tb500 proper dosing for joints/repair

I’m 44 years old and the old tactics of using supplements for a joint repair Just doesn’t work for me anymore. I’ve tried all the supplements. They helped A LITTLE at first but now my pain came back 10-fold. Need your advice on tb500 for this purpose.
Do I run 10mgs a week and how long would work best? And do I need to stop training while on it or will I be okay ?

tb500 500mcg ED micro dose it with bpc 500mcg
 
In my opinion, you should push for 10 to 15 mg of first week before reducing the dose.
 
Peptides are not hormones. You need to get them in your system and it's actually better to front load them.
 
You won't go wrong at 2 mg per injection. A lot of times you can get away with it 2 or 3 times a week.
 
tb500 should be used with bpc for best results. they work well together!

What are your injuries? These peptides are good for soft tissue repair.

I will typically run 5mg/wk tb500 split into two 2.5mg shots. You could run 10mg for the first two weeks if you like then drop back to five.
I would run bpc157 at 500mcg/day along side it.
