controlling e2 can be a nightmare. there's no surefire right way to do it. blood work is the key. aromasin is better than arimidex because you don't get an estrogen rebound. most people on 200 test wont need an AI. id do some aromasin and get bloods. aromasin dosing is really person dependent man. I'd start with 12.5 mg e3d and go from there. again, blood work is a must here. sweet spot for e2 is 20-30 units.

I was on 150 test a week and my e2 numbers were in the 300's but felt fine.
Now im 4 weeks in doing 400 test a week. Still feel fine but I am getting some bacne and feeling fatigued. Nipples are fine. Getting my bloods done tomorrow morning. Will start my own log after I get my results.
