Yeah. It's amazing how the body can play tricks on you. All this stuff with the water weight and the glycogen, it's just the way the body was designed. I'm actually trying to have a measured cruise and get bloods to a good place for the next 8 weeks, then a strength focused mass gain. In the past I have ballooned up in weight, 20lbs in the space of 2 weeks, which wasn't fun or pretty, so doing my best to avoid that now. I'm only about 3 or 4 lbs up from my pre-stage weight currently

Go slow add more protein and carbs and you'll build out and refill, you can go very anabolic post show and build a lot of mass if you add high protein and high carbs @madcap71I'm actually trying to have a measured cruise and get bloods to a good place for the next 8 weeks, then a strength focused mass gain. In the past I have ballooned up in weight, 20lbs in the space of 2 weeks, which wasn't fun or pretty, so doing my best to avoid that now. I'm only about 3 or 4 lbs up from my pre-stage weight currently

Yeah, I don't need lifestyle coaching, it's a waste of money. I know enough now about nutrition, training, PEDs to go it alone. For accountability, I have pictures and the EVO family. You left your coach? good call @madcap71 EVO family has your back on this lets do ityou look amazing today!
It can be difficult/awkward parting ways with someone you have been working with on a personal journey for so long. But you are right, your direction is changing and he isnt a coach for that pathway you navigating now..Yeah, I don't need lifestyle coaching, it's a waste of money. I know enough now about nutrition, training, PEDs to go it alone. For accountability, I have pictures and the EVO family.
I've been with my coach nearly 5 years, so telling him I won't be renewing my subs felt like a breakup but it had to happen.
I have a great relationship with my coach and I'm eternally grateful for what we have achieved together, but I don't think he's taking me leaving well.
The ultimate goal is to start a family and I don't think I need to pay a bodybuilder £100 a month to achieve that.
You made the right call stepping away if you’ve learned enough and have EVO family for accountability. 5 years is a long run and you clearly absorbed the key parts. @madcap71Yeah, I don't need lifestyle coaching, it's a waste of money. You're a Brit like me. We can and DO show out faces ha ha.Realised no one is showing their face in their logs and I can't edit...great startI feel like a right boomer
Only just seeing this now. Fkin awesome dude! I did link to it in one of my logsHaha yes I'm British.
I listen to the podcast and followed Mobster over here from UK-Muscle
Probably meant what. Many, but NOT all, logs are competition or target specific. You'll know my main ones (inc UKM) are not. Yours doesn't have to be either.Works out at around:
2900 kcals (260p, 380c, 60f) TD
2600 (250p, 300c, 60f) kcals NTD
At the moment I'm pretty flexible around the diet. That's my day to day but if some days I don't feel like cream of rice, I'll have chicken and rice pre-workout, some days I'll feel like having a cereal bar post workout, so I'll pull some carbs out to make it fit but I'll be stricter once on prep.
I have a serious sweet tooth at the moment as well so I'll have a 7kcal jelly pot after the odd meal to scratch that itch.
Sorry, I don't follow your question on who I'm logging for?
Thanks dude.mobster is a good man. i've taught him half the stuff he knows lol![]()

SLU had some good synergy with retatrutide on prep. The combo of both kept me energised, well fed and not hungry. When I moved over to the oral version, I got up to 4mg a day at my highest. AM, midday, pre-workout, before bed. It's great stuffMaybe I like the fuller look and 'off season' look better but I like this look on you even more than at your show. You look freaky bro!

That's another one I'm looking into as well. Trying to decide which one is best for the basal metabolic rate and increasing it because I will never fuck with Clen, DHP, or any uncoupling agent or any beta-2 receptor agonist.I have mots C in the works now.
Yup we really need more megathreads but I'm all out of time daily lolThat's another one I'm looking into as well. Trying to decide which one is best for the basal metabolic rate and increasing it because I will never fuck with Clen, DHP, or any uncoupling agent or any beta-2 receptor agonist.
@madcap71 Any preference in injectable vs. oral?
