Approved Log Newbie Body Recomp Log - changing my life

Even after listening to the podcast on HGH and @LevButlerov saying its all about timing, I have learnt exactly that now lol

Difference with taking HGH fasted and not fasted (Fasted should have been my protocol given I want to lose body fat, I didnt fully understand timing till i took a step back and did a lot of reading, post me over shooting food intake) for me taking it just before eating helps me sleep like a log but sent my hunger through the roof where i couldnt fight the urge to eat, and unfortunatley went into pacman mode and shot past my calorie deficit by 700 calories :-(

This morning I decided to take it fasted on waking at 450am, no stupid hunger and a sense of calm, so this will be my protocol moving forward, but thinking I will split the dose into two, 1IU on waking and 1IU fasted before cardio.

Starting to see better form and strength in my workouts, half way through this program, I would really like to hit the 90KG mark over the next 6-weeks, then revisit weights program and PED protocol to move to a clean bulk if body composition is good enough; going to get a body scan next week which will be interesting (InBody 770 Body Scan) - for the Aussies its $60 https://elitebodycontouring.com.au/

17.3% is leaner than you thought and holding 2 kg heavier in a deficit points to water, aromasin EOD should help settle that. But you know your E2 levels now for sure?
Training looks solid, 65 kg close grip for 6 after treadmill warmup is strong and the curls plus cable work fill the arms out nicely. Selank doing its job is a win, and adding Anavar now will make it easy to see the difference in pumps and strength over the next couple weeks.
That app sounds handy for tracking pins, good tip. :D

Daily test pins should smooth things out, and bloods will tell you exactly where e2 is sitting so you’ll know if adjustments are needed. Knee acting up after the AI could be from joints drying out, that’s a common sign when e2 dips too low.
Tightening up the macros will give you a clearer picture on the weight drop, and the anavar kick even if it’s partly in your head is still good motivation, enjoy that drive. :D

Starting to see a little bit of progress!

Down to 96KG, haven’t been that since 2013.

Long week with travel interstate with 12 plus hour days of work, tested my ability to still show up, hit the gym and stay the course on healthy eating.

Lack of sleep impacted strength at the gym, and I bloody felt it.

250mg Test E per week, pin daily

10 mg Cardarine every day

I want to add 20mg Daily split into two doses, Morning & Afternoon – Start 27-9-25

Supporting with too many supps, once N2Guard Arrives I will be able to drop a few of them which will be good.

Made some Protein focused muffins, really good. See pics Protein 31g, Fat 22g, Carb 5.5g per serving.

Took my first small dose of Selank, mind was loud, and anxiety was up, it works well, turns down the noise and helped smooth the anxiety right out; from what I am reading its more of a take when needed scenario, dose was small at 250mcg, based on my first experience I am excited to see how it progresses.

I had my first session with the coach today, I have a lot to learn but exactly what I need to help keep me accountable and guide me to my goals! An absolute legend, thank you.

I know I need to get better at taking progress shots lol, standing up straight and so on

Yes, dropping test to 200mg and adding Masteron would help tighten up that e2 and bring SHBG up a touch. Keep Aromasin as is for now and reassess bloods in a few weeks. Upping Omega 3s is smart too, that’ll support HDL while you reset things.

Good work holding your loads after deload, that’s the right reset before starting progressive overload again. Keep T-bar rows tight to the chest with a slight pause at the top and aim to move from 27.5 kg to 30 kg within 3 weeks while maintaining clean form.

Add morning weight, sleep hours, and any joint soreness so you can track recovery quality against training load. Include energy rating, digestion notes, and e2 or pin timing if you’re running a cycle to keep all key variables consistent.

Right knee has always been an issue, but since being on Test E and the increase of E2 it doesn't bother me, up until recently with introducing Aromasin EOD, I can feel it hurt and need to be light on it, this only last a few hours then its back to normal again.

Tuesday was a rest day so no workout to report.

Sleep:

Energy:

Couple of nights with minimal sleep I still felt good with energy levels

Digestion:

Test - 280mg per week, .16ml per day - Just easier markings on Insulin Syringe - 8pm
Cardarine - 12.5mg daily morning - 7am
Aromasin - 12.5mg EOD morning - 7am
Anavar - 20mg daily split, morning 8am/afternoon 3/4pm
HGH 2IU split daily, fasted morning 5am with my Thyroxin, pre workout 6pmish with a protein shake, non workout days with dinner 6pmish
Reta 300mcg EOD 530am

Cycle Adjustment:

Anavar I hit 6-weeks next Saturday, at that point I was consider to drop it from my cycle.(considering keeping it in cycle 8-10 weeks as all markers are clean, and upping to 35mg per day)
EQ will be introduced this Saturday, will run 1:1? I will run this through to end of November if tolerated well
NPP to consider due to Mental Health Side Effects, but could run 50mg per week and see how it is tolerated, Selank could possible offset sides?.

Will give EQ 2-weeks then run my bloods for E2, then follow up again 2-weeks later.
Metal health is better on the higher end of range with E2, but too much and I become emotional lol

Addicted to Monster Ultra Zero after listening to a Evo Podcast and mixing Apple Cider vinegar into it lol, need to stop drinking more than one a day, but on the plus side of drinking more of these I have dropped the 3 coffees I was doing a day.

if youre finishing in november theres no point starting EQ. Theres not enough time for it to provide any benefit.
Thanks @rustle Unfortunatley I have a hard finish date to keep my TRT script, bloods are done 3/1/26 so will need time for EQ to clear and not inflate Test levels, what options would you suggest? mainly about helping drop E2 levels but with the added anabolic

You're in the same boat as me. Im on prescribed TRT too so have deadlines for bloods.
EQ wont fully saturate for 6-8 weeks. It may provide some E2 control before then, but also remember that it will stay in your system a LONG time.

If you insist on adding something else, just add the NPP. Its a fast ester and will get in and out quickly. Use aromasin for E2 control.

Track morning weight daily then average it weekly so you can catch water or digestion shifts quicker without chasing daily noise. The knee irritation after starting Aromasin likely ties to e2 dropping too fast, so hold 12.5 mg EOD for 10 days then recheck how joints feel before adjusting dose, if it worsens, go to every 3rd day and retest e2 at the 2-week mark.

Strong de-load rebound and good choice keeping RPE in check while chasing rep PRs. Keep bench and incline machine work around 3x6–8 using 75–80% of max and progress only when you hit 8 reps clean.

Diet looks sharp at 2250 cals with high protein for recovery, but you could pull fats to 60 g and raise carbs to 150–160 g to help training energy since sleep is short. Stay with 2 IU GH split and retatrutide EOD, but shift the evening GH shot earlier if sleep stays under 6 hours.

that is a smart choice. Steve knows his stuff. he is rarely wrong i've picked his brain for 15+ years. without him i wouldn't be anywhere close to where i am today to be honest
 
Feeling good! higher protein works much better for me but dropped a little with more carbs, I think running close to 300 Protein is the sweet spot for my body so will aim for that today. Not sure how guys get the protein kind badge with reaching 400 protein lol, need a Protein prince for 300 @LevButlerov

Right knee has always been an issue, but since being on Test E and the increase of E2 it doesn't bother me, up until recently with introducing Aromasin EOD, I can feel it hurt and need to be light on it, this only last a few hours then its back to normal again.

Good update and solid progression week, your lower work is showing with those 80 kg RDLs and 125 kg presses both climbing under fatigue. Close grip and incline presses look strong too, just stay tight in the setup on behind neck presses since you’re nearing your current load limit.

MOTS-C won’t feel like much short term but adds up for endurance and energy; give it 10–14 days before judging effect. Anavar at 20 mg is clean, though I don't think you need tbol or other orals in there post anavar.
 
Energy Levels are feeling on point this week, the weights felt bloody light in my session last night.

Have Masteron P on its way, will add 200mg weekly till the end of November. (Will do another Body scan next weekend, very interested to see what or if any changes there are)
Will monitor bloods for E2 given Mast will hopefully lower it and i can back off Aromasin a little.

For digestion, replace 1 shake with lean fish or eggs and add 2–3 cups of fibrous vegetables daily if you can lets see how that goes.

Be interesting to see how masteron goes for ya when it comes to e2, everyone is so different. Even at 400mg for myself in had no impact whatsoever, though i believe it acts more like a serm then ai influence

Dont let it get you down brother, the fact that you still got in there and didnt quit shows that your mentally not giving in what so ever, just just a case of your body and mind saying it might need a little more rest and recharge.
