Well unfortunate and sad news i read this morning, we lost another one in the bodybuilding community, something needs change here, now i have no idea the history of his cycles, i would suspect based on his success with acting and bodybuilding, he probably did not use the conservative dose protocol, I suspect lots of abuse with gear, either way it is sad and unfortunate.

Everyone thinks it can’t happen to them until it does

This guy looked strong and amazing on the outside but on the inside he was dying.
This is why taking bloods and lipids seriously is important

I am happy seeing you comment on this steve and i absolutely agree! I preach and practice bloods and lipids and managing them carefully, also a reason why i speak about conservative/reasonable dosages while running cycles.

I actually got my heart scanned and screened very early on after i think my first or second cycle, heart had no defects, no underlying conditions, heart and lungs looked perfect from what the doctor told me, wether it remains that way only time will tell.

I took getting into this and on cycle seriously, i even took it a step further and while i haven't used it yet, i got prescribed a statin atorvastatin to be exact, because of the ability to control cholesterol, reduce oxidative stress on the organs and body, and it can prevent heart attacks and strokes, some people might not agree with that method, it is is one im comfortable taking and deploying if and when i need it.

I would rather be proactive not reactive, guys think this is a game especially the noobies, it is not when your playing with your life, im curious if he was on a statin or what his actual cycles looked like.

I do routine blood work atleast 3 times a year minimum.

Heart issue likely from the COVID "vaccine" that's been happening a lot lately. The build up of clots in the system after the injection is what's causing this, clearly.

Well i wont debate that because that vaccine i never trusted from the jump and alot of deaths occurred after people took the jab

It's not just bodybuilders dropping dead after COVID vaccine, it's soccer players and other athletes. My personal view.

A study would need to be done, a full-time study to see if it contributed, i know alot of people believed Joe asthetic it was a contributing factor, not sure if true or not.

I hate to see this. A lot of bodybuilders gone to soon. It’s easy to speculate the problems but we really don’t know for sure.

Honestly that and i also feel a statin is not a bad option as u get further into depending on the factors one has.

statin abuse leads to hella health complications and mostly unnecessary to use.

Could we not say the same about steroid use over time ? 10mg low dose statin i doubt will cause a ton of health issues, its not a permanent thing, i got it prescribed as a pre caution in advance just incase all else fails and need something to control possible sides from the gear once i get deeper into competition, id rather have it on hand then not on hand.

Yeah if they aren't death and you are under the care of a good quality doctor i see it as an assist, who knows how many could still possibly be here if they deployed them on a case by case basis.
