big stash :D
Bruh coz most of the time i have been on evo all I have done is 60mg test twice a week, besides the 6 week of eq before surgery. But I keep.picking up.stuff so when I recover I am just gonna go all in do long ass cycle till I reach goal. But I am ready for whatever we wish to plan amd execute on... @LevButlerov

Just check the dates. If it's AAS it's good for years. Peptides are more of an issue
Yes peptides has 2 yrs shelf life as week, and they are all stored properly refrigerated as well. Plus I am consuming them on a daily basis and replenish them littler but at a time as vials finish... unless loss of power happen for extended period of time past my solar battery storage. Then it will be an issue, but then at that point of time, I probably got bigger problems ...lol.

@Mobster

@rayray01 Nice man! I grew strawberries and tomatoes over my season. Very easy to grow and it yields a lot of fruit.
Yea man. I love growing vegetables. This is from last year. @stevesmi i have to try my hand with fruits, never done that. Will stsrt with strawberries this year, inspired by you...

my tip is keep them elevated to prevent bugs from getting to them. .. i get a bpc free large pot and cut holes in the bottom. then i fill it with natural fertilizer and soil. then plant the strawberries on top. don't need to use an ounce of pesticide when doing it like that

@rayray01 Those are some good-looking vegetables. You're never going to go wrong with homegrown. It's very good food and you know who it's touched and where it's been.

Seems like a fun little hobby. I got to start my garden as well. I like zucchini. They're actually fun to grow. @rayray01
Yea man come from family of agriculture engineers, dad, and my grand dad both. They had a passion for growing flowers and fruit and vegetables. At our family farm, we have over 200 trees of different kinds of fruits from all over the world. Grew up with beautiful manicured gardens and lawns. And my mom's side of family are also huge farmers 100's of acres and mongo orchards, guava orchards, and what not. So inherited that live of growing from the family and luckily have a green thumb, anything I habe tried to grow comes out good by God's grace. You sold definitely try it, very fulfilling as well.

Got it, i was thinking of planting it in the ground, but if you recommend that doing v it in a lot is better then will go that route.

That is good to know that peptides can last that long if you store them in the fridge. I never thought it would be two years. @rayray01

@stevesmi
the bugs will eat the hell out of them if you keep them on the ground. plus they HATE being too wet so you want to water them daily but you want the water to be able to wash away too.

Today diet, macros completely whacked today, tomorrow will be better.

Progress pic as of 4/16/26
@rayray01 with all the health issues that you have had to deal with, it's good to see you gaining back your conditioning. I think in a year from now you'll be impressed by your progression.

If your not satisfied with your progress you should really work on that mindset. Honestly I see you leaner and wayyyy more vascular.

With your body size you should be proud of the work you have put in
Yea all that stuff is great, but i am never satisfied with anything in life until I reach my goal. I always tell.myself I can do better. I can go harder, I need to push myself, always room for improvement. Thats what keeps.me going. I am like that in every facet of my personal and professional life. Whether it is a project at work. I alway tell myself I can finish it before the deadline, under budget, more efficiently, or personall life such as reaching my.goal. always go hard on yourself is what I have been taught. All that proud and be happy is for folks who wanna feel.good about their effort. I am more result oriented brother. There is nothing wrong with feeling proud and all but that does not do me any good. Results do. Bit old school.in that regards.

@Warthog61

Plus man I have been at it relentlessly for 17 months. It is expected that I make progress, but I know I could have done better and been a step.or two closer to my goal.

Oh I am not stressing at all, I am.focused on it when I working out and conciously making choices when it comes to.diet and training. I promise you I do no take stress. I give stress to other... lol. I am born and brought up as always strive for perfectionist. At this stage in life it has become my nature. But I only limit that expectation with myself. I am very different with my child and family and Co workers and friends. I will encourage them and feel.proud of their effort and their achievements. But not to myself, I am very strict with myself. @Warthog61

And some guys have been at it for years. Progress never ends man. Take the compliments and make it positive and keep moving.

Your mindset can effect stress levels and raise cortisol. Stay positive stay on plan

But chronic dissatisfaction can cause stress. And to quote you "never satisfied" hence why i reccomended revisit your mindset

I mean u are taking it literally what in essence i was trying to.convey is do not get easily satisfied and keep challenging yourself os a better way to out it, because there a lot of things in my life I am thankful for and satisfied with, like my financial position, my business, my health, and thenkist goes on on... so I apologize for.ststing it incorrectly.

That is some unbelievable-looking food right there. I think it's the first time I've seen someone eating eggplant as well. I used to not like it back in the day but my wife got me eating it because she had an Italian background. @rayray01

lets keep going :D
Starting next week my.ohysical therapy will move to light weight training. They said they will get me upto speed with bench, incline, and whatever else.. She said I should be able to get back pre surgery weights in about 4-6 weeks. So.looking forward to that. Finally there. @LevButlerov

That's the green light brother, going from constant pain and worry about reaggravating it to physio mapping out 4-6 weeks back to pre-surgery weights after that kind of supraspinatus tear is a massive turnaround 💪 Been on the rehab grind myself with the ankle so I know how good that clearance feels. Stoked to follow this one through.

lets see next week when you get full go ahead for physical therapy lets start there before training :D @rayray01

Oh yea man I am Gina take it slow, not going to rush anything 4-6 weeks is the absolute best tmeframe. Nothing wrong in being optimistic. Positive thoughts and Positive energy only.
remember once we get past the rehab we can start working on a recomp cut as well :D so slow going is important

Hey @LevButlerov thinking of adding one ought these at home for some basic workout
The one of the left is $700 and the one on right is about $1400. Both are in budget. Any advice which would be good enough to run through the basics at home. Please advice, I already have dumbbells and curl bars from 10lbs to 40 lbs and a treadmill, possible add a cross trainer to it to finish things off..

Probably would have to get someone to assemble it and make sure it's done right., but first have to pick which unit.

if you check @Farmboy log he has a machine sort of like this https://www.evolutionary.org/forums/threads/2026-bulking-cycle-testosterone-equipoise.108786/
he talks about it in his old log post
https://www.evolutionary.org/forums...anavar-low-dose-cycle-log.104998/post-1766757
Back on shift, today was a back and bicep day. I’m for sure questioning the listed weight on the cable machine as it’s one of those resistance stick types.

In the gym at work,

Chin-ups
Body weight +15lbs x 12
Body weight +15lbs x 8
Body weight +15lbs x 5
Body weight +15lbs x 3

Cable Machine Lateral Pulldowns
220lbs x 16
280lbs x 8
280lbs x 7
280lbs x 7
200lbs x 8 inverted grip (pull-up style)
200lbs x 8 inverted grip
200lbs x 6 inverted grip
200lbs x 6 inverted grip, failed at 6, form really started slipping

Bicep Focus curls
50lbsx12
50lbsx8
50lbsx6
50lbsx3 real sad ones

Inverted Forearm Curls
10lbs x 21
10lbs x 20
10lbs x 17

I’ve attached images of the suspicious cable machine as well as my supper. The missus put a lovely spin on the pasta and added some extra cheese, veggies and seasoning that really spiced it up. Four chicken breasts as well just to keep me going

Tomorrow will be a push day for my second day shift

Oh nice, @Farmboy you have a very nice and elaborate setup with separate stations and a bow flex. I am looking for a simpler all in one's setup, I wish to keep the gym as my.primary workout place, and keep the setup at home as a back up but wish to ensure I can still hit all the muscle groups, if needed. I do not wish to get free weights because there are more chances of injury plus i have a young daughter so so not want plates around to avoid any risk of injury to her. @LevButlerov

@LevButlerov

Hey brother, I hear you on the long road to recovery. I’ve went through a lot of injuries both from my work and from training and get that it’s a miserable process. I rember doing body weight lat raises just to rehab the shoulder 😂

Both machines you listed above are solid but will eventually limit you. I enjoy the general cable structure that lets you add/remove versatility in weight, bench and cable positioning. For around 600cad you can get a full gym style cable structure plus replacement aluminum pulleys for better pulling and smoothness.

I had the best recovery of my life with 200mg test, 300iu HCG and 40mg Anavar daily. Supplement with Red Yeast rice for the cholesterol and NAC for the liver/kidneys. Keep the diet clean and roll in weightless rehab movements depending on your injury

Thank you for taking the time and sharing, I plan to utilize my two car garage to set this up in so kind of limited for space. I had initially thought of separate stations for leg press and hack squat, smith machine and abdominal crunch machine and few other equipment but then I realized thst i do not wish to stop going to the gym, I enjoy my gym, I enjoy my sauna or steam.room session at the end of my workout plus I habe a lot of good friends over the years there, the usual morning crowd people that I enjoy working out with. So do not need a setup to replace the gym but need something for days where the gym is closed for religious holidays or something I habe something at home to run through or if going out in the evening to a grt together or something g, do a quick couple of sets to get a good pump before going out but that's the extent of the use it is intended for.

My recovery so far has been good after the 2nd surgery hence taling things slow. I am just on basic trt 120mg/weekly of test cyp, 50mg deca weekly for joints, using 5iu of hgh at night along with bpc157/tb500. And reta 10mg once a week.

Can't wait till complete recovery so I can start and my first cycle properly and take it to completion.

I may just be rushing with the equipment, probably should sleep.over it and alsonshop.around to see if there are better deals or better equipments in and around the same price range as well. Or see 8f used equipments is also an option if it just back up setup.
