Good work keeping the food clean and consistent. The chicken wrap and flatbread combo gives a good mix of lean protein and moderate carbs, perfect for the kind of leg volume you’re doing. The 185 lb for 7s and then 195 lb for doubles beltless shows strength is building while keeping depth legit. Keep protein around the same but you could push carbs a bit higher on heavy leg days to help recovery and refill glycogen since you’re training and riding the bike back to back.10/4/25 weight 177.4lbs
10/4/25 weight - 176.6lbs right after waking up
Good food choices, protein stayed high through the day even with the swim meet chaos. Shrimp and chicken kept it clean while fats from nuts filled the gap nicely. Weight holding at 176 shows you’re staying lean while still fueling enough.Breakfast: Shrimp, a little bit of rice

End 176lbs
Will end my log here as I will be going on the trip tomorrow. My gut is flatter and I have less bloat. Never felt hungry and actually had more energy. Overall a good mini light cycle. Will probably lower my test to 140 and deca to 40 weekly when I get back and cruise on that for a bit.

@Madmax46 When you have a day like that when you drink beer or something, I recommend the next day some water but make sure it's really good quality spring water and then squeeze some lemon in there. That will be a nice cleanser.Dinner last night: sushi and tempura

Yes, Bayer did market proviron originally as part of androgen replacement therapy. Some stay on it year round with low dose test since it supports libido, mood, and keeps e2 lower without harsh AI use.Reduced trt dose to 140 test/wk and 40 deca/wk. Was reading about Proviron and looks like Bayer originally marketed it as a trt type medication. Anyone just stay on Proviron all year around with test ?

Yeah I may take proviron like 3x per week in the days I’m not taking AI. That last meal was supposed to be carb free lolYes, Bayer did market proviron originally as part of androgen replacement therapy. Your 140 mg test and 40 mg deca combo is mild and balanced, so proviron at 25 mg daily would complement it fine if you tolerate DHTs. Get bloods after 6–8 weeks to confirm HDL and e2 stay in range before extending it longer.
