What is the proper dosage of Arimidex to use while on a Test Cycle 500mg/wk? Also should it be started immediately on the cycle or after a few weeks. The sides i usually encounter on test are water retention and bloating.

For arimidex 0.25mgs EOD is a good start, don't do ED until you see how your estrogen symptoms are.

generally a good starting point is .5 mg every other day but you have to assess your estrogen tolerance etc. from there...

Depends on how estrogen sensitive you are but .25-.5mg EOD is a standard dose. You will have to start low and get mid cycle bloods to see how that is treating you.
