No the difference is not because of the 22K vs 20K because as the boys have indicated most pharma and quality generics are 22K anyway. The difference lies in quality, purity, production process and handling. Bottom line it’s the quality! Just a >or< 2% diff in purity is going to yield differences in results that may feel dramatic.
Then there’s the individual user, some are much more sensitive than others which all comes down to your igf1 receptor sites and sensitivity levels . Just like with test your androgen receptor site sensitivity will determine how you respond to test this is the case with Hgh based on igf1 receptor sensitivity.
Another major one! Which I actually believe is the most important! Is your insulin sensitivity without a doubt! This is number 1 actually! This determines if you’re fat or muscular/ whether you’re diabetic or prone to type 2 vs not/and most importantly how well Hgh works in your system based on the igf1 receptor sites. Because remember- high insulin levels in the blood cancel out Hgh and can lead to insulin resistance.

Their real world results! Just need to mention to everyone that the molecular weight of 191aa is 22Kda.
The molecular weight of 176aa is 20Kda.
It’s impossible to have 20Kda 192aa HGH.
It’s simply the weight.
The it’s has less molecular weight as it’s 15aa less. That’s it.

No problem bro, I would say that’s a personal experience. I can speak for myself and say it’s the best Hgh I’ve ever used and I’ve used nordi, saizen and Chinese . Mine doesn’t cause the edema of some of the other brands, mine doesn’t cause welts and toe to toe on a one for one basis it’s pretty much 1iu:1iu. To give you context I used saizen at 5iu and it was nothing and my 2iu blew it. I used 1iu nordi and it was very strong on par with mine or possibly stronger (def the lethargy). So while the nordi knocked me out with hyperglycemia/lethargy I didn’t like it cause I couldn’t function (felt like crap)- while on mine I’m beaming jumping out of bed! I don’t want to be feeling crap lethargic in the name of strong Hgh . I want to be sleeping deep in the name of strong Hgh but beaming out of bed rested with energy all day in the name of good Hgh like mine. I’ve been using Hgh on and off since the late 90s around the world too so I’m very experienced and expert with it. Everyone has their favourite- could be Humatrope could be geno pens? Just like every one has their personal favourite brand of test. I leave it to the user to have their own experience and opinion. Right now kopite67 is only 3 days in and very impressed described it as staggering lol, my other logger dreamer starts shortly when he arrives back and he’ll be logging his experience. My offline customers are very impressed with most wanting to do it for life for longevity purposes . I intend to do it permanently too . My only comment and fair answer would be try it for yourself and compare, maybe you’ll really like it and it will be the best or one of the best Hgh you’ve ever used or maybe you don’t like it. This way you can tell me how it compares toe to toe with those other brands. We’re all individuals and I know some people who can’t stand Hgh who don’t like it - does nothing for them - and that’s top quality pharma Hgh on script in the US. I know Lee priest says he didn’t like Hgh and for the money preferred stanazol instead and he was using Serostim on script. Lee said it didn’t do much for him. I think he’s prob insulin resistant that’s why. Others like Chris Cormier says he loves hgh especially at 6iu that’s his sweet spot. There’s not a pro that’s not on hgh, it’s their holy grail.
Me personally it’s my personal favourite product and compound in the world because of how diverse and comprehensive it is. I personally love it over any gear. It’s literally the rolls Royce of compounds .
I also believe why some respond so well and others don’t especially related to their doses is because of insulin resistance and igf receptor sensitivity as I’ve described in previous posts.
All I can say is, I recommend to use it correctly and share your experiences how it compares toe to toe with the other brands, so we can all learn and compare notes . Hope this helps….:

The science does not lie, your opinion or so called experience doesn’t change the science facts. Experts like Dr. Tood and all the other Dr/phd/scientists and pharma companies (Novo nordisk, Lilly, Pfizer) are the experts not you. Dr Todd says this is the science behind it not the bro science.

Incorrect, I already posted that both 22K and 20K are both derived from 191AA both naturally from the pituitary gland and synthetically. As already explained the only difference is a splice variant of the human growth hormone gene resulting in a lighter molecular weight. Google it and see for yourself. I verified it and cross referenced it further on google and chatGPT just to make sure my language was all correct. Also checked with my chemist (the doctor). I make sure my facts are correct before posting, I always fact check first. No reference has been made by me to 176aa or 192aa.
My favourite thing @Gene-Tropin that you do is calmly and with fact address each and every one of these points.
I have never used pharma grade GH, I have used some very high quality generics, I have suffered from edema with varying degrees of intensity with GH, to the point I was going to stop using it, I return back Monday and will be starting, really keen to see if your GH will not cause this for me, because I agree the benefits are really great.

I would say 1 to 2iu, but of course you’ll know when you try. You be your own judge. Good reason to use it is def for longevity and recomp. For that 2iu/3iu of mine is more than adequate for that goal.

Not a single negative experience or complaint about me or my product- only the opposite praises and compliments. I’ve done everything right by everyone. Yes not only are ACS legitimate as you know, they’re literally one of if not the largest independent testing and most reputable as they do everything- pharmaceutical, agriculture, forensics and they are much more expensive. ACS are the best because they’re the most comprehensive showing any and all fillers the most important to test for being mannitol and sucrose on Hgh. As this is what users need to be concerned with. Jano doesn’t test that and don’t compare in comprehensiveness. Again I’m going to refer to Dr. Todd Lee who recommended this type of specific testing.

That said, we can only use a local independent testing facility as we are prohibited from sending overseas packs. This is why I used ACS because they are the best and most reputable independent facility in Australia. My understanding is that a reputable independent third party lab has to be used, which is certainly the case here. Your input is highly appreciated.

The claim that a pharmacist is engineering E. coli, producing recombinant HGH, purifying it, lyophilising it, and then making small batches of vials to sell on an internet forum for a few thousand dollars is extremely difficult to take seriously.
There’s a reason most non pharma HGH originates from large manufacturing operations in China. These facilities produce tens of thousands of units in a single run and the product is then sold to different distributors and third parties who vial and brand it.

I’ve already had independent thirdly party lab testing done by ASC for 3 different doses 5mg, 10mg and 15mg. ASC are a much bigger and reputable lab in the field of testing and forensics. Furthermore I had tests done for purity, fillers and specifically tested for common additives in Hgh such as mannitol and sucrose . I am aware Jano doesn’t test for those specifically in his HGH tests. Current customers are more than happy and delighted with my product not a single complaint. Currently kopite67 is logging very meticulously with outstanding results as he put it. Dreamer starts his log on Monday with my HGH.
I’ve also asked customers to post their results.

Not sure what your trying to insinuate here, but if you look back through my log; I honestly logged how GSL bold ace did not agree with me and I could not use that compound, have had no issues with any of the other oils or substances supplied by either sponsor.

Bro, any certified labs is required to have document control in place as part of their ongoing certification and quality control standards.
This would include information such as a document control numbers, version, and a document reference number would be the number used as part of the full traceability to know when, who and how the sample was tested.

His 'reports' on the other hand reveal:
- No institutional header with no ABN, address, contact details
- No report title e.g., "report of analysis"
- No ACS job number / job ID
- No documented date received or date reported
- Missing client name and missing client address
- Document is reported in free-text sentences with poor grammar, this is inconsistent with ACS / formal lab reporting styles
- No listed analytical method - they always list the method they use and/or provide chromatography
- Generally reports would state information such as "not detected" or "<0.1" or "below reporting limit" rather than 'no traces mannitol' or 'no traces sucrose'
- No professional formatting; his document looks like it was scanned with a photocopier, look how grainy the ACS label is
- No signature
