Veteran Log 16 week Blast Cycle Log

Im going in pretty hard atm lev but still trying to build slow week to week with out causing an injurie but also keeping reps controlled,and yes we going to get that 450kg press i have already visioned it my friend, its done!💪

I never really tried a mini cut but there would be times it could be useful i guess if you spilt over a bit and wanted to lose fat fast,I always just keep up the fasted morning cardio during bulk and seems to be fine....you dont need a mini cut my friend you need slabs of beef on the frame like me then cut hard for sep next year....im backing you 100% classic physique koala for the win🏆🏅View attachment 134428

Exactly the NPP already spicy enough lol plus the liver needs a few weeks break from it,
Power is building nicely still so no need to increase anabolics just yet,only calories. I feel pretty darn good atm just need to get ontop of holding water weight during day instead of losing so much but im already onto it,big leg pump tomorrow lev 420kg press for at least 12 reps!💪🦍

I think you can get both carbs and protein up that will pump the leg press easy 600kgs :D @MarshMonsta

Legs have got so much veins showing atm its crazy lol but yes I will push 425kg for 15 reps next week then go up from there,this weekend was a good growth time for me and I will continue to power on into tonights shoulder/calf pump to really bring this week into full swing....lets fucking get it this week lev💪

They are good isolation movements to really end the session on a strong note and make sure you get that juicy contraction,I'll build on it all my man 9 weeks or so left of blast 💪

Power training hard right now, that drive for the 450 kg press x15 is serious strength!
Keep pushing heavy but recover just as hard with those calories, next 2 weeks are gonna be hot if you keep that pace.

Today im stepping protein into stage two as well,I got some International mass-super heavy weight gainer landing today lol says 87g protein,210g carbs,7gms fats and digestive enzymes per serve but ima pump that fucker up with 3 eggs and milk each time,I will be the protein overlord soon that eats protein kings of breakfast💪😜🤣

peck deck is a good one. you will get good results doing that one for sure. its a solid exercise for building thick pectoral muscle @MarshMonsta
 
peck deck is a good one. you will get good results doing that one for sure. its a solid exercise for building thick pectoral muscle @MarshMonsta
Exactly...super slow reps at good weight opens the outter chest right up,its nearly as good as incline dumbell flys for me
 
Abombs are the best my friend,I know 100mg isn't healthy but to be honest when I was doing 50mg morning and 50mg night it was crazy I felt like a god lol but dont do it😉

Just preworkout bro but when I did the 100mg I spit it to morning first thing and preworkout at night lol I was working on a site with concreters at that time lol they were all methheads so you could imagine how that went....a few fights and a shovel or two went flying at heads...so yeah adrol at 50mg is more than enough 😜

I forget my rage sometimes so I gotta be careful lol the other day the young fella at work made me trip over his shovel he dont even know how to use,I ended up throwing it like a spear along the road and it bounced of his ute tray and clipped him in his lil legs...I told him next time I'll take his lower torso off😉...lucky im the supervisor up in this bitch lol otherwise I might get in trouble.

Haha yeah true my bro the only real thing you get extra out of another 50mg is high blood pressure which sends me straight into roid rage city and at risk of a brain haemorrhage😉better to be safe than a sad sorry sob
