using NPP+ test prop for a bulk

I'm looking to use NPP and test prop to bulk up. Do you think that 250 mg a week would be good of NPP and then adding some test prop at 200 mg a week? Or do you think those dosages are too low and I should double them up and go 500 mg of NPP instead? I'm 5 ft 6, 185 lb, and looking to get up over 200 lb, and I'm 30 years old.

You should be starting with 50mgs of npp before building it up.

What I recommend here is proviron. I would go at least 10 or 20 mg a day. That is a must with nandrolone. That's what you should be more concerned about.

Bros, I would run it a little bit different. I would do 300 mg of the NPP, 250 mg of a test prop, and then I would do 50 mg a day of Proviron.

You don't want to get too big too fast. You don't want to put on a lot of water weight and you don't want to put on too much body fat either. Keep your body fat at 15% or less even if you're bulking.

I would go with NPP 300 mg. That is the sweet spot. If you want to get more aggressive, you can push the 400 mg but I've always done just the same amount on 300.

Yes I like your cycle layout. For sure there is no need to increase it to 500 mg. That is a ridiculous dosage for NPP. If you're going to want to run something high like that, go with Equipoise instead.
 
Curious, why do you want to run testosterone prop and npp? Why do you want short esters with frequent injections?

Testosterone propionate is good if you want fast clearance. I am not sure what your goals are.

Keep it simple with sunday and thrusday injections.
Do some research on
Testosterone enanthate
Nandrolone decanoate
Proviron
Anavar or tbol.
