you feel smoking can cause gerd in you?
Smoking significantly contributes to GERD by weakening the lower esophageal sphincter. I smoked a minimum of a pack a day for 14years. Going by the puking in mouth while standing still, bending over(most frequent) or laying in bed(which is the most infrequent) its either a weakened LES or my neuro suggested it might GERD caused by a hiatal hernia where the stomache bulges through the diaphram.

I regurg on both empty and full stomache, even small burps can end with a little bit of food back in my mouth. Deffinitely not the bed. Lol. Heart burn/acid reflux worsens exponentially with caffeine now and increased frequency of all symptoms.

Caffeine relaxs the LES worsening symptoms, smoking weakens the LES over years. Also when smoking i was dry heaving everyday for the last like 2 years. Hiatal Hernia GERD usually causes regurg when bending so its most likely both where i developed a hiatal hernia 3 years or so ago and its compounded by chain smoking for a decade weakening my LES.

Though this is speculation based on symptoms and my neuros suggestion. I have yet to get an endo to check.

Got my vampiric sleep schedule sorted @HarleyGuy . Woke at 615am and Leg day at 7am. I am out of town at families this weekend so food choices arent mine and today i went a bit ape shit on food.

Super high fat day and carbs are about 75g more than needed. Proteins good. Should still be able to use the weird cable machine this weekend. Gotta get back on cardio, i think my nerves should be good.

Didnt have lots of time so only 1 set on calves and cut out an exercise or 2. Weight rebound from shifting schedule and cutting sleep short, but ill deffinitely way more after what i ate today.

I started unilaterals for rehabing my quad atrophy and knee down weakness, started do it full body for certain exercises. Yea a big eating day should be fine with my regular 2 meao a day usual.

Yeah, was a good day. Hadnt eaten that much in a while. Yesterdays reta pin kicked in this morning so appetite is almost null now.

Was just an off day, grandparents bought deep fried wings and drumsticks at the grocery store. Cant deny the elders.

Usually towards my next dose of reta i start getting a little appetitite back.

Apparently my OCD has got riled up and locked onto this shit, so i cant stop even if i wanted to. @jenkemj it wont be too long now, though there are adjustments in the math i threw your way off the top if my head, accuracy is a must. Atta boy, 20iu air injection is the higher end of the medical book im referencing recommendation for 1-3ml IM air locking. Sub q should handle the same, but i dont see anyone going over 10iu.

Ah yeah worded my reply weird, meant sub q should handle the same maximum amount. The med text recommends 5-10iu sub q.

I dont see anyone going over 10iu for IM with luer locks and 5iu for sub q with slin pins
With slin pins, 2-3iu is all thats needed as they are considered Ultra Low Dead Space.

Shouldve finished my thought process. Lol

Oh theres been no writers block lol. OCD has kept me up to 330am 2 nights in a row even after reseting my sleep schedule.

Its almost done, got some tweeks, finishing touches, images to organize, and another medical text reference to find. Along with spellcheck, grammar etc etc.

I also cant help expanding bloody well every topic even remotely involved.

Side note - stayed an extra day, but 2 turkeys were cooked for me to take home. New glasses arrived, god damn i didnt think my eyes were this bad. Should help with migraines, hopefully.

Yea goals still 170lbs, though ive gained a couple lbs. Probably holding water from 4iu gh. Not sure how much water you retain.

I also let cardio take a back seat for a bit to let my nerve compression heal faster. Ill see this week if my fert are still a touch numb on treadmill.

Finally back intown but my knee was hurting pretty good, pissy about not going to the gym right out the gate. Will hit a dirty push day tomorrow and its about time i smash out some hours of cardio, fuck numb feet. Caught a few pounds im assuming from HGH and Test E.

Had crazy hunger last 2 days, but i got 2.6kg of cooked turkey meat so thats covered.

I believe ive worked out the main equations for the write up, reading through published studies to pull data from. Going all out.

Ive alreadt hit the last notch on my belt, im as skinny as i was in college now lol.

Deffinitely, i stayed 2 extra days cause ma offered to cook me 2 turkeys lol.

Yea, wasnt where i usually get it. It was where it atrophied before, the end of vastus medialis and then rounding over top of knee in muscle tissue only. I had a lot, a lot of knee and back pain when it atrophied last time so i said i didnt feel anything then but perhaps i assumed it was all PFPS. No pain from that now so im going to keep an eye on it.

Yea, wasnt where i usually get it. It was where it atrophied before, the end of vastus medialis and then rounding over top of knee in muscle tissue only. I had a lot, a lot of knee and back pain when it atrophied last time so i said i didnt feel anything then but perhaps i assumed it was all PFPS. No pain from that now so im going to keep an eye on it.

The research article will take longer than i thought. With designing equations ( multiple ones for different damn scenarios) you guys can plug numbers into, to perusing published studies for verified technical specs to use, this shits goin to take a bit. I also cant help expanding bloody well every topic even remotely involved.

Side note - stayed an extra day, but 2 turkeys were cooked for me to take home. New glasses arrived, god damn i didnt think my eyes were this bad. Should help with migraines, hopefully.

Finally back intown but my knee was hurting pretty good, pissy about not going to the gym right out the gate. Will hit a dirty push day tomorrow and its about time i smash out some hours of cardio, fuck numb feet. Caught a few pounds im assuming from HGH and Test E.

Had crazy hunger last 2 days, but i got 2.6kg of cooked turkey meat so thats covered.

Definitely take advantage of when your body is telling you something. @Shakey don't ignore the pain. I think when we're younger, we tend to ignore pain but as we get older we learn our lesson the hard way.

@Shakey when you get super hungry like that, drink a lot of water. It will help fill your stomach up and your hunger won't be so crazy. That's good though; hunger is a good sign. It means your body wants to be fed.

Took a break from that damn research. Lol. Spontaneous knee pain is gone. Not enough protein today, but GERD was acting up today. Lots of acid and a few regurgs so i just left it at that.

Good to be back, chest pump was crazy. Bout the same reps on dips but i went faster and also leaned in really good during the rep. Did some quad drops and also went up in weight by mistake on delt raise machine, and did an extra 11.5lbs on rope pulldown. Quad drops on bench last just killed me.

Wicked workout. Havent had a chest pump like that in a while.

Yea deffinitely getting more appetite after 2 weeks on 150mg of Test E. Ive been drinkin more to curb it like you say.

When i learn how to cook my own turkey, itll be cajun. Love cajun. All my chickens? Cajun. Bought a massive container of cajun last summer.
 
I dont go out of my way to buy cereal, those were given to me. When i do buy, its usually oatmeal crisp protein cereal, or i end up having oatmeal with ground flaxseed and a scoop of protein added.

Good news and bad news.
Pull day was great, wicked pump. Slipped twice on ice, hurt disc but not badly. Then hurt knee on second slip again not badly at all. Fairly lucky.

Proceed to get home and sinus cyst pops causing quite the headache and my ear and entire face hurting. Will keep an eye out for a fever incase it gets infected.

Ive also gained 6lbs total lol. Ive also been fairly inconsistent with gym attendance. Been struggling with motivation for weeks, side effects of those seizures. Its not an abnormal amount of time to return to normal, so no need to worry.

It could take a while or just another day, who knows. Lol

Yea I'm the exact same. Our jerk chicken spot recently changed their recipe and it fukn killed us last week. Duno how people do it either.

Yeah, its gotten better. Trainings been spotty lately because of those seizures. No motivation and depression to varying degrees is common but today was really good, so i should be getting back to a steady schedule. side notes all my lifts have increased last 2 workouts, dips felt like i was rag dolling myself. lol

I actually cant remember when i started GH, maybe a week or 2 before i ordered my gear. So i think end of Jan maybe? i did 8 days at 2iu then jumped to 4iu. Sleep improvements have been crazy. Definitely caught a few lbs of water from the Test and GH. I weighed in at 183.2 today lol. Ill have to get back to heavy cardio again.

Now not to spoil my research article but after applying my own math, im definitely on more than just 150mg of Test E, by a fair margin at that. 😂 i considered compensating and reducing to the 150mg, but im already on TRT+ apparently. lol So i might as well stay at what im at. i will wait to update what im "technically pinning" when i post the article, or should i do it now?

No lift today, still got pressure and inflammation in sinus' after cyst pop. Moving my head too quick causes pain and a little blood so strenuous activity is out. Was good most the day but pressure is increasing. Wouldnt want to get it infected.

Updating what my Test dose has actually been the entire time. I measured my pin deadspace, and having been air locking the entire time, my EOD 43mg pin is actually 60mg. Putting me at 210mg Test E weekly. Now i could compensate for the dead space, and lower my dose to 150mg, but im already 210mg so ill leave it at that.

If i run out of Test E before i start my cycle, ill TRT+ with the Sust i have on hand for now.

If you're feeling good and health markers are ok I don't see any reason to reduce your dose. Nothing wrong with TRT+ for a while.

I'm surprised you're running so much GH bro. I thought funds were kinda tight and bang for buck GH ranks pretty low. 4iu is an expensive dosing protocol too. I only run 2iu cuz the benefits I see at 4iu aren't really all greater than 2 so I'd rather save the money.

I'm surprised you're running so much GH bro. I thought funds were kinda tight and bang for buck GH ranks pretty low. 4iu is an expensive dosing protocol too. I only run 2iu cuz the benefits I see at 4iu aren't really all greater than 2 so I'd rather save the money.
I got some GH kits fairly cheap, sourced it elsewhere privately. I think 4iu is max for me to spread them out further.

Started BPC 300mcg PM again. Added 2iu GH PM as well. Tried 3.6mg GLOW, went good and will stay on that.

Update:
Alright im back. Had some shit goin on and i felt like taking a break from logging. Was still skulking around here though. Still weighed myself everyday.

So since my Test was low and ill be running a cycle starting at 170lbs anyways ive decided to start pinning a TRT dose until cycle. Im currently pinning 43mg EOD of Test E. Which comes to 150mg weekly. Along with upping my GH to 4iu, figured why not.

Haha, that is true. Been all over the map writing it. I noticed a huge difference in sleep between 2iu and 4iu, i sleep around 6-7hrs uninterupted now, usually.

Update:
No lift today, still got pressure and inflammation in sinus' after cyst pop. Moving my head too quick causes pain and a little blood so strenuous activity is out. Was good most the day but pressure is increasing. Wouldnt want to get it infected.

Updating what my Test dose has actually been the entire time. I measured my pin deadspace, and having been air locking the entire time, my EOD 43mg pin is actually 60mg. Putting me at 210mg Test E weekly. Now i could compensate for the dead space, and lower my dose to 150mg, but im already 210mg so ill leave it at that.

If i run out of Test E before i start my cycle, ill TRT+ with the Sust i have on hand for now.

Yeah, its actually making me look fuller. Lol So i dont mind it. Looks like i evened out at 182, so was about 5.5lbs of water.

Still got a headache on and off and some pressure in my face, but i think ill atleast get some cardio in tonight.
 
Depending how it feels, it may be light cardio only today. I read heavy lifting isnt recommended, increasing blood and pressure etc etc.

Feels okay at the moment, still pressure.

Yea I didn't really notice much of a dif between 2 or 4. The only time I bump up to 4 is if 2 stops giving me good recovery results and I wanna keep pushing. That's how I know the time is near for me to cycle off for a bit.

Have you cycled off yet at all?

Update:
Went for some cardio with some pressure and a headache, ended up doing a quick leg day with no unilatetals or dropsets. Left with an ear/sinus ache but it cleared up after a few hours. Totally worth it.

Soles of feet went a little numb on treadmill, but was worse during lifts? Like full pins and needles on leg extensions and prone curls, so super confusing. Not sure if i just need new shoes and these new insoles are garbage (feet were fine last leg lifts with no cardio) or theres a nerve issue still. Who knows.

Weight gain from TRT+ and 4iu GH seems to have leveled off at 182lbs. Im getting back to cardio, daily if i can.

NAC ran out, probably wont get more as ill be narrowing my supp list down to essentials. Out if melatonin(apparently never put on supp list) as well, will see is GH can handle knockin me out alone. Also ran out of psyllium husk, new bag arrives tomorrow.

I usually do dropsets on legs but i think im going to stop drops for legs for my knees for a bit. Also i usually do unilateral stuff for legs to help get my quad back from wasting, but im going to run some normal sets for a bit. Felt good today.

I will for a while anyways, give my knee some time to recover better.

On cardio its the actual joints, but on lifts its the ligament on the left side or my right knee that hurts. Slight tear i think last summer, its why i took time off then.

I dont have standalone BPC anymore. Last time i pinned GLOW right near that ligament, i got some good swelling. Not a lot of fat there and shaky hands makes for bad pins. Lol

Course i think that pin was multi-loaded with GH, so it was around 25iu. A 5iu GLOW pin would probably be fine. Ill consider pinning GLOW seperately on site.
