One of the good things about this type of training is the pressure and stress you put on your muscles but it's very calculated. Like doing the drop sets for example; that's definitely a good way to hit that. @Hungry_Mexican

I'm not too much of a fan of the shoulder raised dumbbells. It puts a lot of pressure on the shoulders. @Hungry_Mexican so make sure that you're warming up properly.

I'm not too much of a fan of the shoulder raised dumbbells. It puts a lot of pressure on the shoulders. @Hungry_Mexican so make sure that you're warming up properly.
Roger that usually my shoulders are pretty warmed up once I get to the shoulder raises but I also been thinking about replacing them with the cable shoulder raises

It’s funny now since I’m actually getting bigger I feel like I notice more people staring at me when I workout… or it’s just my anxiety 🤣. But no one has came up to me yet when that happens that’s when I know I’d gone up a size

This is probably terrible to say but I don't even bother to aspirate the syringe. I just jab and push. I just make sure I get all air outta the syringe before I pin.

Wasting gear is the worst. Happens to of us. The other day I had a full dose loaded up and as I was pulling the syringe out the vial I dropped it lol

Felt pretty big and looked good in the mirror but couldn’t take a pic since a lot of people around. I’ll try to add 10 more pounds to flat bench since I believe I can hit it at least once.

That sucks for your dose it almost feels like when your driving and your car hits a big ass pothole you feel your soul hurt just hearing your entire suspension take damage. I always keep it hardcore… sometimes have lights days ;)

That sucks for your dose it almost feels like when your driving and your car hits a big ass pothole you feel your soul hurt just hearing your entire suspension take damage. I always keep it hardcore… sometimes have lights days ;)

no I have been doing what I known before I got onto here. But everything I do is the same as the instructions except for 2 things
1) needle at a 90-degree angle,
2)Inject the medication slowly and steadily at a rate of approximately 1mL per 10 seconds.
I just put the needle where it needs to be check for blood than push all the gear into my butt probably take 10 sec or more to get the amount in.

That would be awesome. I didn't hit 225lbs untilmineas on my first cycle. I wasn't even benching in my training but just wanted to give it ago and surprise it was there.

Thank you I was having trouble walking around the gym 😂. My food is pretty solid but in order to eat all 3300 cals I have to stay up later than I’d like to achieve the goal

that’s the best feeling hitting something and being surprised your able to lift that much weight.

Yea I'm running a Tren cycle right now and reppin 2 plates lol. I'm pretty curious where my bench is right now. Gonna try a heavy one rep day one of these weeks just to see. Bench is always my shittiest lift cuz my bad arm and shoulder.

Just before my first cycle I was stuck at 200lbs for so long. Just a random day I tried 2 plates and it moved so easy and I was so stoked. Then the next week I hit 235, 240, 245, and failed at 250. I was just running a 300 test, 300 primo, 300 NPP, 25 anavar. It was shocking how far past that plateau I went just off 1 cycle.

Ohh so I made a sandwhich using the white bread I did not eat the bread by itself for example for lunch it’s next to the walnut butter since I used it as a pb and sandwhich same thing with the beef meat I using the white bread as a meat sandwhich
if you can get whole rye bread :D

At your age I'd stay away from the Tren, but that's just based on what I've seen online happen to young guys who use it. If you're not 100% commited to doing everything right with your diet and lifestyle then Tren can turn into a monster real quick. The sides can also get really bad. The acne young guys get from it sometimes is unreal.

At your age you still gotta go out and have fun with your friends, so I really don't think the two mix well. Don't wanna be eating pizza's or hanging out at parties on Tren lol.

Well to be honest I rarely go out to hang out I’m more introverted so I stay home and make food. If I’m forced out due to family events than I’d order a steak from the restraunt. But I’ll look at other stuff right now do you have any recommendations for me to take a look at?
