The good:
Carpel tunnel has seemed to disappear the last few days. I did lower my dosage to 5iu hgh pre bed and that seems to have helped. Last few nights I've upped it to 7.5iu.
My left glute strain i had from leg day has gone. However im not coping with other niggles. I swear its the worst part about not being in my 20s anymore.
The bad:
Training legs has been horrible lately. Im not too worried because they are my strong point anyway. I have shoulder pain and lower back pain so I am trying to train around it.
Maintaining 120kg has been hard again. Im down to 118.3kg. For me to stay at 120kg I have to devote my day to eating and feeling full.
