Veteran Log TRT Bridge to 12-14 Week Blast Journal

I am super excited to be starting my second log here, this time as a part of team gold with @Gold Standard Labs , I am so thankful to be able to join the team and feel confident with the top quality products from this lab I will be able to achieve my goals and then some.

I didnt fully complete my last log, for a myriad of reasons, I actually wound up the cycle early and started a fertility protocol as me and my wife decided it was time to start a family, this was successful which I am over the moon about.



However, now I would like to get back to where I left it, I have been using HCG, Proviron, Reta and HGH during this bridge phase and am going to be starting with returning to TRT with GH until moving onto a cycle in the coming weeks after my bloods settle and my life is a bit more stable.

105kg with minimal body fat gain.

Good to see you back with a fresh log and even better that the fertility protocol worked, that’s a huge life win before getting back to the grind. Sitting at 98kg around 12 percent body fat gives you a strong base to push from, and aiming for 105kg lean is realistic with the TRT plus GH setup before you move into a bigger cycle.

Support stack is dialed in heavy which will keep your bloods looking clean again, smart move to stay ahead of it. Training split looks balanced and with that many support compounds, recovery should stay solid as you build back up. Excited to see the bloods and how you progress with Team Gold this time. :D

You look really good in the pic, lean and big! :D @Dreamer good call easing back in with the Sustanon first before stacking anything else. Keep pins consistent every 3.5 days and pull bloods at week 4 to check e2 and total test before adding compounds. HGH at 4iu is fine to start but split 2iu AM and 2iu pre-training to flatten sides and hold insulin sensitivity.

Stay in that deficit another 2–3 weeks and keep protein high, will keep you lean.

this deficit and leaning out going, I will share full details when I am back and meal prepping.

Pretty stoked with the quality of gear from GSL, I am confident I am in good hands for my upcoming blast, the goal of this period is to get as lean as possible while holding as much muscle and getting all my bloods in order for my growth phase.

I am super excited to be starting my second log here, this time as a part of team gold with @Gold Standard Labs , I am so thankful to be able to join the team and feel confident with the top quality products from this lab I will be able to achieve my goals and then some.

I didnt fully complete my last log, for a myriad of reasons, I actually wound up the cycle early and started a fertility protocol as me and my wife decided it was time to start a family, this was successful which I am over the moon about.

I'm glad you're starting to feel stronger. There's nothing better than a nice leg in Corps Day. Usually a lot of people like to throw in corps training though on more of an upper body day. But that works good. @Dreamer
 
Even while travelling, I make sure to have all my supps and ancills on deck, bit of prep involved but makes it a whole lot easier to maintain the momentum.

The reverse crunches are a killer, done with the right form they are so humbling.

In my usual program I actually use a full core session, but with the way my week will be this week, training has to change, but when I get back I will be back 100% consistent with diet and training to really push my physique through the next cycle.

I will be getting bloods done in the next couple weeks to see where my levels are and how my health is tracking before getting ready to go onto the growth phase, for now though, looking forward to seeing just how lean I can get through the next few weeks.

Forgot to mention, the GH from @Gold Standard Labs has done alot to help my sleep at night, I am splitting 4iu am/pm and I use a Oura ring to track my sleep, every metric has improved since this.

Forgot to mention, the GH from @Gold Standard Labs has done alot to help my sleep at night, I am splitting 4iu am/pm and I use a Oura ring to track my sleep, every metric has improved since this.
Good upper session after travel. The 90 kg bench and 40 kg incline work is tight.

The diet layout looks clean though not sure if you got a coach can get protein up, and splitting GH 4 IU AM/PM is a good call for recovery and sleep quality. @Dreamer

Strong leg day with good balance. The 180 kg hack squat and 140 kg RDLs lock in heavy tension that's the way to a true thick quad sweep.

I have prepped like a week and a bit haha, I will play around with it a bit next meal prep, to be fair though I am feeling great so far, muscles are full and dense.

A tiny bit of food won't 'cloud your abs'. That's just you feel guilty for a tiny binge. Don't sweat it
You are probably right, the mind plays some serious tricks on you huh? Its like water weight after a cheat day or something like that, you know its not fat but man it feels like it 😂

@Dreamer Reverse crunches and abdominal wheel rollouts is fantastic. Cable Russian twists are a good one to really training your core. I like it.

Big day at work today, racked up 20k steps, then hit Upper/Push tonight, felt really really strong, I think I am finally starting to level out with the Sustanon and hit steady state, I didnt want to leave the gym 😂.

I have been holding steady at my 2400 calories, feeling lighter and leaner every day, in the mornings waking up I am super lean and dry - I wish I could look that way all day everyday 😂.

Which brings me to the next point, I decided to hit up @Gold Standard Labs and get some of his new Mast P to run during my cut, I will be doing a pretty moderate dose of 45mg a day, just want to see what it can add to my look.

Looking at my physique and where I want to go with it, I am pretty happy with the shape its taking but I am very excited for the next phase where I can add some size, but hopefully I will have a good base to start from after this.

You look good and lean in the pics, the condition is clear and the shape is coming together nicely. Bench at 100 kg for 4x8 with all that upper volume after 20k steps is strong work.

The Mast P addition at 45 mg ed will tighten your look even more, expect to get harder.

In the meantime I am going to take my GH back down to 2IU for the remainder of this cut, I dont think I am getting much out of the 4IU while cutting and hoping it solves a bit of this evening water retention I am having, I also intend to ramp it up in my coming cycle so good to give the body a rest.

Should get my touchdown of Mast this week which will be a nice addition.

Absolutely agree though, sleep is where the magic happens.

Pull day looked strong even after the bad sleep, those rows and curls pumped hard.

Dropping GH to 2 IU makes sense mid cut since 4 IU adds water, lets see how the bloods go :D

I definitely will, I am really itching to get into it.

@Dreamer Could be something you ate or drank. Did you consume anything with caffeine? A lot of caffeine is put in things that you don't even think have caffeine. Maybe a supplement you took.

I think because of work, I have pushed my training quite late, I feel wired trying to come and go straight to bed, it will calm down soon, just a bad patch, unfortunately life doesnt work around my gym routine 😂.
But - good advice, I take alot of supps, I might revisit if any have an effect on sleep.

Had a shocking sleep last night, have a feeling my hormones are kind of all over the place, I am having most days where I feel amazing, but some days just not quite there, that said its only barely two weeks back on Test, I am thinking I may get bloods early next week to check where everything is at.

In the meantime I am going to take my GH back down to 2IU for the remainder of this cut, I dont think I am getting much out of the 4IU while cutting and hoping it solves a bit of this evening water retention I am having, I also intend to ramp it up in my coming cycle so good to give the body a rest.

Should get my touchdown of Mast this week which will be a nice addition.

bros maybe yogurt before bed hurting you @Dreamer Maybe it upsetting your stomach a little bit making you want to go to the bathroom so messing with your sleep.
 
I think because of work, I have pushed my training quite late, I feel wired trying to come and go straight to bed, it will calm down soon, just a bad patch, unfortunately life doesnt work around my gym routine 😂.
But - good advice, I take alot of supps, I might revisit if any have an effect on sleep.
@Dreamer yeah training late is tough. the people who train during the night are really throwing off nature. we aren't noctural

When I was an engineer it was normal for me to go 2 or 3 days without sleep. Sometimes there was projects to be done and there were deadlines. I had to make sure that everything was running correctly. @Dreamer

Had my first dose of Mast P this morning, used the delt, same syringe as the Sustanon, felt just as smooth, which is good because I will be doing this daily 😂.

Hit Core and Cardio today, felt really good, plenty of energy and drive was a little flat, not quite as pumped as usual though, im not working today so I did train earlier than usual.

Did 30 mins of zone 2/3 cardio on the elliptical, I want to start getting regular cardio back into my routine, especially for when I get back on cycle in the near future.

Training as below -

Decline crunches 4x15 - 14kg

Reverse Crunchs 4 sets of burnout

Ab Wheel Roll outs - 4 sets of burnout

Palloff press 3x12 each side 54kg

Cable russian twists 3x15 each side 45kg

Cable woodchoppers superset with crunch machine to burnout 3 sets.

30 mins 6km on elliptical - zone 2 and 3



Does anyone have any ideas or advice on next cycle?
I am tossing up Sus, NPP and Mast or Sus, NPP and EQ.
I want to lean bulk and gain a decent amount of size without harsh sides - I have said before I am going to continue doing this for some weeks to achieve steady state for test and then assess bloods before going onto a cycle, but cant decide which way to go.

Its weird isnt it? Usually I am pretty good with it, I take a pretty hefty sleep stack but I dunno last night just was wired.
Absolutely agree though, sleep is where the magic happens.

If u feel wired u can try this which works for me 100% of the time
Eyes closed..Inhale though nose for 4 secs
Hold for 7 secs
Breathe out through nose for 8 secs
Count backwards
Do 5 x = 1 round
Do 3 rounds

U will find your eyelids will start to feel heavier after 3 rounds when u open your eyes
Keep the rounds going but try not to force anything in terms of it needing to work..u will either feel yourself drifting off to sleep or you won't even know and wake up in the morning

Took it easy today, just doing things around the house, I am travelling again next week for a couple days, but will have my meal prep with me and gym access so I wont miss anything this time.

My last day of my split is a full body, high intensity superset session, I really enjoy working like this, and this session gets my weekly volume and frequency to where I like it.

Incline press machine - 110kg superset with cable fly 23kg 3 sets

Lat pulldown 80kg superset with meadow row 50kg 3 sets

lat raise 10kg superset with rear delt fly 8kg

skull crusher 40kg super set with preacher curl 50kg 3 sets

cable press down 36kg 2 sets superset with incline curl 12.5kg dbs

hack squat 3 sets 140kg - slow, controlled, pause at bottom

RdL 3 sets 120kg - slow controlled

leg extension 90kg superset with standing calves 3 sets 90kg

leg curl 57kg superset with seated calves 70kg

Now tomorrow I enjoy a well earned rest day, I may add some light cardio if I feel it, but I want to just recharge. 😄

Good full body finisher before the rest day, 110 kg presses and 140 kg hacks both clean numbers HIGH! and i like those supersets.

My test is really a credit to GSL and their product, I am pinning 30mg a day to get to 1277 which I was not expecting.

Last day in a foreign gym, hit legs today, no hack squat machine was a bit of a let down, I can barbell squat but I really love the hack squat for the ability to load up the weight and really push to failure.
But, we got it done regardless, starting to really feel strong, I am running a pretty decent deficit at 2400 calories and feel like I am holding strength if not slightly gaining, I am starting to see veins in places I didnt know I had them 😂😂.

I have about 5-6 weeks left of this cut before running my lean bulk, should receive a touchdown from @Gold Standard Labs tonight which is nearly the last piece of my bulk stack I need, which I will post tonight.

Training as below and my lunch, 150g chicken breast, 200g basmati, brocolli and cauli, with a protein shake and 60g carbs.

Now for the long drive home and back to normal tomorrow, with a nice core and cardio session.

Hit Abs tonight - probably my favourite session I think, had a family thing on so my meal plan was a little looser, calories probably all good, macros not exact but you have to enjoy life too right?
Unfortunately though in my pic I am a little bloated which clouds my abs a bit, but I am really happy with the level of detail and vascularity starting to show being back on a test base.

Speaking with @Gold Standard Labs tonight I am thinking of adding some Mast P for this short cut to really harden up before going onto a growth cycle.

Anyway, training is below, shortish session as it was late, but still plenty volume.

You are abs are looking right! One of the things I am proud of is my ab work. I started about year and half a go and could barely do 2 decline situps. Now I can easily do 4x15 with 25lbs. I am going to try your ab workout this Sunday see if I can survive. Going to call it the Dreamer challenge!

Haha you should be proud man, I almost never see anyone hitting their abs at my gym, much less spending a whole session on them.

Give it a go, the oblique work has made my midsection really pop, I love it 😁

Did some meal prep for the week 😁.
