What's your poison... What pre-workout supplement or stack does it for you? (this includes meds and compounds/peptides etc).

IMG_2679 2.webp

I personally have been enjoying a combination of the below products...

Low stimulant training days
I switch between EHP's Oxyshred (watermelon) and Kami-Kaze (Grape.. anything grape for me is preferred!)
I always sip my pre-workout throught my session, mixed with the same flavouring from Dr.Hydrate's range. On heavier training days (especially with CrossFit thrown ontop of a gym session the same day), I will normally consume an intra-workout as well.

IMG_2678.webp

High stimulant training days
On days where I require a huge boost, I use @CS Supps's Full Clip pre-workout (UNSPONSORED).
I try not to take this product regularly (I limit myself to it once a week) as DMAA is quite over stimulating for me... sometimes.
It’s honestly a weird balancing act - not sure if this is just how DMAA pre-workouts behave (can't recall the old Jacked3D days), but sometimes one scoop is perfect for a workout, and other times it absolutely flattens me and I end up glued to the couch for hours :sick:
So proceed with caution with this product. @CS Supps even recommends 1/2 serve to begin with.

Also, bear in mind, any supplements with DMAA will produce a false positive in a workplace drug test (for amphetamines). So if you are regularly drug tested, probably best not to consume :ROFLMAO:. @CS Supps also does a non-stimulant version 'Jurassic Pump' which I am looking forward to trying when it becomes available in a cherry flavour - Yew.

Outside of the above...

I also take the following pre-workout:
- Currently experimenting with Yohimbine @5mg fasted
- L-Carnitine (fasted cardio/workout) 400-600mg
- 5mg Cialis

For me personally, I truly believe that pre workout and intra workout nutrition and hydration are the most influential factors when it comes to properly fuelling a session.

If your goal is performance, energy, strength output, and achieving a quality pump, then what you have available in the bloodstream during that training window matters enormously.
This becomes even more critical in a fat loss phase, where carbohydrates are lower and overall energy availability is reduced. In a growth phase you have more nutritional margin for error. In a deficit, you do not. Strategic carbohydrate placement, adequate sodium, fluid intake, and in some cases essential amino acids can be the difference between maintaining performance and watching it regress.

After that, I place a strong emphasis on overall meal timing across the day. Total daily intake is always the foundation, but distribution influences training quality, recovery, and even sleep. Ensuring glycogen is reasonably topped up before training and replenished after allows you to preserve output across the week, not just a single session.

Sleep average across the week would be the next major pillar. Acute sleep loss might not ruin one workout, but chronically reduced sleep will impact strength, insulin sensitivity, recovery capacity, appetite regulation, and motivation. Over time, it quietly erodes performance.

Everything else in my opinion falls into the category of minor tools. Supplements, stimulants, pump agents, and performance enhancers may provide a small edge. But they cannot compensate for poorly structured nutrition, inadequate hydration, or insufficient sleep. At best, they enhance a well built foundation. At worst, they simply mask gaps in the fundamentals.

If we get the precursors right, the enhancements actually enhance. If we get the precursors wrong, we are just trying to patch cracks in the system.

Awesome post! 😊 I too am a fan of taking Yohimbine fasted pre-cardio when I’m dieting down. Really helps with leaning out more stubborn areas on the lower body at the tail end of a diet. Currently out because I’m gaining!

Currently I am only using non-stim products. I reserve caffeine pre-wo as an Ace up my sleeve for when I’m dieting.
So my current non-stim combo is Premium Supps Night Warrior (grape or mango) pre-wo, and for intra I do a combo of liquid glycerol, creatine, glutamine, HBCD, sea salt/ lite salt, EAAS. Getting great muscle pumps & decent (sustained) focus with that combo 😊

Peri-training nutrition seems like such low hanging fruit but the difference is measurable and dramatic. A good mix of micronutrient dense, low and high GI carbs, sodium & potassium, and a shit ton of water and the improvement to your training performance and endurance will make shifts well above and beyond what any single supplement will do.

My man @roguepineapple nice TD's here!!!

I'm a sublingual anavar kinda guy about 1.5-2 hours pre-workout but that stack looks good as well and all are known enhancers. The Full Clip product looks stacked to the tits man.

Ya I was gonna say exactly what @Allupfromhere said but he beat me to it (no I really wasn't LOL :p). I hope his package is as big as his brain when I meet him at the EVO Expo. :devilish::p

Keep us posted on what you uncover, mate! This stuff is still so early days, and I'm always interested in knowing about people's experiences!
Will do... did some more research today listening to podcasts on SLUPP while driving. I've decided against ever injecting DMSO which leaves us at either finding some mystery solvent (that is safe) to recon SLUPP with or stick to oral enteric capsules.

The more I read/listen to about SLUPP the more I'm staying put in the camp that it is effective in the mcg range of dosing. I think at high doses it starts to act as an uncoupler and this is where the fatigue comes from that boys like @Allupfromhere mentioned they get. End of the day it's a signal and if the signal is sent then 'more isn't better' if the switch has been flipped else you might get a backfire and lose protons leading to decreased ATP production. I think the biggest issue is redox state and if your redox state is in check then any mito peps are in an environment to do what they're supposed to with less dosing than we might think we need as it translates back to rats. So I'm thinking I'm gonna stick with 1mg SLUPP oral b.i.d. (twice a day) for the rest of my cycle and see how she goes.

@Allupfromhere and @LevButlerov might be able to chime in but recon'ing SLUPP is a no go zone for me at this point (although @CladHQ's method should work but the DMSO I just can't stomach the thought and Canadian pharmacies don't carry medical grade DMSO for injection either). I currently have one vial of 5mg of @biogenix SLUPP and I'm thinking I might just recon it with BAC and slam the whole thing as an experiment that I'll make a community research thread on LOL.

@HarleyGuy DM'd you the SLU oil suspension. Also shared a link to some great reading / anecdotal real world evidence

I have read entire thing front to back! Lukasz has some great analysis that you will see towards back third of pages.
The link to buy it is such a teaser LOL... doesn't say the oil used. I get why though.

MCT oil. He mentions it in comments on thread
MCT!! My favourite! Probably takes forever to reconstitute in oil but worth the wait. I haven't read the comments pages but I will.

you should post about MCT sterile with the mega thread on SLU we pushing up soon :D @HarleyGuy
That's the plan! I'm all set now got the MCT and filters... will take pics of each step once I recon it and make note of everything. Just selling our home at the moment but it shall be done.

For me personally, I truly believe that pre workout and intra workout nutrition and hydration are the most influential factors when it comes to properly fuelling a session.

Couldn't agree more. Ever since I restarted my fitness journey, I have learned a lot about performance improvement during my deficit. Continually assessing and addressing any leakages across my sleep patterns/routines, nutrition, supplements, and training. The PEDS, peptides, meds, etc... as you have mentioned, are only ever utilised as the last few levers to pull to 'enhance' what you are already doing well. One thing I do need to be more focused on is the 'timing' of my supplements and meals, etc.

100% brother. You and @Allupfromhere have hit the nail on the head. I have also seen... far too many times, people being caught up in taking a cocktail of things to address issues that can easily be fixed. For example, forgetting the basics and reaching for the next best 'research chemical' or medication to send a nuke to fix a simple issue, when 9/10 it could have been easily addressed through better nutrition and a cleaner bedtime routine, for example. In a time where we are spoiled with a myriad of choices in performance enhancement, a basic approach is always the best.

Workouts looking solid aswell!!
Keep up the phenomenal work!💪
Thank you, boss!

''I'm staying put in the camp that it is effective in the mcg range of dosing''

It's funny you should say this... I experimented with 40mg the other day during a pull session. Felt amazing during my session, but ended up being so fatigued and washed out in the afternoon that I ended up crashing for an hour. It seems that anything above 20mg for me becomes a case of diminishing returns. So far, I've had excellent results at 1-2mg and 20mg as my upper limit.

How are you feeling since running 1mg mate?

Couldn't agree more. Ever since I restarted my fitness journey, I have learned a lot about performance improvement during my deficit. Continually assessing and addressing any leakages across my sleep patterns/routines, nutrition, supplements, and training. The PEDS, peptides, meds, etc... as you have mentioned, are only ever utilised as the last few levers to pull to 'enhance' what you are already doing well. One thing I do need to be more focused on is the 'timing' of my supplements and meals, etc.

Yew! Love it @Alice_In_Ironland! What doses are you currently running for your yohimbine? Any major issues/concerns being experienced at the moment?

100% brother. You and @Allupfromhere have hit the nail on the head. I have also seen... far too many times, people being caught up in taking a cocktail of things to address issues that can easily be fixed. For example, forgetting the basics and reaching for the next best 'research chemical' or medication to send a nuke to fix a simple issue, when 9/10 it could have been easily addressed through better nutrition and a cleaner bedtime routine, for example. In a time where we are spoiled with a myriad of choices in performance enhancement, a basic approach is always the best.

When in a deficit I like 12mg of Yohimbine taken fasted in the morning pre-cardio or 20-30 mins of steps 😊

UPDATE

Hi All, finishing the week off strong with some new amazing people in my life, which is refreshing to be a part of a supportive network. You know what they say... You surround yourself with the right people, and results will come!
A key focus of mine this week has been to maintain my intensity in training, hit my twice-daily workouts, and smash my macros, etc.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
  • Trained with intensity across the week
  • 5x Gym days
  • 6x CrossFit/Circuit sessions
  • 100% adherence to my meal plan
CONCERNS
  • A bit of tightness in both my forearms due to overuse (due to high intensity and number of workouts throughout the week).
  • Had some really weird inner ear issues this week (on my left side), which was causing me to be nauseous in the mornings, accompanied by tinnitus that lasted for 4 days. Have no clue what the root cause was, but seems to be slowly dissipating now. NOTE: BP/HR monitored daily - all normal throughout the day/week. The only thing I can think of is a 'neck tweak' that occurred during a cable lateral raise.
UPCOMING CHANGES
  1. Starting tomorrow: 20mcg clenbuterol taken in the morning
  2. Forearm recovery for the next two weeks (removal of arm routine for now)
SUMMARY OF WORKOUTS THIS WEEK
GYM (A.M) CROSSFIT (PM)

Straight up 😊 I’m probably an outlier in that I find it helps me focus better during a cut with none of the other common sides like anxiety etc
I'm looking forward to trying it out consistently this week. It's a weird one for sure. I was starting off low, then going up... but it sounds like it is pretty well tolerated. I'm a pretty chill guy, so I wouldn't even know if I have anxiety or not... I mean, do I have anxiety? What the hell is happening to me right now? Am I a potato? :ROFLMAO: Might be the espresso I just had.
I find 10mg pretty easy to tolerate
I think you are built different bro. Your pre-workout stack makes my eyes twitch. :ROFLMAO:

SPONSOR UPDATE - @PharmabolicsOz

Thank you @PharmabolicsOz for another supply of my test cyp, and kindly sponsoring clen for my log!
It's been a while since I've used clen, and I will be running it at 20mcg daily for the final 8 weeks of my 'Ultimate Cut' log.
I am just waiting on some nebivolol to run at 5mg per day (taken at night), with daily HR/BP checks to keep a close eye on things. When I previously used clen, I could only run it for short periods and at a max of 50mcg before feeling yuck.

Question to the general masses - Clenbuterol... rate it/love it? Hate it? How was your experience with it? Any tips, etc.?

I'm thinking at those high ass doses it starts behaving like an uncoupler and it puts the ATP release into overdrive, causing fatigue and crash kinda like a mini DNP or the BAM15 peptide. I feel sharp and focused on 1mg. Some days I'll do 1mg twice a day and I'm thinking about 250mcg of it gets bioavailable after first pass. I notice some days it works better than others but I definitely notice 2mg is all I need. When I wake up I do MOTS-C and NAD+ with the SLU (SS31 coming soon for a quick 4-week burst - it's my belief SS31 is best after MOTS has been run for a while and SS31 is only needed for short bursts a few times a year) and with this stack there's days I feel completely switched on remarkably more than I've ever noticed.

Share the link with me please mate :)
@CladHQ has got you covered he probably DM'd it to you by now. If you read through the reviews the recipe is in there and I'll be posting it in my log soon. I have the correct oil and hydrophilic filtration filters to filter the oil and then reconstitute and make my own for subQ and I'll be doing 500mcg subQ to start.

Question to the general masses - Clenbuterol... rate it/love it? Hate it? How was your experience with it? Any tips, etc.?
I think clen has fallen by the wayside and has become underrated and gets shit on which is unwarranted; clen it has it's uses and can be a powerful addition to a stack in the final stages of a cut at low body fat. Excellent for comp prep in those final weeks too. It should be respected though and run in short bursts so as not to desensitize the beta-2 adrenergic receptors which downgrade fast.

SPONSOR UPDATE - @CladHQ

A re-supply of @CladHQ's amazing HgH - Thank you, Sir!
I was originally supplied with the 100IU kit and have since been upgraded to a 240IU kit for economical purposes :D.

When comparing HGH kit options, the real economic difference comes down to cost per IU and how long each kit lasts at your daily dose. At a usage rate of 4 IU per day (my current dose), the 100 IU kit (10×10 IU vials) priced at $160 works out to $1.60 per IU and provides approximately 25 days of use, costing about $6.40 per day.

In contrast, the 240 IU kit (10×24 IU vials) at $360 reduces the price to $1.50 per IU, lasting around 60 days at the same dose and bringing the daily cost down to roughly $6.00. While the larger kit requires a higher upfront spend, it delivers better overall value through a lower per-unit cost, longer supply duration, fewer reorders, and improved consistency for protocols where HGH is typically used over extended periods rather than short cycles.

I thank @CladHQ once again for the resupply and continue to use his HgH in confidence, backed by amazing HPLC results and customer service!

Nice update mate.

That's a lot of work you do. Are you worried about build up of fatigue or recovery? Also, how do you go hitting tri's on consecutive days (days 1 and 2)?

Looking really good in the photos. Big shoulders and arms.

I'm thinking at those high ass doses it starts behaving like an uncoupler and it puts the ATP release into overdrive, causing fatigue and crash kinda like a mini DNP or the BAM15 peptide. It certainly is a case of 'less is more'. Such an interesting compound thats for sure! Interesting commentary surroding Mots-C and SS31. I am planning on incorporating my mito-stack from @CladHQ in the final 4-weeks of my log just to go out with a bang!
  1. MOTS-C (have run at 2mg per day)
  2. 5-Amino (never run - but thinking the same as MOTS??)
  3. SLU - (running at 20mg p/d currently)
  4. NAD (not currently running, but will do 25mg three times a week)
Thoughts on the above, mate?

For sure! I have never run it alongside Nebivol, but my coach has recommended this as a must. Gosh, it's been a hot minute since I've used clen, but eager to tidy everything up as I exit out of this cut.

Yew! Love it! The only thing I remember from clen was the wicked forearm cramps hahahah.

Thanks, bro!

Short-term goal - exit out of this cut in the single BF digits, then straight into a recomp for 12-weeks.
Long-term goal - build a physique to enter a comp with and finally step on stage - ticking off a lifelong dream of mine; and all the while inspiring those around me to live a healthy and active lifestyle.

How about you mate?

And how are you settling back into routine? Good to be back at it?
💯 great to be back. Rough few weeks

Still jet lagged but trying not to sleep during the day too much.

Yep back to routine. Pick up were I left off and continue the lean build for as long as I can before another cut leading into next summer.

Stepping on stage would be awesome. Just needs commitment and selfishness from my end which is difficult with young family and high stress job…. 1 day!!

Just continue to build best version of me as possible 💪

I’m sure you will smash it and glad you’re in a good space now to pick up where you left off. I feel you about competing… I share the same life commitments and responsibilities. So it’s always an ongoing balancing act.

Yeah man…

My message to coach has been to prep me and keep my physique in the best possible shape while still focusing on progression) so at anytime I have the opportunity to commit- we can flip the switch and simply go..

Family first atm but all good! Use this year to put on some tissue enhanced (only been using PEDs 6 months after 18 years natty) so plenty of growing and improvement ahead and perhaps compete next year!

Yes! I’ve only started enhanced lifting this last 6-months as well! Here’s to our gains! Yew!

A re-supply of @CladHQ's amazing HgH - Thank you, Sir!
@CladHQ win with the GH here! Nice Jano too.

It certainly is a case of 'less is more'. Such an interesting compound thats for sure! Interesting commentary surroding Mots-C and SS31. I am planning on incorporating my mito-stack from @CladHQ in the final 4-weeks of my log just to go out with a bang!

  2. 5-Amino (never run - but thinking the same as MOTS??)
  3. SLU - (running at 20mg p/d currently)
  4. NAD (not currently running, but will do 25mg three times a week)
Thoughts on the above, mate?
1. MOTS that's a good dose, and by good I mean that's likely plenty and you won't need much more. MOTS activates AMPK (I won't go into the organic chemistry too much) and helps to increase metabolic activity/energy and improve insulin sensitivity.

2. 5-Amino is entirely different from MOTS in that MOTS is a mitochondrial derived peptide and 5-Amino is an enzyme inhibitor. 5-Amino inhibits an enzyme that helps to increase NAD+ levels. The two you're thinking of that don't need to be necessarily be run together are NAD+ and 5-Amino although you can. 5-Amino-1MQ can increase NAD+ and help with lipolysis, while MOTS-c improves mitochondrial efficiency and you may notice some increased energy throughout the day and avoid that afternoon 'crash'

Your better off imo to just run MOTS and NAD+ and just shoot straight for the bullseye and don't worry about 5-Amino if you don't already have it.

3. SLU is an amazingly fascinating peptide if you look into the research. The human dosing is still up for debate but like I said I'm in the less is more camp with this one for now.

4. NAD+ stacks amazingly well with MOTS at 25mg-35mg EOD of even ED. I'm in the 'just take NAD+ and ignore 5-Amino' camp if you had to choose between the two.

Side note: you likely don't need SS31 but after having MOTS on board 4-6 weeks you can introduce SS31 for 4-6 weeks and then continue with the above stack.

it's been a hot minute since I've used clen, but eager to tidy everything up as I exit out of this cut.
Just don't go all crazy with it at 100mcg on day one and you'll be fine, it can be extremely useful if used properly at the end of a cut and if bodyfat is at the point where you're looking for that last little bit to come off.

@CladHQ win with the GH here! Nice Jano too.

They are awesome points my guy!

I will definitely take onboard what you have shared around point #2. I have previously run Mots, NAD, and slu in my previous log with amazing results. SS31 is definitely being looked into as well…

I feel after running Slu for a while and then incorporating mots down the line for my final send off, I’ll need to ensure that my mito cels are working to full capacity, so running SS31 briefly will ensure I get the most out of everything etc.

Point noted regarding clen 🫡.

Share the link with me please mate :)
In to comment on the quick-fixes and "next best peptide" bro you're one hundred percent correct. I've taken on guys/ girls and fixed issues related to Hematology, blood pressure issues, liver issues, sleep issues, lipids, sex hormone profiles, pump quality, training stimulus ENTIRELY through manipulating the basics.

Nutrition/ hydration
Training methodology
Sleep and recovery practices and habits

Very bang on here... the absolute foundation before all else is this.

Most people know I am very pro mitochondrial upregulation and supporting cellular health.

But I am equally pro understanding what we are actually using.

If we do not fully understand the mechanistic pathways of a compound, how can we confidently say we truly need it? Or know whether it is solving a real limitation versus just adding complexity for the sake of doing more?

Tools are powerful. But they are only powerful when applied with intent and timing.

That said, your train of thought is absolutely moving in the right direction brother. I like the restraint I am seeing. You are not trying to play every card at once. That is maturity.

Start by leveraging the mitochondrial support. Improve substrate utilisation. Improve energy production. Improve efficiency. Build the metabolic engine first.

Then, as the cut deepens and true fat loss resistance starts to show, that is when lipolytics can be layered in strategically. Not out of impatience, but out of necessity.

Play the long game. Extract everything you can from each phase before escalating.

Always make sure you are thinking, not reacting because that is exactly how this should be done.

That's the plan! I'm all set now got the MCT and filters... will take pics of each step once I recon it and make note of everything. Just selling our home at the moment but it shall be done.
awesome waiting for it :D @HarleyGuy

Ummmm.... @Allupfromhere... are you my coach's alt? I swear it's like an echo of the exact conversation we had last week. wtf. hahaahah.
But couldn't agree more! My thinking is to pull the final lever (mito support) towards the final pointy end of my cut (providing everything is going well etc. and required).

WEEK 3 - NUTRITION CHECK-IN (02.03.26)

Current mood... Determined! but tired...

1772415317715.webp

Morning evo fam! Start of a new week, and it has been off to a rough start. Managed to find myself awake at around 2:30 am this morning and tossed and turned until 4:30/5 am. It may have been due to some overtraining last week and slightly higher cortisol levels than usual, which messed with my recovery/sleep last night.
Training this morning was a push session, and despite minimal sleep, I had a great session with plenty of volume and weight moved.

MORNING - PUSH ROUTINE (1042 total cals burned)
Pre-workout - 20mcg clen, 5mg yohimbine, and Kamikaze. [forgot to take my slu fml]

IMG_2766.webp
IMG_2768.webp

FOCUS FOR THIS WEEK

  • Start up my steps again to go along with my fasted cardio since incorporating clen into my program (as of today).
  • Nail my macros again; and
  • Continue training intensity, but be mindful of overtraining.
100% MACROS FOR LAST WEEK

In all honesty... last week was the first time I achieved 100% adherence to my nutrition plan: no slips or anything. I just found my rhythm and have locked in! Only took 25 weeks hahaah.

ask your coach to bump the fats a bit with omega 3s :D

I see 600mg of primo, how much test are you running?

you might run the risk of nuking your Estrogren my dude.
Upped to 350mg per week of test now.

The below LCMS test was before I bumped up to the above dosage and was on 250mg test, 200mg mast, and 200mg primo at the time.

Will be pulling bloods and checking everything in 3 more weeks before deciding on where to go from there.

100% adherence to nutrition and macros is tough feat. Well done brother.. massive achievement 💪💪💪

Sounds like training is on point and solid also! Excellent.

Great spot to be in,.

Sleep is sleep. Always a WIP i guess (for me anyway). Afternoon nap is a great idea.

End of Day Summary
Evening, Evo fam! Had a smashing day, which started with a better sleep than the day prior - with 6hrs 29mins of ZZzzzz's.
The morning started with a few back-and-forths with my coach to work out an updated game plan for my PEDs program, followed by a good leg session with a mate. I would have liked to have trained with a bit more intensity, but I am running a little lean from some broken sleep. Will have to remind myself to remain consistent and listen to my body so as not to run myself into some major fatigue/recovery issues.

The rest of the day was spent working with clients and a quick little outing with @RogueCherry at a couple of thrift shops for some hidden treasures (unlucky on that front)! I ended up getting two new slam balls, which were put to good use during my second workout session in the avo.

UPDATED PED PROGRAM
After reviewing my recent bloodwork and LCMS, we are pulling back the Primo and increasing my test to a 1:1 ratio. All other doses remain the same. Even though my LCMS result was at 55, I am not experiencing any low estrogen sides and feel fine. Bloods will be drawn and reviewed again in 6-8 weeks.

Hows the primo PIP?

Heard it can kick like a horse!
Really? I have had no issues at all. Onto my third vial now 🤣. It is low dose though at 100mg per ml. So might just be tolerable due to that.

I tell you… I have probably built up a tolerance to PIP now after using a 600mg/ml suspension of L-carnitine that corked me for days afterwards… made continuously worst due to daily injections! Nothing seems to faze me after that now hahaha.

Copy/paste error… Oracle loggers are not the Ironclad Vanguard loggers. My error when copying the footers over

WEEK 3 - TUESDAY CHECK-IN (03.03.26)

Today's motivation...

Good job rotating these exercises. I like the workout overall. @roguepineapple one of the things I especially like is the way you structure it.

Bros, damn. You kicking ass on this one! How do you like 3 mg of the reta? That seems pretty strong to me, no? @roguepineapple
Thank you, brother!

I have been on 3mg (worked up from 2mg) since the start of my first log. Initially, it was difficult to get my food in throughout the day, but over time, as I began packing on more muscle and dropping fat, my metabolism began to speed up, and I no longer found it difficult to eat.
My goal with reta is not kill my appetite, but have it dialled in so that I can still acknowledge it is there, but have the volume turned down so it is nothing but 'white noise' in the background.

I believe I do not have to go any higher than 3mg, as reta is doing its job. I can eat normally when required, and I no longer get the dreaded savoury/sweet tooth issues like I once did.

TOUCH DOWN - ORACLE RESEARCH

After a few conversations surrounding my short and long-term goals, MJ told me to expect a care package to assist me on my journey in my future logs. I was absolutely floored, to say the least, when I received my special box from him.
I am looking forward to when Oracle Research launches on Evo, as I am incredibly impressed by the diverse team he has pieced together, who are all on their own fitness journeys and stages of their lives, with all of us intersecting through Oracle Research  @Aussie_gear @CookieBaah

Absolutely pumped to see another top-notch vendor bringing an amazing array of products and high standards of service to the community!

@roguepineapple it's my privilege to have your presence in the team man. All of you @Aussie_gear @CookieBaah guys are Great humans before the physical aspect comes in to play. Dads, students, juggling home and family. You're working for something greater than yourself.

For me when finding loggers, that was the key. Having a tight knit Group where i can support your journey for however long you go for was a massive importance and I wanted to make sure that kinda opportunity went to the right people.

Genuine, Hard-working, compassionate and Kind. I sponsor a great human before a great Physique any day of the week.

To be Extraordinary
Gotta do Extraordinary

Let's make the Obstacle course a walk in the park on a Sunday afternoon.

Thank you.

Today's motivation...

End of Day Summary
Evening, Evo fam!
I have been enjoying this log more and more the second time around. I think it's because I can clearly see daily/weekly improvements with each slight 'tweak' that leads to a desired result. Gym with the wife and a grocery shop started our day, which was followed by work, life admin, and yard work.

CONCERN
I have a slight inner ear issue (left) that has been persistent over the course of a week now. A bit of an issue during the mornings when first waking, but it improves slightly throughout the day. Will continue monitoring, but as a temporary precaution, I'll be visiting my doc for a check-up.

TRAINING SESSION (PULL)
Start Time:

8:55 AM
Duration: 55 minutes
Total Calories: 547
Active Calories: 436
Max HR: 160 bpm
Avg HR: 134 bpm

@roguepineapple that is a good P.E.D. stash right there. Looks super juicy and super delicious. I want me some too.

Consider yourself one of the lucky ones. A lot of people just simply don't get allergic to stuff the same way some people get messed up from mosquitoes and some people don't get bothered at all. @roguepineapple

WEEK 3 - THURSDAY CHECK-IN (05.03.26)
Today's thought...

1772712206828.webp

End of Day Summary
Evening, Evo fam!
I woke up throughout the night with some disorientation when going to the toilet for my 3 AM pee (annoying - but you guys get me). I then proceeded to deal with some lovely sides from my Hgh (pins and needles in my hands and arms). So much so that I had to remove my wedding ring to relieve the circulation .

As I explained in my last entry, my inner ear issue is worst in the morning or throughout the night/early morning, resulting in slight head spins, etc. I spent a bit of time in the morning lying in bed until I stopped feeling dizzy... then started my day off with a fasted cardio session. I took it easy for the rest of the day and had a nice little CrossFit session in the avo.

CONCERN
I had a good chat with @Dreamer, who mentioned that an inner ear issue could be related to low e2... so I am hoping with the recent increase of test this week, things will naturally dissipate and improve on that front. I also looked at some things I started recently, and it would seem, in some rare cases, that topical hair treatments containing 'Minoxidil and Finasteride' can cause inner ear tinnitus in some people. I will discontinue the hair treatment for the next 7-days, as well as lower my HgH dose to 2IU per night (as HgH can also increase fluid buildup in the inner ear) and see how things go.

FINGERS CROSSED that everything will improve over the weekend.

WEEK 3 - THURSDAY CHECK-IN (05.03.26)
Today's thought...

View attachment 193886

Afternoon - Functional Training

(Note: Test Cyp instead of Test E)

EXCITING NEWS
@MJ @ Oracle Research AU will be launching on Evo over the coming weeks, and after speaking with him directly, I’ve had the opportunity to understand his passion for not only the bodybuilding community, but also hear about his vision for building a genuine, high-quality lab, focused on consistency, transparency, and value. His mission to grow Oracle into a trusted supplier for the Evo family resonates strongly with what this community stands for.
I’m looking forward to working closely with MJ and his team. I also look forward to running his products within my log to provide clear, honest feedback along the way. WATCH THIS SPACE!

NOTE: I have a left bicep strain from yesterday's slam ball session. So had to take it easy during my workout.

WEEK 4 - MONDAY CHECK-IN (09.03.26)

1773047254878.webp

Last week's summary:
Evening, Evo fam!
I finished off last week with a couple of 'loose' days on account of my birthday! Friday and Saturday found me having some higher-fat days due to my splurging on quality cuts of steak... yum!
It was a solid week of training and being active; however, my sleep average suffered a little (6hrs 47mins per night avg).
I found that my inner ear issue has improved (but I still have a faint ringing in my left ear), but I no longer have any vertigo issues - which is a bloody relief.

Check-in day:
  • Current weight - 89.15 kg (down from 91kg last week)
  • Physical improvements - Abs coming through nicely, looking drier/leaner. Strength/lifts increasing and cardio output improving.
  • Mindset - Highly motivated
  • Concerns
    • Ongoing ringing in the left ear (although less than previous weeks)
    • Knees felt a little sore last week during leg extensions (feeling better today)
    • Morning RH 81 BPM | BP 129/82 (monitoring and will be supplementing a beta blocker this week when order arrives from @CladHQ
      • Interestingly, my BP and RH averages increased back in September last year once I started Reta.
    • Forearm fatigue is still ongoing (overuse). May have to up the dose of @PharmabolicsOz's GLOW to aid in recovery
  • Fasting blood glucose - 4.5 nmol/L - @PharmabolicsOz's reta doing its thing in the background.

MACRO UPDATE

ANAVAR / CLEN

@PharmabolicsOz supplied Anavar is going well, and I felt some pretty dam good pumps in today's workouts (especially during my pull session). Strength across my lifts has been noticeably improving, and I’m really enjoying this compound so far, especially considering it’s my first time running it. Clen is going well, with no major side effects from current dosing.
