Solid work there bro. 30 squats in one hit is a really impressive thing to do with no weight let alone 125. Looming good brotherStrong leg day today. Same weight as last week on the squat rack but felt a tad bit easier.
Dropset on leg curls though, they kicked my ass. Couldn’t move for a few minutes after last set.
Added in a couple shoulder exercises and some shrugs and called it a day.

Small price to pay for a fun time with the wife. Plus now you get to show off all your strength gains infront of her rightI got back early Thursday. My eating habits didn’t get back where they needed to be until Sunday because of this and that from Thursday to Saturday. Nothing crazy but not what I strive for.
Lol it is cool going with the wife but damn is she always lifting too fast. She does my workout so she’ll look at me and be like I’m done and I still have like another set or two to go. We swap equipment.
Nice bro! NPP is the best imo. Feel like Superman on that stuff and like you said it really fills you out quick. Next time I run it I wanna do it with EQ like you and see how they pair for meOn a side note… NPP EQ and Tren are firing on all cylinders. I’m damn near done with the Tren but think the NPP and EQ are gonna finish nicely!
I suppose lol. Messed up today though. I was strapped on time and let my workout go for 80 mins. Make it up tomorrowI would do 2 cardio sessions if you canI see you have the time and doing them, keep it going cardio is always a win @Tankie

3rd time going with NPP and love it every time. Wanted to get away from pinning so much and am thinking of going with Deca on the bulk but it’s a little more water retention I hear and not as lean. Sweet update brother. Be interesting to see if a change in brand makes a difference. I have noticed this with one of mine actually.Added a couple shrug exercises today and ran out of time for my second cardio. Never show much attention to the traps and actually felt pretty good.
Para Pharma Anavar and TBol are officially done. I know these are mild orals but man I don’t know how much I really get from them. I’m not saying nothing, just doesn’t seem like much. Thinking of trying a different brand in the future.

My Deca seems to be more potent at present with SCL. Won't be able to say on anything else as I haven't used most of them elsewhere. Just felt this one had a bit more pop to itWhat brand are you referring to? I’m just calling like it is. I’ve always been an avid para pharma guy with their injectables but might question their orals.
Even the Cialis doesn’t hit as hard but I am comparing that to prescription brand.

Yea I'd stick with the NPP personally. I've seen a lot of people like us say they get killer results from NPP but Deca doesn't quite hit the same. Vice versa as well. Maybe we're just short ester guys or somethn. An extra pin a week isn't the end of the world right if you're getting great results. No pain no gain lol3rd time going with NPP and love it every time. I am leaning towards Anadrol over dbol for my “bulk” cycle but still somewhat undecided.what orals you want to use?
Yes you are correct. I have dragon pharma winny set for like week 12.I think next up for you is winstrol!
Once I get all my blood work back I am going to reach out to @US-pharmacies.you check @US-pharmacies
Sounds good with the 4th set. I’ll also look into the core planks.add a 4th set

I’d hate to change it and regret it so yeah I’ll probably just stick with the NPPYea I'd stick with the NPP personally. para pharma is GTG if you want to stay on itJust wanted to follow up and say I do agree para pharma is a good brand and I have used their products now going on two years.
The reason for my comment on the orals wasn’t to throw shame but only to put that out there in case anyone else was thinking it but didn’t want to voice it.
I haven’t ventured out much from para pharma to truly know so it could just be my thoughts on the orals themselves.
Yo! With this weight flush I thought it may had just been the scale so I gave it a few days. Measured myself today and I’m down 1-1/2” on my belly but neck is the same.para pharma is GTG if you want to stay on it@Tankie lets keep pushing your cycle

Nice and consistent training brother. Why were the Calves being bitchy?Workout went good till sometime in the second cardio. Calves were just pumped with pain. Felt it all day. First time this whole cycle. No Anavar or TBol today.

I'm running 100 deca each week for my joints. My knees in particular are always a problem.
I've heard some guys don't get the same joint benefits from NPP as deca. Some do though. Personally when I was on NPP I didn't really feel any noticeable joint improvement.

How do your joints feel right now with the NPP?Hmm interesting and maybe a bummer. Guess we will just have to see how the body responds to the winny. First time for me.
Feel good but really can’t say I have issues with them. Right shoulder from time to time but that’s it. My only problem is this sciatica running down my left leg. Very painful! Question if the cardio is part of the problem but I’m still doing it.How do your joints feel right now with the NPP?

Just do the latter. The former is far less effective
That is a huge session bro. Truly beastly behaviourJust got lost for the last hour in @Dreamer log. What a beast and inspiration to all of us!
Put in a decent leg day today. Jumped around a little towards the end but felt good.

Dunno if the deca would even help with sciatica.Feel good but really can’t say I have issues with them. Right shoulder from time to time but that’s it. My only problem is this sciatica running down my left leg. Very painful! Question if the cardio is part of the problem but I’m still doing it.
Deca won’t help the sciatica. Nothing will except surgery, I’ve tried it all.Dunno if the deca would even help with sciatica.
Was there more to the question? Was there gonna be a "should I still do cardio" haha. Does anyone wanna do cardio.
If that's what the question was I'd suggest trying out different types of cardio and see what does flare up the sciatica. Ellipticals look fruity but it's about as low impact as you can get. Maybe a stationary bike or assault bike is you're sadist.
It helps I you get some riding shorts that have the taint protection pad built into them. I never ride without themDeca won’t help the sciatica. Nothing will except surgery, I’ve tried it all.
I was just curious if it will help with the Winstrol. Kinda keep the joints lubed up. Regardless of existing or not joint pain, isn’t it said to be hell on joints?
That was more just questioning out loud not directly. I could try something else but I’m hell bent on the calories the treadmill burns. Maybe an elliptical but hell to the hell no on the bike lol. I don’t know how people ride that long.
Bros, I try to hit it early in the morning, especially when I get home from my night plumbing jobs.
It makes me feel happy to know that you are paying attention. That's what I like to hear and what keeps me going every day to help people.
We really appreciate you on here, my friend.
This is some alpha training at its finest. I like the heavy volume, especially on a leg day. Not bad at all. @TankieJust got lost for the last hour in @Dreamer log. What a beast and inspiration to all of us!

wll be interesting to see how you do as it bumps up@LevButlerov I’m pumped for the challenge of eating more carbs. Already have the menu laid out.
On Monday and Thursday I’m going to dial it back on the cardio. Not about being lazy just allowing rest for once. Also lets me cycle the carbs and keep my body guessing.
Started today. Nothing intense just a light workout.
