tb500 dosage advice for post workout recovery

I'm not recovering the way I'm used to. I would like some advice on TB500 and what's a good post-workout recovery option I should go with. Should I go with 5 mg per week or should I go with 10 mg?
2mgs/week is a fine dose split into mon/fri dont go higher than 2 to start.

TB500 is underrated when it comes to recovery but also it's great for endurance, believe it or not. You definitely want to front load it the first couple of weeks, 5-20 mg per week

Usually people will stack it with BPC; they stack really well together or you can get the KLOW stack.

bros a lot of people using a stack of bpc/tb500.
i like 250-500mcg each per day
