I am being careful and easy with cardio right now, I am trying to get a really bad strain to heal up without compromising that part of my workout….tough freaking balance for sure
I have a bad glute strain right up around that butt bone! It is slowly getting better but damn it sure is in a bad spot. And a bad impingement in my right shoulder that I work around, itWith injuries for sure be careful.how bad is the injury and where usually? @MarkNV
