This has already been sorted. It was missing a total of 2x Tren.

This was mentioned to us yesterday at 5pm, it has already been reshipped and a new tracking label provided.

His last email yesterday was requesting additional items for free as he had planned on his items arriving the same day he started his blast and demanded compensation for this.

I had no response to give to the lunacy of his emails until I had received today’s tracking labels.
 
I mean it wasn't just that to be fair, even without my shit timing which I agree with right, I'm absolutely the retard that left the order too late, that's 100% true. But at the same time, the order was missing shit, and the resolution has been to simply re send the shit I originally paid for in the original timeframe, I guess you can make the argument either way but as the customer at that point I guess you kinda feel like you get a bit of a shit deal.

To be fair to UGL, the actual process and shit was incredibly smooth, the original interaction with support was efficient, in my opinion the issue has become where I feel like I paid for one thing, didn't get it, and now it's a matter of oh well cop it sweet mate you can wear the mistake in terms of timeframe etc. and like no gesture to say hey look man sorry we fucked up, cop a free vial or something to make up for it. Am I a needy cunt? Maybe! I'm not sure, maybe I'm being unreasonable. From my end though it just doesn't feel like a super satisfying sort of thing.

Not out here to talk shit or anything, in terms of the actual process, super smooth, seems like a gangster vendor, I slammed some of their Cialis and my dick is pretty much a deadly weapon, can confirm it's the goods- issue has been in dispute resolution.

Bit pissed off this has transpired now and sort of muddied the waters. Tried to post this in the most balanced way because at the end of the day I guess a portion of people will probably agree that it's me getting the pointy end of the stick, and a portion of people are going to think I'm a fucking sook, ain't no pleasing everyone so that's just my view of what has happened here.

Considering how fast UGL ships product, if you can’t handle even a 1 week delay, you’ve 100% fucked up and didn’t order in a timely enough fashion.
Be thankful for the reship and the quick resolution to you saying stuff was missing, and don’t be a needy, sooky cunt about it.
 
I mean I can handle the week delay, I'm not going to fade away and fuckin die without my tren. And I do say above that I am the retard who ordered late, it's not their responsibility to make up for my stupidity on that note, like the week delay in hopping on is annoying to me, but irrelevant to what I'm saying here.

Also wasn't really the point, I haven't said anything not positive about UGLs general service and shit, I big upped their product, I just didn't feel like that was a fantastic resolution to what had occured, I think on some level right you just wanna feel like it's been a good transaction on both ends. I've obviously read all the reviews, UGL is clearly legit as fuck, what you order you will get right, and it'll work, and you are correct that UGL has reshipped the missing stuff, like at no point have I sat here and said otherwise.

End of the day I could well be out of line in my expectations, I literally say that in the above post, I'm pissed off that this has muddied the waters a bit because they're clearly a fucking sick vendor, and in this one rare instance I appear to be the cunt who's shit got missed, and now I'm on the forum having a whinge like a dumb cunt.

I agree with the standpoint the sense of entitlement thing is gay as fuck, you have no obligation to go above and beyond to rectify this, but I do appreciate you making the gesture, especially from a selfish standpoint because end of the day I do appreciate the ability to be able to use you guys as a vendor, and I agree with fuck negativity, I was going to sleep literally contemplating this like fuck me how much better would life be just minus this shit.

On an interesting note, this is actually my 19nor sooky cunt level just on NPP, this is no tren, not that you can ever blame your behaviour on a substance. I do also kinda take this whole scenario as a positive, think I've spent like 18 months just lurking buying shit and not posting, I do like the notion there's a community of dudes eg. Evo that gives us all the ability to to do what we do, might even get a bit more involved in it all now.

Been cruising on 250mg Sparta Test-E, 100mg Primo-E and 4iu Shogun HGH for 8 weeks post show now. Oils injection frequency M/W/F with last injection Friday afternoon before the test which the bloods were drawn Monday morning. Also HGH taken nightly before bed with the last dose taken 12hrs previous. Lastly been running Shogun Retatrutide 3x1mg per week which has helped with cholesterol levels especially considering I ran Tren-A as well as Anavar and Winstrol for my prep. Overall extremely happy with the results and having the support of a great team with top quality products.

Just a quick post to advise everyone that we're now officially closed and remind everyone of our closure dates over the Christmas and New Years holiday period.

- Checkout closed: Tuesday, December 16th 2025 @ 2pm AEST
- Checkout will be reopened: Friday evening, January 2nd 2026
- We'll be back in the office and resuming operations: Monday, January 5th 2026

We're re-opening checkout a couple days before returning to the office so orders can be placed over the weekend and we can get straight into sending them out when we return to the office on the Monday :)

As all pending orders have been processed, checkouts have now officially been closed! Unfortunately the next update isn’t as positive but I wanted to share some insight into the recent challenges we've faced in sourcing raw materials. It’s no secret that the raws climate has been tough for both labs and the Aussie AAS community for the better part of the last year, but we've been fortunate enough to maintain a steady supply of stock as we’ve always been sure to operate with pretty significant runway to shield us from the brunt of it, with the exception of items like Primo E and Mast E that have been facing ongoing global shortages, of course.

Last week, I mentioned we would have Mast E and Anavar back in stock pending HPLC testing as they were obtained from a new supplier we were trialling. Along with those samples, we also sent off some Test E raw material from the same supplier. Unfortunately, the results we received this morning weren’t the best. None of the provided samples contained the expected compound. In fact, they failed to contain any AAS presence entirely. Absolutely disgraceful.

It’s important to note that we DID NOT use these raws. Whenever we engage with new suppliers, we always take the initiative to test them to ensure everything is above board before we prepare them for customers - this case was no exception.

We will always prioritise customer safety over profits which is why we did not blindly prepare products using these raws, but instead waited for the results to come back before proceeding onto the next steps. These results is a perfect demonstration of exactly why we take these precautions.

As raws have become increasingly difficult to source, it’s also introduced a new wave of opportunists to the space that are surfacing in the form of scam suppliers and bad actors. This is precisely why in many cases we’d prefer to simply remain out of stock of an item if our trusted suppliers do not have availability of what we require vs. widening the net and dealing with new suppliers who often make promises they can’t fulfil or even worse, as evident by the results we’ve seen here.

In this instance however, we were running low on Test E as a result of the extended unavailability of these raws from our suppliers and made the decision to take a calculated risk to test the waters outside of our regular network in an effort to broaden our access to supplies.

The results above is a reflection of what many labs are having to deal with which is why product availability has been largely unpredictable. Many suppliers simply don’t have the raws (or a very limited access to them) or labs are at risk of receiving something entirely different to what was expected, or even at times not receiving anything at all.

We were banking on receiving positive results to bridge us until our next bulk raws shipment, but in response to these results we've had to temporarily take both Platinum Test E and Sparta Test E out of stock. We are making the decision to wait for raw availability from our trusted supplier network to ensure we obtain what we require in order for us to supply the quality products we are known to offer and that you have come to expect from us.

In the meantime, our current options for Testosterone is listed below - all of which we have significant supply of:

- Platinum Sustabol (Sustanon 250) 250mg/mL
- Platinum Testorapid (Testosterone Propionate) 100mg/mL
- Sparta Testosterone Propionate 100mg/mL
- Sparta Sustanon 250mg/mL

Between 2004-2010 ... did 5x Test cycles - ALL were VIA a proper DR + bloods + dispensed by a chemist.
IMO ... that is how it should be in an "ideal world" - (yet here we are).

Expect to see afew more orders to go in this direction.
Once happy with bodyfat ... planning to do a TEST cycle ... I'm getting old (44 now).

Speaking to a workmate - he had done afew low cycles (but NO PCT) ... So also showing him the RIGHT way to do things.

Just a courtesy update to let everyone know that we've now sold out of the Platinum Test E and Sparta Test E we were able to restock - you guys wasted no time snapping them up! We're actively working on getting more Test E raws in and will provide additional updates as they become available, but until then we do have the following Testosterone options available in the meantime, all of which we have substantial supply of:
