Overall i feel surprisingly good knees haven't felt this good in shuch a long time its a blessing having that, i find myself thankful regardless of situation my body is healthy and i feel good.
I was in my head while walking and thinking im going to figure this thing out and get it by any means, i dont know how deep i need to dig or how far i need to push my mind and my body... im willing to go to any lengths to build what i an after.
I am noticing positive improvements jeans that didn't fit before now fit great, belt i had to move up a notch, my waist is already shrinking i can feel it i can see it with my jeans fitting.
I had to flip that switch ive spoken about before and go into that headspace that normal people wont go, in order to lock in i needed to be all in, im an all or nothing type of person, i just needed to tap into that mindset.
Ive also learned to rest when i need to rest and not feel guilty about taking a day or 2 off to be at my very best for the next session. I find myself listening to my body and then executing.
The feeling is hard to explain once u feel it you know, that feeling that sends chills down your body, not because you are afraid but because you feel alive you feel a sense of i must do this i will do this, i will get after it.
Leg day today and cardio for Wednesday 3/4/26
Stay up, stay positive stay finding a way forward.

Exciting news so far since reporting my weight being at 231.1 on 3/2/26 as of 3/7/26 i am down 5.9lbs already which is showing all my hard work and determination is already paying off big time.
The other exciting news is Stevesmi and Mobster invited me onto the podcast for another guest interview, i am thankful for another opportunity to be invited on by them.
I am at the point now i am in a routine and its awesome feeling this way again and getting my mind to this point and my body is responding in accordance with my mindset.
Coach has me also doing a 36HR fast which i started on friday 3/6/26 7pm and ends on 3/8/26 at noon, overall i feel great and it hasnt been an issue or hard for me to do with my first attempt at 36HRS, utilizing water with electrolytes the whole time.
I did steady/brisk walking tonight at the gym for 61 minutes i did not want to push my body hard with my first go with a long fast, i felt great doing my 5k walk.
I haven't really had any hunger issues or stomach pains or urges to eat even when sitting at home for long periods or throughout the day or night, just cruising along till sunday hits.
I am beyond stoked being down and knowing what im eating being all healthy foods and always in a calorie deficit while knowing when to push when to rest and when to still go at a moderate pace so i dont burn out, which is critical to keep preforming at a high level.
Ive been meticulous tracking everything ive been doing and eating and documenting in my notes app so i can compare and contrast at the end of this log. I dont really know how far i will push it, i do know i would like to push until I hit that 10-12% in bodyfat marker long term goal.

Id just rather keep my dna to myself lol, definitely not a conspiracy person one of those companies that does that ancestry stuff had a huge data breach cant remember which one.Bros, you sound like a conspiracy guy.
That's true, a log does help. I have one as well.My coach is happy with everything that im doing right now and the progress photos i sent him, one aspect about a public log is still getting and valuing prospectives from experienced people in the same space as me.
Honestly i enjoy the feedback it helps along the wayThat's true, a log does help. I have one as well.
If it’s not already it will be. But that is bullshit isn’t it? They collected everyone’s dna, and then use it for profit and they’ve been working for years to be able to make alterations. Imagine if they found something unique in your dna and then copied it and sold it? They definitely would.I thought about those things but i dont know how i would feel about my dna being in some data base somewhere lol

Fasting is the ultimate for inflammation. Your injuries may be indirectly, but strongly, related to chronic inflammation. I think you’ve probably unlocked something life changing here. There’s a huge chance that *something* you’ve been eating is inflaming you. You were literally swollen, and you’ve had back to back injuries from movements that didn’t necessarily warrant an injury.Sunday 3/8/26

I will never in my life ever again sleep on fasting and what it can do to and for the human body. I was always aware of the benefits but never really thought about doing prolonged fasting myself.
I woke up this morning took my shirt off and was blown away at the major difference in how my body looked even from just a few days ago when i took my most recent photos... its a night and day difference. I still cant believe it.
I put some right when i started this cutting phase photos next to my photos i took today and some today photos next to the photos i took a few days ago.
I am actually still fasting now mainly do to the fact im not hungry yet, i will be returning to eating tonight, probably eat around 7pm maybe a little soon.
I have currently been fasting now for 41hrs overall i still feel really good at the moment no issues or cons i can report.
I just wanted to do this quick update for a physique update and while i cant and haven't been working upper body at all i am still very happy with the progress im making while not able to fully work the way i like, progress forward is a great feeling. Ive been working extremely hard at this, it is paying off little by little.

Yeah i dont know dude life is weird like that at times, was it from work heavy pushing and pulling all the time, the long physical hours, ontop of the gym or was it also how i was eating. Man i haven't felt this good in so long i cant even explain it. I have completely overhauled my entire diet, portion control clean foods no package food i cook all my meals i eat alot of fruits now its vastly different.Fasting is the ultimate for inflammation. Well. That’s good as long as you’re recovering imoheavy pushing and pulling all the time
Yeah you were getting up super early? Definitely not getting enough sleeplong physical hours,
Maybe just the beginning with this. People sleep on diet so much. Like regular people will deny that a change of diet will change their body even if you have a gun on their temple. It makes no sense! Hahaha. Like of course if you drastically change everything you put in your body you will change drastically. They just can’t see it because diet is learned like a first language. Very hard to change deeply culturalcompletely overhauled my entire diet, portion control clean foods no package food i cook all my meals i eat alot of fruits now its vastly different.

That is interesting and strange even when people do diet then offen do it wrong, i saw an overweight person on YT make a video on him loosing weight his breakfest was pre packaged turkey sausage English muffins, fooled himself by buying protein chocolate milk.. like bro what about that is deit lolMaybe just the beginning with this. I would like to start out saying thank you kindly N2BM for sponsoring me yet again and sending me a bottle of N2Guard. I utilize 7 caps daily and it comes with so many different vitamins and helpful ingredients inside the bottle, definitely helps me preforming at my top level while cutting calories and pushing my body in my current jounery on the road to 10-12% bodyfat, keeping minerals and vitamins high is critical imo to keep the body functioning while in this deficit.
I have more great news as the fat loss and weight drop just continues on rolling in the right direction. I am down another 1.8lbs i was at 225.9lbs now 224.1lbs as of today.
I am pretty excited seeing how well my first fast went, this time around i will be completing a fast that is 72 hours in duration starting this thursday.
I will be interested to see how much closer i am to seeing some definition in the abdominal area. I think on the high end i can drop another 5lbs low end 2-3lbs, any little bit of progress and momentum helps.
Tonight i completed 70 minutes of cardio i did rolling hills workout for the first 35 minutes followed immediately with fat burn workout for 35 minutes.

Leaning out nicely3/17/26 Tuesday Leg Day/Cardio
@US-pharmacies
5'11
Current Weight 222.7
I survived the massive snow storm that took place for several days, the only down side was i couldn't get out and train unfortunately, we still stuck with the deficit and eating clean.
The only crappie thing about all that snow i had to shovel so many times because my snow blower wasnt going through it effectively at all, having a wrist injury i just pray i didn't do more damage with my tendons then was already present.
Regardless surgery wont stop me or the injury define me, i dont care how much pain im in, they can cut me open put those metal anchors inside my body and i will contiune pushing. I dont give a fuck if i have to alter legs or core or get creative if surgery is the final diagnostic outcome.
I find out on 3/23/26 at my specialist appointment what direction im heading in surgery or no surgery. I am sure tbey will do another mri and i will have to wait a few days to find out what will be happening with all of that.
I have already prepared my mind mentally for this, no matter how painful it is i wont be taking opioids or anything for pain because fuck that industry and the countless lives it destroys, i wont be fucking one of them. My dreams and my visions are more powerful even if i have to go through pain and connect with that side of myself.
Rewind a few days before the snow storm named elsa. I did two 5k cardio sessions back 2 back testing myself, one flat one incline session. Totals for that session is what as follows.
Miles 6.77
Calories 528
Speed 3.5
Incline 4.0
Tonight was legs and regardless of low calories and alot of cardio im still very strong as i drop weight rapidly each week all lifts went up besides hack sqaut at the end of my session which I used as a burnout for quads utilizing lite weight.
The 1 set of 25 reps is really working for me and allowing me to stay strong and maximize each movement while not burning myself out, engery is still really good and im preforming at a high level.
I also ordered a really nice scale off Amazon so i can start taking fasted weights of myself weekly right in the morning. I currently approaching 20lbs lost im at 17.3lbs so far in the journey.
I also had a nice conversation with my buddy tonight at the gym after who was explaining to me how shows work and the protocol he has competed alot so its njce he is willing to help teach me, he also brought up something i never thought about and completely overlooked.
He said why dont u just use resistance bands we have plenty at the gym.. we can modify movements and i can help you so can still get the fibers stimulating and it can aid u in the cut without doing damage to the wrist.. i was like dude u just opened a door for me i never thought about opening before, it was genius, he said it could also help u avoid a possibility of injuries elsewhere when u make the return with actual weights and lifting.
Ive definitely noticed as well as my buddy ive leaned out in my face a ton already he also noticed my waist looks significantly smaller since we last spoke at the gym, he said despite not working upper that im progressing really well already. That was cool seeing some in person noticed all the changes especially another bodybuilder.
Coach is also having me slow the pace of cardio into 3.0 speed and 3.0 Incline just to have me pace myself and not burn out so thats the move for now till he says otherwise. I also did a 72hr fast with great success i felt really good all 3 days easy peasy and ive been enjoying fasting every week for the last 2 weeks, i feel he will contiune the protocol for the foreseeable future.

Im very pleased with progress brother so far with only cardio and legs, i took my fasted weight am the other day im down to 219lbs currently. Shooting for 190lbs then hold at that weight, i go into the doctors monday to see what we we are doing for the wrist, if i get cleared i can start upper body again hopefully if not then possible surgery done for 3 months, regardless of what the outcome im going to contiune working in whatever capacity i can, the whole goal is setting myself up to be lean and cut and pack on some hard muscle density.6'0 227lbs is pretty good and solid, with you working as hard as you are, this will continue to improve and look even better.
It keeps getting better and better roy the more i do it@Noah Wixx Fasting really does work wonders man! Great to see you leaning out!
Goal is 190lbs not far now weight keeps dropping trizepatide is really working with my fasting and deficitI think you're gonna be fine. @Noah Wixx You've got plenty of muscle memory, and you're still working out and eating great, so you'll be back on track before you know it.
will be easy with that strategyGoal is 190lbs not far now weight keeps dropping trizepatide is really working with my fasting and deficit
You have discipline, i like it!I back my wordsi told people once the time came i was doing whatever it takes to reach that 10%-12% by any means once i flip the switch and mindset im off and racing plenty more work to do which is why im currently doing cardio
Definitely got to be brother no way around the grind to get what I deserve by earning it.You have discipline, i like it!
You’re going to be the biggest 190 pound dude. Your arms are going to look ginormous lol. I can’t wait to see itFriday 3/20/26
@US-pharmacies
I have awesome news i took weight this morning after waking up i am now at 219.6lbs. I have lost a total of 25.4lbs thus far.
My coach informed me the goal weight is 190lbs and i can see that in my mind and off in the distance, only a matter of time before we hit that milestone. The last time i weighed 190lbs was 2019.
I have been keeping it really simple and basic calorie deficit low dose trizepitide and weekly fasting of 72hrs a week. The body is 100% responding.
I have no clue what my bodyfat % will be at 190lbs it will be better than what it currently is and that is a win for me.
Legs are starting to lean up a bit as i got two veins coming in which is typically a good small sign when vascularity is coming in.
Bills are stacking up money is basically at 0 since being out of work which is stressful and exhausting. I look at it like this two types of people exist, the one's who curl up on the couch get fat and let it consume them, then there's someone like me who wont sit on the couch, im going to take everything i can to grind and work towards my goals and my vision. I wont let life stop me at all regardless of circumstances.
The old saying of tough times build tougher people i am finding to be true, its crazy how ive heard growth only comes when your uncomfortable and in an uncomfortable place, nothing good ever comes from comfort when trying to grow as a person, seeing my progression its 100% true and i believe that.

man i really am getting genuinely excited even though i haven't worked upper since this happened in February the 7th to be extact. I ak doing everything correctly that i can with what i am able to work on, if i can keep my size in the arms and other areas we will be in a great position when i can fully do my typical 3 day split. Im actually surprised my shoulders have no gotten smaller either, maybe a product of the gear usage over the past few years im not sure, man if i can keep size while leaning out i might be capable of doing great things when im fully back it physique wise.
Great Progress! Keep it up, fats melting offFriday 3/20/26

Thats what im saying my shoulders got so much bigger and thickened up even with losing the weight i have they still keep me in L and XL t shirts, im wanting to see how they will look cut and lean my shoulders. You will for sure.
Regarding the shoulders, I think you can literally tell hire much gear I’m taking by the size of my shoulders. I don’t isolate them ever hahaha. But I burn them up at work big time. They inflated like balloons as soon as I started taking gear
Trying brother its all about putting myself into the prime position when its go time. I have some masteron from USP that's calling my name lol.Great Progress! Keep it up, fats melting off![]()

I dont want to bulk for a while i was bulking for the last two years and was 250lbs at one point. I want to enjoy being leaner for a long time, run a few recomp cycles enjoy all my hard work to get to 190lbs, then maybe lean bulk 5-10lbs see how i look. I want to take the process slower because i would hate to get out of shape or not look how i want after working so hard to reach lower bodyfat.190 good weight for you to bulk from after![]()

I will start off by saying after 5 weeks which was not fun my short term disability insurance finally approved my claim that was a ginat headache start to finish, in the end im getting back pay and 60% of my weekly paycheck every week after that lump some payment.
I can finally get caught back up on all my bills and try to save some money at the same time while i have the opportunity to do so.
Today was my second and last upper body day for the week, i incorporated alot of wrist work at the end with forearms as well just to see how im doing.
I definitely do not think i am ready to go back to working a physical job with 10hr shifts anytime soon, that wrist work hurt and didnt feel pleasant at all, if im going to strength it and work on Flexion and Rotation i have to keep doing it weekly.
Just how it is and how it will be till i build movement and strength back up in it, or i just deal with it permanently, only time will tell, even lateral raises sidnt feel pleasant, just might have to modify movements with really lite weight, im going to experiment and find out along the way.
Overall tonight was still a massive success i felt good, good pump vascularity is starting to come into the picture i felt really good about what i did tonight in the gym.

Good job on this alpha update. I also see you're starting to grow a beard. You're becoming a man in front of our eyes. @Noah Wixx3/25/26 Wednesday
