Hey guys just came out of a pretty aggressive cut. I have been big into running for the last 5 years now. But i want to see how i respond to strictly bodybuilding training. I was trying to do both but it wasn't the best. I've been enjoying reading up and watching content related to these Upper/lower and full body splits. I decided to make my own and start a log out of it.
