two asap to give your body a break. you will feel better. you might want to also cut the cycle short.. 16 weeks is too long regardless. in fact if i was advising you i would tell you to shorten the cycle for sure. very hard and difficult to recover after that long on
 
I would be open to a 2 day fast for sure. I do think clearing things out would be super helpful. Would you also recommend taking 2 full days away from training during these two days and just focusing on recovery?

I was afraid the lethargy was due to the food/substances/growth. I do want to see how I start to feel after the tbol is done before I consider cutting the cycle short. Right now the lethargy is manageable just because im not traveling for work and dont have to go back to the office until fall. I'm getting 1-2 small naps a day which helps.

It is a lot of food, but honestly I could probably eat double this, I just have always been a good eater

That actually looks like an effective cycle, but with that much EQ and an oral, you better get on some N2GUARD my friend.

I do have AI's as a part of my cycle I take 1mg 2x. week on shot days. When this is done ill go back on to TRT.

yes taking 2 full days away from everything except water is great. it is a deload for your body. NFL players don't hit in practice during the season for a reason, back in the 80's bill walsh came up with that idea instead of pounding his players during the season in practice he rested them. and that is why the 49ers always got stronger as the season went on..
 
I know I would feel the same in that situation. Gaining really fast with a good amount of gear is going to cause that. Not to mention the energy it takes to digest that much food. I think a little break will be very beneficial. Take an extra day off or fast like mentioned before.
 
please explain? what was you AI dosage and how do you know you were "crashing big time"?

I originally started the cycle at 1mg anastrazole, 3 times per week. I know how my body acts at both low and high estrogen levels and the 3mg a week had me way too low. Symptoms for me are depression, low sex dive, unable to get a hard on, nuts hang high, lethargy.

Yeah that dosage was pretty high. I would have gone with 0.5mg.

too high. .5 eod of e3d if very sensitive.
