Hi all,

Before I get to the point, let me give you a brief background story: I am 24 and I've always been small... All my life. And my legs are so skinny, that it's really starting to affect my confidence - it's really affecting my life. So, I want to get bigger and fast. Two years ago I managed to gain 15 pounds in the gym, I wasn't as small anymore but still small. My friend working out with me was on Test and wouldn't share it with me because I refused taking it when we started the program.

Now, I regret that decision. I don't gain as much weight and need a ton of work to do so. I am looking for a solid, trustworthy supplier. Can anyone point me in the right direction, I want to get as big as I can in eight weeks. I read one of the supplier review threads and 'domestic-supplier.com' had really good reviews. Are those people real? Is this site serious?

Additionally, I live in Oklahoma and Texas is really close by. Anyone with the means to help me, please stand up and reply or send a PM. I will tip, well (be sure of it, I am desperate).

Trust me, I know. But desperate people do desperate stuff. I haven't found anything online that inspired me confidence. Seriously, all those sites sound like scammers. Until I saw this one with what looks like real people giving good feedback. I need it, I want to get big. That friend of mine transformed himself, he used to be my size - now, past friends don't even recognize him anymore when they see him, lol.
 
Dude, I'm not your dad. But, you should have put at least a decade of solid training and education before you used gear. I waited until the ripe old age of 35, yup. If you can't grow off gear, then you can't grow on gear. Food is the clay and the weights are the tools that sculpt your physique. I put on 50lbs naturally and it took me 12 years to do that. You are playing a game of inches and expecting a mile. I was locked up for 3 years as a youth and that was where I found the iron. It took me another 5 years after that to realize that food is more important than any supplement out there. All the rest is that, a supplement. Gear included, if you don't have the turkey then don't buy the gravy baby. Peace be with you young jedi.
 
If this is about confidence I think a "rational" cycle could be put together. i.e. TEST ONLY with proper support and post. You'll be walking around thinking you're phil heath. lol

Appreciate it dude even though you didn't gave me what I am asking. And trust me, I know - Food is the most important thing and nothing can replace it. But let's not underrate the the effects of gear. My friend called it "magic" and I saw him growing before my eyes on a daily basis.

As shady as this this post looks, I can prove to any those doubting me that I am a real person (no cop). Just desperate, I guess. just drop a suppliers email or website. I will be happy. Don't need to put yourself on the line.
 
In order to get the proper advice on how to solve your "gains" issue, we need some stats. What's your training routine like, Diet, etc. Without the proper training routine or the proper diet. No matter how much gear your on, your not gonna grow. Its not a magical pill where u just pop in your mouth and BAM your Kai Greene by the next day lol
 
You've posted a question and comments for POST ONE that can be easily researched through self study on this site. Let your fingers do the walkin', as yellow pages says. :).....wow I'm old, Geez.
 
If anyone know of that magic pill or shot , can you hook me up ? For some reason , the bigger I get , the smaller I feel , it's not fair 😭

Yeah right - it's like newbs think gear is like molly. Take it and it changes everything. No, hard work and eating right changes everything and gear enhances that.
 
the reason dudes who are on juice fail at this is their lack of intensity at the gym. I see them on their phones or socializing.. you need to be killing it on your sets. that pain you start getting on a set is lactic acid, to achieve results you need to learn to push past that instead of stopping. its no different than a runner who runs an 8 minute mile but who wants to progress to the 7 min/mile group.. you won't get there by running with the 9 min/mile group of runners, you gotta push yourself.

the reason with skinny or fat guys is their diets.
 
Yeah , and some God just made skinny and some fat , question is , are you healthy ?
You keep looking at magazines and you will never be satisfied !

Nutrition consists of: 5am Serious mass - 8am Oatmeal or Omelette - Little snacks like almonds, grapes, etc.. in between - 11:45 high caloric lunch like brown rice chicken breast etc - 3pm Serious Mass - Snacks in between - Gym - post workout supplement - Dinner - Casein - Sleep repeat -- Also, I do gain weight, just not massively like my friend did while on test. And he also was/is an ectomorph.

I found my supplier, he inspires confidence. Have no idea what to order though, please point me in the right direction?

On a diet like that.
Chicken, Shakes and oats.

One thing my trainer drills into my head constantly is "always have to hit your macros".
He's pissed off at me if I show up and seem sluggish or not energized enough to execute the day better than yesterday. And he knows, it's because I didn't hit my macros. Diet is 90% of your gains. Your heart is in the right place. You know you need to eat healthy. You probably just don't know how healthy you need to eat or exactly how much of the chicken you really should be having. Because I can tell you one chicken breast isn't going to be enough for a day.
 
I had a pretty in-depth reply following this last post. But I think it's going through approval. When I was saying is download a free meal plan and look up your favorite food ingredients that all I have a macro number. "always hit your macros"

Desperation and drug use ARENT a good combination. People like you are what average people judge all steroid users by, and that's awful.

Kid it's been said numerous times for a reason you need to eat powders are supplements and supplements are just tha you need whole food and lots of it or gear will do nothing. I feel for you but I can tell it's not as desperate as you may think slow down and educate yourself there's a lot of good advice on this board but you have to follow it for it to work

Can't fight genetics bro, give it some time and lots of hard work then in at least a few years and lots of research reconsider gear.

Fraz , I don't think you have to worry about that , you need to eat ! You ain't going to grow eating chicken breast , I don't care if you eat 6 a day , if you train hard , you are young enough that you can eat burgers and burritos every day 2x a day along with chx breast meals and won't get chubby . No more shakes , eat food , train hard to grow . IDK if you run some test , unless you eat food not shakes , you won't grow . You might have to adjust your training also . Just my opinion.

Dude if ur not growing from working out hard and food then eat more food if still no dont grow then eat more make it dorty throw fries in there pizza mayo ...jeezuzzz
 
Get your mind right first dude. You're waaaayyyy off course. To gain muscle, you got to EAT muscle. Sweet and simple. Break down your muscles, feed them, rest them, watch them rebuild and grow. Comprehend that concept and you won't go wrong.
 
I tend to agree with others here that you need to put effort in naturally first to see where you can get. Here is a decent article on muscular potential for naturally bodybuilders ( I am not talking about the genetic elite though). Obviously when you introduce UN-natural exogenous amts of drugs you kick normally human physiology in the face.

I may be new here, But, if your friend has gear that is working why don't you get it from him? Not being a sick but seems like the easiest place to score.
