Sleep was lousy last night. I just need to go to bed at the right time on Sunday nights and put the fuggen phone down aye. It led to a poor performance in the gym and at work. I dunno how many times I need to learn this lesson aye... 🙄

Felt a little bloated in the bottom part of my abdomen today, and I got super bloated at work through the day even with digestive aids. I havent had reta this week either. Doing a bit of a week off to see if I can ease my current run of stomach irritation. I feel a touch inflamed and getting heartburn that comes and goes, which I feel is effecting my digestion. Timely as this same topic came up in the Team group chat this arvo.

Lets see how it goes.
I have the same issue with the tablet of death brother. Can't seem to get it out of my hand.
That session was brutal as fuck. 50x Shrugs WTAF 😳.
Oh and the bloating is that above or below the cheese grater abs 🤔 🙄🩵

Hahaha below... Just a little "pouch bloat" not much, just enough to stand out a little. 😆
Love me some shrugs brother! The killer was the squat to row x 20... That got me good.
Was 95.5kg when I got home hahaha...
Now to chuck the phone in the corner and catch some Z's.

Roo mince and Rice and Cream of Rice are solid staples as is banana. Got a bit snacky through the day and ate some sweet treats and protein bars.

TEAM USP — DAY 3: Legs, Calves & Abs 🔥
Lower body work, deload work.

• 181.4 this morning seems I am losing a bit of weight.

• got rolling a bit slower than normal up at 5 am was feeling super aggressive today turned on a Evo podcasts today instead of music taking my rockstar with me on the treadmill for 45 minutes. Started off with a good walk till the rockstar was on board. Then got the heart rate up to the 125-135 range. After that was feeling human again. Got 14k steps in yesterday with the boy. Got home kinda late. We did some airsoft wars. He ended up with a glock 19 clone I was running with an ar 15 build we did for this. It was awesome shooting up a bunch of kids. They were surprised that a big old guy could move around so quite and fast 😜 definitely a great day!

• Leg Press
4 plates or 180lbs, stance neutral today. I am using a scrap chunk of foam to hold at my knees Its is a 4"x4" block. I am determined to straighten my leg movement before I go heavy on this.
Paused reps. Smooth and controlled.
4×12, quads still want more load I'm still struggling with this foam block. I will pick up one that a brother showed me. Might make it a bit better to use as its a bit bigger. In all, it is evident that I am going a bit deeper than I did last time. Just got to give it that. The body will adapt

• Cable Crunches
We were at 140 so dropped back at 100, like last time. Spine arched, hips pulling through.
Controlled and systemic.
And doing 6 sets . I ran this up to 20 reps. Like last time. And is definitely giving my rib a time out and not feeling it at all today.

• Romanian Deadlifts
100lbs, back loosened, belt tight. Hamstrings takes the load fine.
10 on the opener, clicked up one rep per set to 9 for 5 sets. Still feeling pretty good.

• Calf Raises
110 lbs on a 2‑inch platform, heels hanging deep.
Stretch, squeeze, repeat. 5 sets done. Didn't do anything different from last time we were here. But its not always about doing something new.

• Hanging Leg Raises
Weighted sets with 5 lbs on the feet.
Strict, no sway. 10 reps with a rest of 60 seconds between sets.
Abs torched, nothing changed from normal on this.

• Smith Machine Squats
180 lbs, neutral stance, tempo locked.
8, 10, matched again for sets 3 & 4. Nice and smooth. Form is natrual in this. The foam isn't really needed doing this.

• Hack squat started this off light as the finish touch 140 on, 3 sets neutral stance, toes pushed down 12, 10, 10. quads good and hot, trying to hold the block was a mental change. But its not as much of a problem on the hack vrs Press.

• Notes of the Day
Rest day tomorrow. Going to have the extra carbs ready. I will start 2 cups in the am after breakfast Then pack up my stuff for the afternoon. My wife is going to have surgery tomorrow. She is having an implant removed from her back. And my dad will come let Ash out in the afternoon. Hopefully everything goes smoothly and she recovers fast. She will have me looking after her for the next few day's.

In bed before 8pm, Phone down, no background white noise podcasts, just delta snoring and the fan on low. 10/10 sleep. Fkn Charged today.

Aye thanks my bro. Im pumping digestives and probiotics too. I don't have any bpc at the moment which greatly helps with my stomach issues. Thinking of getting a referral for imaging just incase ive developed an ulcer or something. When I jump back on the reta it will be 0.5-1.0 mg max. It helps keep BG in order.

I had the best sleep.last night and feel supercharged today just by throwing the phone away and getting to bed before 8pm.

Im gunna try and limit the cals to below 3800 on an attempt to calm the irritation. Ive been eating kilos of food through the day and maybe my guts just need a chance to get onboard with that 😅

Getting some pretty wild inflammation in the stomach lately. Its a burning sensation that calms down eventually.
I've dropped cals pretty hard in an attempt to try and help the situation. I've added a half maintenance dose of Reta back at the last minute while I was pinning the GH.

Ive cut everything right back, no onion and garlic too. Its wierd cos it sorta started when I began pushing the food volume up. Ive already done my meal prep and I'll back off the refined sugars as of tomoz.

Im skipping dinners for now so no night time meat there. I sont have other food options ready and available at present cos ive done my meal prep. But ill give the vegetarian option a run thursday evening onward. Cheers for the insight @LevButlerov🙏🏻

Not much to report today. Plenty busy today at work which is aways good. Only had a handful of stomach flare ups, which is also aces. Will keep cals above 3k and below 4k and pick easier to digest foods next week, while I iron out the stomach irritation.

94.4kg this morning. Water retention and no GH for a couple days as I don't pin away from home. Waiting on BPC to come back into the stack.
Battled some bloating and gut flare ups with Slippery Elm and NutraLife Gut Support.

No workout. Time spent with Wifey and the family. Meals are a bit out of whack and rough estimates for some meals.

My Darling Dearest has made it very clear to me that she would like our time together to be a priority on the weekends, not me logging on the phone. I have to respect the request, we don't get a lot of time together, and I can always fill in the blanks later.

I held back on another COR for lunch and took it easy on the gut and went for the evening protein option since I won't be training again till Thursday and Friday. The gut is settling down and the bloating and irritation is subsiding slowly. No flare ups today.🤌🏻

Macros were in a much better place today with much lower fats. Nice busy day at work, alot of movement. I held back on another COR for lunch and took it easy on the gut and went for the evening protein option since I won't be training again till Thursday and Friday. The gut is settling down and the bloating and irritation is subsiding slowly. No flare ups today.🤌🏻

Had a very ordinary nights sleep which took its toll. Didn't feel as charged up because of the lack of caffeine this morning, but the rest of the day felt great. We didn't have a heap of time to get much done this morning, so I was pretty knackered during the workout with little rest between sets.

Running at a fairly rapid pace at the moment brother. Workouts are hectic, though it's good to see all of this is not throwing your stomach out again. Peptides seem to working bro. Still looking lean and trim and then you have the time to throw in a cheeky bit of food porn you legend. 🩵

Kinda am running ragged lately my man, my time management is up to shit atm too 🙄 It'll get better tho, I'm sure 😅

Brother, I cannot fault @R&Dpharma BPC for my gut health and recovery. When I'm running it, everything syncs up. Digestion is ace and everything tightens up.
