We don't have decent catfish up in the northeast. Striper season was slow but usually score a bunch of white perch ice fishing. Native trout in the mountains too small to eat @BodyMonster34 all the stock trout are farm raised garbage and look sick
bro dig up yard and use a hose to add water. then put in your own catfish. that what we do on ranch.

@ceo Keeping on the grind. i had 2 days this past week where i was gassed out, even before workout. im thinking of doing a deadload week as i've been pushing pretty hard for the past 10 weeks. lighter weight more volume and implement more full body, i have been enjoying kettlebell exercises and want to push those a little more, trad squats have been a neglected one due to my right shoulder pain during movement. i want to look into a SSB and try some Hatfield squats to keep the blood moving

Shoulder pain? Can you describe it? This might call for some BPC/TB/GHK-Cu therapy into your shoulder.

Yeah i've had it for a while. its basically in the right shoulder joint/rotator cuff area. the squat position is the one exercise that flairs it up. like everyones past, injuries that were never looked into, motorcycle accident, been thrown from atv's stupid kid shit really. i try to always do warmup movements pre lift but the squats just kill it for me. I don't know if it is a slap tear or an abnormal ac joint. never really had it looked at. I have heard talks about BPC but never tried it @HarleyGuy

It sounds more like a SLAP tear. If it's an abnormal AC joint you'd probably be sore just pushing down on the area anytime you put pressure on it and it would cause you discomfort just moving your shoulder joint around.

I'd ask your doc for an MRI of it to get it diagnosed as a slap tear because later on in life that's gonna be an issue bro. The MRI will take forever and in the mean I can tell you that I took BPC-157/TB-500/GHK-Cu at the highest dose I could afford for 3 months, along with megadosing collagen peptides after I literally tore both tendons in my elbow and I was back in the gym in 6 weeks. The doc said I'd be off for 6 months.

You'll wanna address that bro. And I'd stay away from heavy overhead presses in the mean time as well, especially if you can make your shoulder make that 'clicking' sound by just moving it around.

i appreciate the positivity!! I didn't like the 65's after pushing 80's last week but it happens sometimes. some days i'm terminator other days im someone totally different. I need to get my stress levels from work in check for sure. the last thing i have to dial in is stress and sleep @ROIDDERS

Yeah, can be a pain in the ass sometimes, insurance companies are always changing what the cover and the guidelines. my doc ran my lipids a few weeks back for me and insurance didn't cover it ($300) because it was done in the early spring all ready for the year. I can get lipids, e2, test, blood count, metabolic work done for like 120 thru quest.

I used one of the sources at the top just to try, pretty good. Bloods don't lie. A hair pricier than local source but had zero pip with pharmaqo test c, i mean zero, quads, delts glutes it doesn't matter. local gives a nice knot and some pip a day after rough oils. I'm sure there are a ton of UGL's around that are not so pronounced or advertised on this fourm but i think i'm at the point that an extra 20 bucks a vial is worth the PIP free. i'm sure someone else will chime in to agree. The Suck part is all the Fees and what not for having to use BTC

We pay extra at the movies for better seats and we pay extra for options on our cars. Couldn’t agree more to pay slightly more for what I inject into my body!

That’s a packed session and the numbers look strong across curls, rows, and pulldowns, you’re moving real weight with good volume. Treadmill after with that kind of energy is exactly the var kicking, pumps and drive go up and you just feel like tearing into it. Ride that wave and keep food high enough to match the work, you’ll keep filling out fast. :D Nice meal pics tasty!

It feels really good. I used to do 21's back when I was stationed in Germany. Usually a bunch of sets before going out to get a pump chasing tail. Just about a lifetime ago hahaha

Had a stomach thing going on this afternoon, almost didn't make it to the toilet twice. Wondering if the switch to reta did it or just a quick bug. Either way taking it easy tonight
Could just be a bug but retatrutide can definitely hit digestion hard the first days, so either one makes sense. Best move is keep fluids up, eat light and let it settle, you’ll know in a day or two if it was the switch or just bad timing.

That’s a big session, pulling 275 for reps and then piling on leg press and extensions after shows you had plenty in the tank today. Cardio hour post training on that incline is serious work too, no wonder you felt good getting food back in. Diet looks packed with protein between chicken, eggs, whey and molk, hitting over 2000 cals was exactly what your body needed after yesterday. Physique in the pic looks lean and strong, the work is paying off. :D

Good pressing today, that incline plate machine set with 230 for 11 and pushing 250 for 7 shows strength is right there even with the volume you ran. Superset work with rear delts and laterals balances the pressing nicely, and triceps got hammered with skulls plus cables so they’ll respond. The treadmill after that much upper work shows conditioning is holding up too, incline 9 at that pace for an hour is no joke. Solid session all around, pushing heavy but still covering pump and accessory work. :D

Strong session. Rows looked solid, moving up to 150 for 12 and holding good reps shows back strength climbing. High row machine at 160 for 9 is nice weight, those will thicken lats if you keep pressing it. Curls after all that pulling still hitting 45s is strong, arms will respond quick with that mix of volume and load. Treadmill work at incline 9 for an hour keeps the engine running, good balance. Food sounds on point, 2 straight days pushing protein is where growth shows up, just keep that streak going. :D

Im feeling really good on this light cycle, the var is settling in my day to day quire nicely along with the 400 test im making visible gains and volume, food is great. 5 weeks left then going to push cardio and get down to goal weight by beginning of the year. Then to plan for something great! @BodyMonster34

I'm working on finding a new career because the stress isn't contributing positively to my goals. I miss being an individual contributor. I moved into management about 2 years ago and it eats me up inside. I wanted to be able to help in a different way, a lot of my guys appreciate it but being the middle man as a foreman there are just too many politics and things that go against my core values. It's been really hard honestly. Hopefully soon i can move into a position where i can do my part and go home so i can focus on being a better father and husband than being worried about the next days problems at work. I have everything else dialed in, just looking for that last puzzle piece @stevesmi thank you Evo Family!

Incline press moving up to 175 for 8 and flat machine pressing 270 for reps shows chest strength is climbing well. Triceps got hammered with heavy overhead extensions and cable work, plus the rear delt superset gave good balance to the push session. Finishing with 45 minutes incline cardio after all that pressing is a strong effort for conditioning. :D I like the food keep sharing!

Any thoughts on adding gw on trt, i plan to be pushing the cardio post cycle.

Good move checking mid-cycle bloods, that’ll tell you exactly how the var and reta are treating your lipids and liver before you finish. Going from 400 test to 125 you don’t need to taper, you can drop straight to your trt dose and let your levels settle, the key is just giving it time before pulling labs again.

That’s a smart plan, giving it a good 8 weeks before bloods will show you a true picture of where you sit on trt. Cardarine gw is a solid add if you want to boost cardio while keeping recovery, especially when calories are tighter. You’re right, everyone’s body reacts differently, but you’re doing it the right way by tracking, learning and adjusting, and that’s why you’re progressing even as a beginner. :D
 
Not that day. Simply out of time to eat this day. Also how can I push 250g's protien in a window restriction (aiming for 5 hours) when as is, my digestion is slowed with reta? The body takes longer to digest proteins as is.
You can increase window to 6-8 hours and try liquid protein more.

Strong leg session with trap bar squats moving up to 285 lbs for 6 clean reps, that’s solid progression with good depth work. Leg press at 450 lbs and extensions finishing at 140 for near max reps shows you’re pushing heavy while still chasing volume. Calves and curls kept it balanced, and the ab work plus cable finish gave a full pump before hitting 40 minutes of cardio to wrap it up. :D
 
Cholesterol is taking a beating on orals. Liver enzymes are up too. Both have been higher not on anavar about a year ago. Any thoughts on anything I can do? I have 4 weeks left
Orals will always hit cholesterol and liver, so the best you can do now is damage control.
Add n2guard 7caps ed (n2guard.com), add in citrus bergamot for cholesterol, and use fish oil or krill oil at a higher dose.
Drop alcohol completely (you drink?), keep fats clean, and push fiber up with psyllium husk to help bring numbers back. @Warthog603

We all know going on blast or cycle that our ldl/hdl is going to take a shit. It's part of the game. What matters is the supps you take during and after and get them back in check before blasting again.

For the psyllium I put 15g in (along with 20g collagen and 20g creatine) with some Gatorade Zero and the trick for me at least is to stir the shit out of it super fast and then chug it all down fast literally while it's still spinning. Done and done. Make sure and fill the cup with water after because that crap will adhere to the cup through 3 dishwasher cycles LOL.

Worked pretty good in protein shake. Yeah, it should help with keeping my shit level 🤣. I'm just gonna send it. I don't want to screw up my 1st cycle, I've done everything I'm supposed to do.
