I would prefer to do a whole red snapper on the grill, but I am far enough from the coast that the cost is prohibitive!! Ridiculous

I also think because the Pompano was on ice for a couple hours it really got cold on the inside

Here was the reasoning from @SPOONMAN and I regarding going full hardcore carnivore (a summation from DM's) - open to critiquing and I'm sure @MarkNV will love to hear he can add cholula if able:

"This is just my opinion take it as you will
-your body is detoxing from plants and carbohydrates which is normal while your body learns how to be fat adapted
-during this stage you will feel very mixed with your energy levels
-your body will also start to need a lot more salt as you won't be holding electrolytes like you used to.
-now when I say salt i don't mean table salt or cheap sea salt. You will want 'CELTIC SALT' at
LEAST 2 teaspoons a day
I personally send it all day with salt but I am full time carnivore and my body sends me signals I can read when I need to have some
-this fat adaptation stage can take around 2/3 weeks
-for some people they are unlucky and it can take as long as up to 6 months
-I would recommend taking some time off the gym
-I would also recommend eating clean carnivore
-now I don't mean LION DIET (steak and water)
-I mean steak,lamb,pork,chicken,turkey,eggs,fish ect
-id also recommend not using any seasoning or sauces only use 'salt' THATS IT
-It may seem hardcore removing spices and sauces but it is possible and you will enjoy it trust me

I totally get the pure carnivore, because how will I ever find out what my body reacts best too, if I don’t eliminate everything but the essential necessity at first!! Cholula will come back eventually. I am still adapting, after adaptation is totally complete will I add some things back…one at a time!!

It hurt a bit at first, but once I got it moving it was okay. I did just the bar at first.
I did partial reps on the lateral raises and turned my pinky’s up to the ceiling. I am able to work around it a little bit

I don’t think I mixed or dosed correctly the first time I tried.

Looking at a 20mg vial, how much bacto water should I mix with it and how should I dose to start? I would like an affective dose
 
What's the lowest dose you'd be using? That will help w/ reconstitution volume.

If I start with 2mg a week, I could reconstitute with 1 ml and use that for 10 weeks.
If I start with 5mg a week, it would last for 4 weeks.

Tolerances vary, but Id start lower unless you have experience with it.

I have low food drive, and I started at 0.25mg week1, then 0.5mg weeks 3-4, and now am at 0.66 (new batch, reconstituted different) taking 2 injections per week.

At my current dose I have trouble finishing bigger meals, feel almost like that over eating sick feeling.

You can always go up. But if you start too high you'll have to ride out the sides.

Id say 0.5mg on a monday, and then titrate up on Thursday if you need more till you find the weekly dose you need.
