You'll find pain will definitely increase BP as well as stress etc. I know from experience dealing with chronic pain my BP would always be around 145/90 when I was hurting.

If it returns to a normal baseline I wouldnt be overly concerned with the BP increase itself but what actually is the root cause of the spike.

The only thing I do for BP is 5mg cialis daily and thats plenty that it stays in an optimal range while blasting
 
Workout Friday 6/3/2026

Sorry for the log style today Fam. I'm in a fair bit of discomfort and my phone is making it awfully difficult for me to type things out today, I think I need to reboot and replace the screen protector. Plenty of things not running as smooth as the should lately.

I got up early and went to Micks place but I still had a crazy headache and neck ache. Every time I lean forward my brain feels like it wants to explode on every pulse. When I stand back up I get a wierd vertigo sensation. So I went back home and slept it off for a few hours. I've checked my resting blood pressure and its fine. However, I checked straight after I had the shits, in pain, trying to find the BP monitor and it was 150/80 when I found it 😅 but the next test was back down to 120/70 next one lower again. I gave it a miss this morning and waited until after my non urgent doctors follow up.

Got to the doctor's and He asked me why I was there and I told him "you're the one who wanted the non urgent follow up mate, you tell me"
He then realised his receptionist had misinterpreted his instructions, and we were both wasting our time. So we checked BP again and it was fine.
I took a mersyndol for the pain and
I went straight into town and did a light session in the gym. No real leg push motions cos my head wanted to explode when I did.
It even gives me a shooting pain in the left side of my skull and neck to type this out.

The pain died down in the gym, but got worse on the way home.
10mg Cialis and a couple of asprin made it better. I'm calling an intermittent BP issue and neck cramping here... Doctor wasnt too worried about it. He recommended a rest day and some pizza. 🙄
Have to do a little bit today or I feel like I'm not doing enough. I'll give tomorrow a miss though.

All round just felt weak and didnt want to push it incase I popped a blood vessel in my brain, kinda paranoid about it. But I think its just wild inflammation... I can see it on my body too. Just puffy and sore. That spray really lit up my skin in the workshop too yesterday. This isnt the first time I've dealt with a creased neck and chronic headache this year too. This is maybe the third time this year and it lasts about a day or two. Fingers crossed it goes overnight.

Its all good, shower, rest, aspirin. Water water water...

Could be environmental poisoning of sorts. Unfortunately a raft of tests is the only thing that will determine that. Obviously very toxic whatever it is.

Fair enough then. I ended up taking 3x 100mg yesterday and maybe 4 mersyndol (paracetamol/codeine/doxylamine) over the day and night and Its stopped the pain and allowed me to get some sleep but i can still feel the pressure over my sinus and ear cavities, with tension in my neck and head still. When the codeine wears off I'm sure i'll feel the pain again.

Turns out Mum got sick too and is vomiting this morning, nausea, vertigo headache etc. looks like there's a bug going around.

@Doctakay one of the things I always recommend when you're running a Nandrolone, even at a smaller dosage, is to stack a DHT with it. It will help balance things out.

It does make the cycle better, but can sometimes give me heartburn you see.

The benefits of proviron are tremendous on any cycle but especially when you're using NPP or Deca. It will help balance DHN and DHT. I learned that from listening to the podcast. @Doctakay

That was one of my biggest things, now ive got one of those contoured memory foam pillows which actually helped 100x once i got used to sleeping on it. But since ive been growing it hasn't been tall enough to sleep on my side so I stuffed a yoga mat into my pillow case as well

If u havent got one id suggest its a great place to start

Yeah might be popping up again. I'm giving myself a hard time 😅

I've taken a day off work today. I have an issue with hand tremors that I want to see the doctor about. It's been acute to mild for a little while now, something I attributed to post workout CNS fatigue, but yesterday was chronic constant tremors all day, and saturday morning was as aswell. As you can imagine it made for a difficult day trying to do fine motor activities like stripping and pinning wires and cable and using M4 fasteners.

You may have noticed the blurry photos I take. This is from the hand tremors. And the tremors are there with or without caffeine.

Not sure if BG plays a part, or if its a vitamin or mineral thing or if it's something a little more permanent/serious like essential tremor.

Today we begin to find out more. 🤞🏻
 
That was one of my biggest things, now ive got one of those contoured memory foam pillows which actually helped 100x once i got used to sleeping on it. But since ive been growing it hasn't been tall enough to sleep on my side so I stuffed a yoga mat into my pillow case as well

I've taken a day off work today. I have an issue with hand tremors that I want to see the doctor about. It's been acute to mild for a little while now, something I attributed to post workout CNS fatigue, but yesterday was chronic constant tremors all day, and saturday morning was as aswell. As you can imagine it made for a difficult day trying to do fine motor activities like stripping and pinning wires and cable and using M4 fasteners.

Not sure if BG plays a part, or if its a vitamin or mineral thing or if it's something a little more permanent/serious like essential tremor.

Today we begin to find out more. 🤞🏻

Definitely can be something caused by mineral, vitamin deficiency, fatigue, stress.

I actually had suffered from hand tremors a lot, better now. Ended up being from nerve impingement in carpal tunnel, and ulnar nerves

If you do a lot of repetitive work it definitely can add to that.

Interesting brother. Yeah I do alot of repetitive work. I high dosed CoQ10 and it settled down, but its still there.

Very positive news knowing you got yours settled down.

End of Week Update
Sunday 8/3/2026

Just a quick one today Evo Fam to round off the week.

It was a rough Thursday and Friday, a decent recovery thru a random illness over Saturday and a quick recharge with my Darling Dearest today.
Even though I still have some neck tension and the occasional cough hurts my skull, I feel I'm in a good position to kick the week off nicely.

We went back to the same cafe from last weekend for a late breakfast today, I had the crab scramble (blue swimmer crab and scrambled eggs on sour dough) and a 6 shot coffee.
We took Delly for a short walk and then ran some errands.
Stopped off to do an Evolt before paying exorbitant money for guzzo.
Re-upped some essentials from the chemist and did a quick Aldi top up.
I've been absolutely annihilating the fruit salads and downing water and high dose vitamins like all get out.
Meal prep for days, done and dusted! Gym bag and work clothes at the ready by the door.

I feel organised and stress free, a fine end to the week, ready to hit the hay and do another deload day early tomorrow morning.

He asked why i was there amd I told him. Ive been getting some bad hand tremors.

Before the doctor even sat down he said "it's the gear" I cracked the shits at him and said "so ya just gunna blame the gear and not even entertain any other causes"
His response was "well whattaya want me to do?"

Bro I was so annoyed. "You're the fkn doctor mate, you tell me, can we test for anything?! Or is that it"

Thats when he realised I wasnt in a playful mood, and while looking through my bloods that we hadn't tested thyroid, so we drew bloods.
I Showed him my videos of my tremors and he stopped being so flippant with me when I started being stern with him.

Thats when he asked me if I've been using any other drugs... "Like what?" I said.
"Like meth or anything like that"
"Get fucked doc, you know I ruined my life with that shit years ago, I'm not about to go through that again" that pissed me off, but I guess he had to ask...

Thats when we talked about stress levels, and BG. But he doesnt think BG is the problem because of my last fasted tests.
He checked my BP, but all was well there too.

He asked if I drink, I said no, but I have heard that it quiets the tremors, but thats not something I'm keen on.

He still insisted, because my total test is off the readable scale, that its likely the cause and I should come off. He told me to look it up.

So I did.... And apparently test can cause tremors... In 0.1% of the population. Ffs🙄

He said he'd be in touch about the tests and if it gets any worse to let him know.

Anyway, I've reduced the amount of refined sugar in my diet, dropped caffeine right down, upping my sodium, and high dosing CoQ10. I'm also pumping zinc copper, selenium, and vitD and magnesium.
I've started bolus injecting veterinary grade B12 in the afternoons and the tremors are very much subsided.

The tremors are much better, since high dose CoQ10 Magnesium and B12 injection. To the point of barely noticeable now.

I think your combo of coq10, magnesium, potassium, sodium & b12 is great (you can always supplement with lite salt/ heart salt for the sodium & potassium side of things if need be). Taurine 5g, b1, and L-theanine might also be good additions to the mix (if it’s caused by nervous system overstimulation) 😊

You handled that a lot better than I would have brother. Why I tend to avoid Doctors if I can. Really pleased that your CoQ10 and B12 intervention is helping.
I could give you plenty of areas I believe would be worth exploring but you are already all over that.

I don't think the tremors are ever going to go away completely, they've always been there in one way or another. I think I've resigned myself to having a case of some kind of essential tremor 🤷🏻‍♂️ just gunna keep on keeping on and make sure I'm always dosed on Mag, B group vits and CoQ10 as a bare minimum.

Some doctors i feel like they just dont care anymore. I saw a this neuro just once, i had a large breakthrough seizure while driving and totaled my WRX. Doctor asked "so when did you stop taking your meds?" i was like WTF, no meds would be a death sentence. had my drivers licence for a grand total of 5 months so far in my life. 😭

you said youve always had slight tremors before but that they are worse on Test? Test is a mild CNS stim. glad you high doses of CoQ10/B12 have dealt with it mostly. i should try that, the accumulative CNS damage ive taking over the years from seizures has give me slightly shaking hands and bad dexterity. i often get bad pins and bruise myself. lol

Giving it a run right now to see what I can make in the way of a beef and vege stew, winging it first go.🤷🏻‍♂️

Micks Mum made me a scratch built Cheesecake as a birthday present. Had to have a slice. Absofuckenlutely amazing.

Ill definitely try em. i got bloods with B12 on em comin up.

In your clips, your in a garage or shop? whats your work. If you use vibrating tools a lot, look into hand-arm vibration syndrome. Mechanics get it from air tools. Though its rare tremors are the only symptom, you usually another symptom with it like pins and needles or numbness or loss of feeling as well. People with essential tremors are more at risk for that.

It was my 46th birthday yesterday, so in celebration, I bought myself a multi cooker as a birthday present. I wanted a slow cooker for meal prep but kinda got carried away with the whole pressure cooker and rice cooker part. Micks Mum made me a scratch built Cheesecake as a birthday present. Had to have a slice. Absofuckenlutely amazing.

In your clips, your in a garage or shop? whats your work. If you use vibrating tools a lot, look into hand-arm vibration syndrome. Mechanics get it from air tools. Though its rare tremors are the only symptom, you usually another symptom with it like pins and needles or numbness or loss of feeling as well. People with essential tremors are more at risk for that.
I'm an electrical fitter brother. Softest hands in the trades 🤣 I hear what your saying though, but nah I dont use the whizzers amd what not. All wire strippers and hand tools.

Not hating what I see in the mirror even with the added fluff. Putting weight on, hopefully some of the size stays on at the end of 12 weeks, and I don't get too soft.

Need a tan and need to learn how to pose.

At the end of the day, a bit of extra size is what I'm after, but I need to remember I'm training to look pretty, not huge 😅

Thankyou so much @stevesmi 😊 I'm trying to keep things fun, somedays I put alot of strange pressure on myself to almost live a bodybuilder in prep lifestyle, which is straying from my original goals and focal point of my log, and it takes the enjoyment out of just swinging some tin, staying mobile, building a bit of mass and keeping in decent shape as an older bloke.

The @R&Dpharma gear is lovely. Couldn't ask for any better. I've pinned the Test Prop and the NPP today too, clean as a whistle and smooth as silk. Some people say they get pip from prop but I didnt experience any of that at all.

When I was heavier and full of tren I was able to throw hundos/110's up for 7+... I'm still building my way back up from when I leaned out earlier I guess. Some days I have it and others I don't. But I'm feeling more confident in the lifts as the scales go up each morning.

Maybe I need a blast of MT2? 👨🏻‍🦲👨🏼‍🦲👨🏽‍🦲👨🏾‍🦲

Not bad at all on this, man. Some good fun exercises that you're putting together. @Doctakay One of my favorites is the pull-ups. A lot of people don't do those, but those really can do a lot of benefits.

Amazing work as usual on this. The squats and the shrugs are good compound movements. @Doctakay You'll build good strength and good size.
 
I'm trying to keep things fun, somedays I put alot of strange pressure on myself to almost live a bodybuilder in prep lifestyle, which is straying from my original goals and focal point of my log, and it takes the enjoyment out of just swinging some tin, staying mobile, building a bit of mass and keeping in decent shape as an older bloke.
I don't go to train to have fun, I go to kick ass in the gym. To me, it's my life. I don't have any other hobby. @Doctakay

I'm very pleased to share that Mr. Wolf @Wolfenstein has me onboard logging some of his premium Austrix Pharma peptide products in 2026. I appreciate the opportunity and I'm stoked to have truly one of the very best in my corner.

This log explores the use of the following

HGH 4iu nightly
BPC157 500mcg am/pm
Retatrutide 1mg weekly
Mots-C 1mg pwo (Coming soon)

These were selected for their indications toward Growth, Recovery, Insulin Sensitivity, Restorative Value, and Mitochondrial Health.

I'm 46 this year. 185cm and currently 90kg. 2kg up through my 2025 eoy log.

I firmly believe an old rig like mine, brought into balance, will be primed for performance on these peps. Mots-c, Reta and BPC are the triforce of health, and GH is the restorative backbone that supports it all.

Bloods are being done on Friday 30th with lcms for e2, hba1c and igf1 along with the usual full blood panel, lipids, hormones, fasted glucose, liver & kidney function and rbc.

If anything is out of whack, I'm very confident we'll see how these peps in combination, bring everything quickly into range. If markers are good I see no reason to stop the current AAS doses.

I am considering adding Test Prop because from my quick time with it I was pleased with the response.

NPP is out for the time being, the mental sides are too much now. I would like to bring a DHT into the equation for its ability to bring so much mental clarity focus and drive, as well as hitting another anabolic pathway.

From the cleanup phase, I can move to a push phase and chase some size and strength.

The @R&Dpharma gear is lovely. Couldn't ask for any better. I've pinned the Test Prop and the NPP today too, clean as a whistle and smooth as silk. Some people say they get pip from prop but I didnt experience any of that at all.

When I was heavier and full of tren I was able to throw hundos/110's up for 7+... I'm still building my way back up from when I leaned out earlier I guess. Some days I have it and others I don't. But I'm feeling more confident in the lifts as the scales go up each morning.

Maybe I need a blast of MT2? 👨🏻‍🦲👨🏼‍🦲👨🏽‍🦲👨🏾‍🦲
Bench is definitely a lift that benefits from overall size even if it is extra fat. To me it's no surprise for numbers on it to drop significantly when leaning out. Can be a psychological mind fuck though.

A fair few people around here using MT2. I started using it daily (without tanning) but then noticed my moles were getting darker and ones that I didn't even know existed were appearing. Did a bit more reading and saw a bunch of people (not on this site) suggest just using it 30 min before tanning. But I think there is people here that use it regularly without tanning.

I gotta admit brother, I really do enjoy my weekend sessions so much more. I can spend a lot more time in the gym and walk away exhausted, feeling like I've done something and all the previous weeks bullshit is behind me. It clears my head bigtime and I absolutely love it.

Not bad at all on this, man. Some good fun exercises that you're putting together. @Doctakay One of my favorites is the pull-ups. A lot of people don't do those, but those really can do a lot of benefits.
Thanks Brother @ROIDDERS pullups are my go to "inbetween sets" exercise alot of the time in my gym, the cables for lat pulldowns or horizontal pulls are often occupied. I enjoy it and its fun when I go after my session like a dog with a ball ya know what I mean. Fun competition between me, myself and I.

I'm sick again. 🫩 Face is leaking everywhere, sore throat, headache, coughing and sneezing. It kicked off again halfway through Fridays gym session, my throat started to rasp up.
Sleep since has been pretty chopped too. Back to the hitting the vitamin D and C hard to push through.

I'll be making a pot of stew and a heap of fruit salad when I get home this arvo to revitalise.

While I'm at it, I'm changing up my meal plans to include more 5star lean beef mince/steak strips, rice and mixed vegetables.

Tremors are being held at bay with Magnesium, Taurine, CoQ10 and VitB12 injections, and have been minimal. I'm able to get 3 x B12 ampules for $7.95 at the discount chemist.

I'm sick again. 🫩 Face is leaking everywhere, sore throat, headache, coughing and sneezing. It kicked off again halfway through Fridays gym session, my throat started to rasp up.
Sleep since has been pretty chopped too. Back to the hitting the vitamin D and C hard to push through.

I'll be making a pot of stew and a heap of fruit salad when I get home this arvo to revitalise.

While I'm at it, I'm changing up my meal plans to include more 5star lean beef mince/steak strips, rice and mixed vegetables.

Tremors are being held at bay with Magnesium, Taurine, CoQ10 and VitB12 injections, and have been minimal. I'm able to get 3 x B12 ampules for $7.95 at the discount chemist.
That's not great brother. Look after yourself and get well. Good that the tremors are held. Hopefully you get back to full health quickly 🩵

AYe my bro 😊 Big feeds this weekend, back to the regular programme on the weekdays. I went progressively downhill after the gym but had a nice big feed at Betty's Burgers before it really hit me like a truck.

I'm feeling a bit better now that I'm up and about but. Still gunna take it easy tomoz so I don't go into the negatives for recovery.

I don't think I'll call in sick, although I'd love to 😅 Strictly from a price of diesel standpoint, +120km round trip each day. Cheapest guzzo I could find yesty was $1.50 and it was hidden away in the boonies 😆
