It's always tough fukin around with someone you don't but I figure we're all gym bros so we get it haha. This is a safe space for us lol.

How's the wrist doin? Fair amount for pressing and pushing there
I love fukin around with others too and I’m a hospital public safety, so I dealt with a lot of BS and hard to get mad unless i run Tren. My wrist is hurting like a B*tch now even though I wrap it very tight before every lift.
Thank you for asking, my wife works with a lot of surgeons and already told me to go see the hand specialist, But i’m still thinking about it.

Yea wrist injuries take FOREVER to heal. Mine is finally getting better. I can almost wipe my ass again with no pain lol. BPC 157 and tb500 for a month is finally doing some solid work on my wrist. Wrapped up I was pressing 80lb dumbbells today with no pain.

Gotta drive home and took pain pills. Dbol Pump is annoying, next week I will only focus on 1 row exercise and the other will be width workouts until Dbol ran out.

Ouch bro that sucks...been there with Anavar but for me it was my abs and that fukn sucked!!

Are you taking taurine and electrolytes?

Hard to judge form from this angle. Really need a side shot to view the bar path. If you were doing it in less baggy clothes that would help too.

You are kinda rushing things a bit. Ideally want atleast 3 seconds out of a rep. When you bounce out the bottom like that it's kinda cheating too. Its fun tho and I do it sometimes as well lol. You'll get a lot more out of a slower eccentric with a pause at the bottom in the stretch. It's really really good if you use a camber bar or dumbbells so you can get that really deep stretch.

But overall it looked really good and 9 reps is huge.

My gym at 15:30-17:00 is often empty. 6 people max at a time. That’s why I moved from planet fitness and pay like 70$ a month here🤣

Thanks for all the supportive comments, I just got my blood drawn for labs. 36 hrs after last test,deca shot, 12 hrs after last dbol taken.
Perfect! Take screenshots so you can post them as .jpgs here and don't beat yourself up about your eGFR, creatinine, HDL/LDL, or ALT/ALK. Take N2Guard 7 caps ED 12 hours after orals, and then after cycle we'll get it back in check. Interested to see your e2/prolactin and next time try getting Cystatin-C as well.

Your bloods make perfect sense to me with this cycle and I think it's time for aromasin 12.5 EOD to get the e2 at least in range albeit you can stay on the high end if you want.

I did a lot of bloodwork in the past the highest i got was 4093 ng/dl on 800mg test with 600mg eq with 30var 20winny. That’s why i’m surprised it’s this high.
Test+eq (cutting keto diet Cal around 1700-2000)
And when i ran 400mg test and 300mg deca last bulk my test was just at 1700 (low carb diet)
I’m starting to think if the diet makes a different ?

My lowerback pump will go away after dbol is done, until then I have to limit rows movement on my back day. Taurine i only take 3-4g a day

Can you describe what the fear or where it's coming from? I can pin some GH into my wrist and post a pic to show you that site injecting with a slin pin is easy pretty much anywhere. Where abouts on your wrist would you need to pin it let me know and I'll do it and take a pic. I was pinning it right into my tendons are pretty darn close if not IN them. It was easy peasy.

If you're on week 5 and the back pumps are limiting your workouts then you can drop the dbol already or at the least up your Taurine to 5+g/ED.

You're taking one 25mg tab plus one half tab = 36.5mg ED (you mentioned 37.5mg did you mean 36.5mg?). Cut your 25mg tab in half and take 12.5mg 3xED. It's a bit of a bro science suggestion but it might help with the back bumps vs. a bolus dose of 36.5mg all at once.

My dbol is from PSL Euro pharma 10mg/tabs but lab results was 12.5mg/tab, that’s why i said 37.5mg instead of 30mg, so i take 8am,2pm,8pm ED

Yea it should be way higher on 500mgs of test. Running that much test with no ai is crazy. The number is fairly good all things considered. If he isn't feeling any sides and got a test like this what's the issue @LevButlerov

With all respect @LevButlerov i feels great, 0 sides i don’t wanna crush my e2 yet and I do have aromasin from Euro Pharma on hand. As @BeMe said I have no issues at all and gains are coming. The only thing i have is road rage but I always have it my whole life lol.

I’m trying my best bro, left Bangkok where i just parked my scooter and get down to settle with people everyday to working in downtown in the US, holyshlt! people can’t drive for real. Only thing that stopping me now is laws is more strict in the US and i don’t wanna lose everything

I think that's true everywhere in the world lol. Try living here in Toronto bro. Insanely populated and a shit ton of new immigrants getting a car and driving Uber lol. When I ride my motorcycle in the city I literally have atleast 1 life or death moment each time lol. Luckily I'm 41 no so the rage has settled for the most part and I don't go around smashing mirrors or trying to pull people outta their cars anymore lol

Acne is healing. My acne was very inflamed on my chin my neck my face and my back when i was doing high fat carnivore diet last year until this earlier mid year. My acne on my face and neck are 80% gone now i’m just wait for my back to clear. I feels like doing high carb low fat is the way to go, leas acne more size. Despite the acne how is my back proportion? ChatGPT said I need to do underhand grip on rows and pulldown more to match with my upper lats width.

I’m not on EQ, i’m running test and deca rn. I’m eating 250g+ protein a day
i always do wide grip lat pulldown since i moved to this gym (3 months ago) i was doing slightly wider than shoulder width for 2+ years. Thank you yall for the feedback! @Pigsy @LevButlerov @Allupfromhere

Acne is healing. My acne was very inflamed on my chin my neck my face and my back when i was doing high fat carnivore diet last year until this earlier mid year. My acne on my face and neck are 80% gone now i’m just wait for my back to clear. I feels like doing high carb low fat is the way to go, leas acne more size. Despite the acne how is my back proportion? ChatGPT said I need to do underhand grip on rows and pulldown more to match with my upper lats width.

The backne started with Tren last year, and after tren I was doing carnivore diet, eating fatty meat and cheese carbs >50g a day. Man my acne was inflaming everyday, blood all over bed sheets. High carbs low fat makes my acne stop being inflamed.

it’s much better now bro atleast i don’t have inflamed bloody face and chin anymore, now I know my body hates high fat low carbs

Yeah it's amazing coming off the dianabol what can happen @Pat7x I wonder if it was really hurting you when it comes to the acne. I've heard a lot of stories over the years about dianabol and bad acne.

Tren starts it all, after off Tren last year acne is never gone because I was doing high fat low carb diet. Luckily I decided to try high carbs and my acne from my neck chin and face are 80% gone. Just gotta wait for back to clear up

acne is one of those things that can drive you crazy. i used to have a problem with it when i was younger. but i sort of grew out of it @Pat7x

@Pat7x bros wide grip lat pulldowns good. but watch the neck and shoulders. sometimes better to do sitting rows instead for back

AI can be a fun tool but its wrong so often. the thing about it is all it does is scan the internet for an answer. but the truth is it gives the worst sources on the answers that are just parroted info @Pat7x

Avoid the dairy too bro. Cheese will make you break out bad even off cycle lol.

Hopefully you can keep it under control and avoid any scarring. Don't want a beautiful physique ruined by a bunch of scars right.

Have you tried salt baths and high dosing vitamin A? When I was breaking out on cycle that helped me a bunch. Also a good soap with a back scrubber.

Jerk chicken with rice n beans with cabbage is the best post backday’s meal
After eating 2 bagels with 62g of creamcheese with 2 scoops ryse whey in the morning
A bag of Quaker rice crips for snacks
8oz 98/2 turkey with 30g stir fry sauce with 2 cup white rice, now I got my favorite meal of the day🤣

How bout salt baths? It can help dry out your skin. When I was getting bacne I would use some Epsom salts and fill up the tub about 10 inches and soak my back in it. Helped me a bunch

Try high dose vitamin A supplement to see if it helps.

yeah that is a tough break on the tren ! its a great steroid but gives a lot of sides
