TB500 is underrated when it comes to recovery but also it's great for endurance, believe it or not. You definitely want to front load it the first couple of weeks, 5-20 mg per week
Make sure you are reviewing the coa. I am told tb500 is a harder peptide to make, so look for purity over 99.5
