psyllium husk/collagen/creatine/taurine and it like a pre-meal thing?
What I used to do is put it in my morning shakes. I decided my morning protein shakes were too much volume because you need to add a lot of extra water with those 4 ingredients above in the morning shake which is before meal # 1. So I'd be chugging about 2L or as much as my blender could fit and it's a huge vitamix beast so it was too much volume and I wasn't giving the psyllium husk the water it deserves.

So, now I have my protein shake as seen in my last log update, then....
What I do is before meal # 1 I do 15g psyllium husk, 2 Digest Gold and then take a swig of apple cider vinegar before Meal # 1

Then, before meal # 2 I prepare the shake you're asking about like this:
psyllium husk 15g
collagen 20g
creatine 20g
taurine 9g

I use a full 500ml of gatorade zero and swirl the shit out of it and down the whole thing while it's still swirling with 2 more caps of Digest Gold then take a swig of apple cider vinegar.

This should be the 'fancy' organic raw apple cider vinegar "with mother".

See pics if you want to try this. It's allowed me to digest massive amounts of protein and keep my size on post blast cycle. Try and take in 4L of water a day with the psyllium. You'll digest everything with no bloat and become super regular in the shitter.

  • MOD'ing and Logging on EVO is my new answer to "Hey how are ya?" on the street! :ROFLMAO:
  • 206lbs this morning @ 15% BF (even on Renpho scale now)
  • Strength and weight coming off after blast but I'm loving life and loving being at 206 and looking semi-ripped at 5'9" and 49 yrs old
  • Still stacking N2Guard with HCGenerate (7 caps/day and 5 caps/day respectively). I'm just gonna send it and run these two forever and consider it a monthly expense.
  • Will be lowering calories as of tomorrow - still holding water and can't maintain this caloric load without putting on fat.

I’m just happy to have it on board big time. No flushing at all even at 500mg.

My body doesn’t seem to complain much about anything I put in it.

The only drug or supp I notice a big change in is nolvadex. That does for me what Tren does for most LOL

Thanks bro! Appreciate the compliment on my back. When all my buddies in their 20’s were doing Bi’s and tri’s for the eyes I was doing compound movements for back chest legs delts etc.

Ya it’s definitely a trip. I found the neck more of a spicy spot than the head for some reason. Maybe it’s an erogenous zone for me so was more sensitive. Lol. Now you know where to whisper to me when we hug.

Fasting is sweet, I've experimented a bit with it in the past but I want to do some more focused experiments - especially try a five day water fast to try and tackle the loose skin thing.

I've had a flat out day on my course to become a more empowered woman, we finished our Vision Boards today 😂 but I saw your comment about digestive aids and psyllium husk I really want to give that a go. It appears I can get it locally no problem, same with the digestive product you attached a pic of.

What's the new van life account you mentioned?

I would train fasted if you can but light and dont go heavy. :D on rest days you want food not lack of food, helps recovery.
I suggest doing 1 deload week every 2 months and during that week 2 days concentrate on fasting :D @HarleyGuy

I have been thinking hard about just how to tell my story. It is a weird deal, it has been so long bro. I think want to talk about what came after and not what, why or how it came to be.
All those reasons have been gone from my life for so long that it is hard to even pull out the memories.
But I remember everything that I had to do to become a human again, and how long it took to feel halfway normal. The climb back up that wall, with fingernails dug in deep, screaming the whole way up because I refused to acquiesce and roll over and accept defeat.
The learning was huge and getting to know myself again was painful and great.
That is the story I want to relay, I am just thinking about how. I became such an ugly person.
I am glad you asked me to do this, All of a sudden even after so long, I guess I could still use a bit of healing.

Recently in the last several years, out of the blue, I started remembering things from my childhood that had been repressed.
The mental and emotional torture and sometimes heavy handedness, really affected me all throughout my adult life. Fucking crazy!!

Anyhow, thank you for encouraging me to do this. I believe I needed it, I believe when I get to talk with Steve and Mobster, it will be something I needed as well and maybe I can help someone.

That's amazing brother I'm truly grateful I could help. A lot of people aren't aware of how much childhood affects us long into our adulthood and older age. Sometimes it does take us as long as to be in our 60's for our subconscious to process those memories and let them come to the forefront and I don't believe for one second it isn't because you're in a healthier state of mind now both physically and spiritually to accept them and process them. You're in a great place now to let that out and open up and be proud of it helping others who will see they're not alone.

I think your reasoning behind not drudging up older memories of all the 'bad' that got you where you were isn't a bad idea at all. What I'd do is focus less on the details of the stories and more on the feelings; how you felt as a person about yourself then vs. now. Describe the struggle and then finally the surrender and where you are today and what has changed.

It's truly a blessing to have you on EVO brother!

  • 204lbs this morning @ 14.5% BF - with reducing cals a bit BF% is a bit down with my weight but I like it - strength still relatively in check but I feel less of that 'ability' to force out that last rep I used to on blast
  • Fasted yesterday all day until workout today so 36 hour fast completed then OMAD.
  • Felt light headed after deads but Karbolyn kicked in fast I felt it post workout right away

Thanks brother! The hardest part was last night around 8-11pm... I wanted to snack before bed so bad but then when I woke up I wasn't hungry at all and it was easier to push through the last 12 hours than the first 24 hours. This is kinda fun because I've never tried any of this before. I didn't calculate exactly the hours but it was a good 36 hours for sure. All of yesterday until workout today at 6pm so almost bang on 36-37 hours. I was a bit irritable between 6pm-11pm but then was good all day today.

All those reasons have been gone from my life for so long that it is hard to even pull out the memories.
But I remember everything that I had to do to become a human again, and how long it took to feel halfway normal. The climb back up that wall, with fingernails dug in deep, screaming the whole way up because I refused to acquiesce and roll over and accept defeat.
The learning was huge and getting to know myself again was painful and great.
That is the story I want to relay, I am just thinking about how. I became such an ugly person.
I am glad you asked me to do this, All of a sudden even after so long, I guess I could still use a bit of healing.

Recently in the last several years, out of the blue, I started remembering things from my childhood that had been repressed.
The mental and emotional torture and sometimes heavy handedness, really affected me all throughout my adult life. Fucking crazy!!

What worked for me with music that would bring me back to hard times is I'd avoid most of it and introduce it slowly over time. For me it was anything by "Pink" who I think can sing like a bad bitch but it was too hard to listen to so over the course of a couple years I would play one song at a time once in a while.

That's what I figured. Simple possession of Schedule 3 here isn't a crime believe it or not. But I don't want to get them all seized either if they wanna be assholes. My brother who's running the course needs gear and I was going to let him take a look at my stash and give him some NF at my cost but I'll just travel with my Rx TestE if anyone hasn't had experience getting it through checking on Canadian domestic.

Some people run in as a daily protocol brother, pair it up with mots c and you have a supercharged mitochondria 😎😎
