Hello yall I’m currently gone from home due to work. I plan to do PCT once I come back which is 25th of this month. I plan to use clomid 25mg a day or less I have to look back at the podcast I believe Steve mentioned to use less since taking to much gives side effects.
I also plan to use for testosterone boost is the HCGenerate
And I still have testosterone CYP just in case I need a bump

Now for the bad part I’m currently not taking proviron or any other supplements since I’m gone from home.
My right nipple feels tender and I’m wondering if it can be gyno? But the left side is completely fine.

Also what’s bad I’m not able to eat the health diet I was currently on since the work I’m doing is pretty much almost impossible to keep track and to cook anything for myself so I’m solely relying on MREs and restaurant food.

either way, PCT is fine but do 4-6 weeks and jump on TRT imo

using Deca and testosterone together can definitely lead to gyno issues. That's why it's important to make sure you're using an AI.

your PCT looks pretty good. Once you get on Nolvadex and Clomid, that should help with your nipple issues.

it could be the early signs of gyno yes. you need to get bloods done asap to see where your E2 is

Bros, if you're not eating a healthy diet, that can definitely affect your estrogen. Seems like you got a lot of things that need to be fixed for your next cycle but that's okay. Nobody's first cycle is perfect.

if you can't do bloods, it's going to be hard for you to learn how your body reacts to these compounds. It's very important that you figure that out.

Bros, it's always a good idea to keep AI on hand just in case. Those are mistakes that new people make and it's okay; just don't make them again.

keep in mind your body is constantly changing. You could have gotten away with an AI before but it could have been just luck.

glad to see your nipple issues went away. It's important to learn from these errors that you make and not repeat them again.
 
Roger the only reason I don’t have anything currently on me is because I took a flight from work to a different state. And was worried about being caught with anything. The 2nd thing was I’m currently working along cops, 3 letter agency workers, etc. and we all are staying together in the same building so they know what illegal substances look like 😂. But otherwise I’ll learn from my mistakes and grow as a bodybuilder thank you @ceo

Bottom line is you're experiencing high e2 symptoms and are at risk of gyno. I'd get bloodwork as soon as you're able in a few weeks and for the future just know that AI's and SERMS are good to have on hand. You guy them once and just keep them around.

Ahh that's a tough one bro if you're stuck only able to shop at natty supplement stores you can read up on Diindolylmethane (DIM) and Wild Nettle Root supplements. Keep your Zinc high as well and Grape Seed Extract is possible to help but not likely. Don't go crazy with the Zinc unless you get one with a combo of Copper and Selenium too so you don't throw your minerals out of wack.

Excellent that you are on PCT now brother. You are going to lose a little and unfortunately you have to expect and accept that. Most important thing you are getting your health back into A1 shape. You will gain everything back but this time it will be in grand health 🩵

it takes some experience to run a proper cycle in PCT. A lot of times, you'll make errors, but you must learn from your errors and not repeat them.

Stopped updating because was going through a bit of depression during my 2 week work than started coming off it a bit after coming back. Wasn’t sure if it was due to that I couldn’t properly do my PCT when I was gone. But when I came back and started properly doing pct felt better and had some things to work on. But yes I finally updated you guys after all that.

I was actually looking into getting bloods done without asking my doc. Like buying the bloodwork online and found this. Does this look good.

@Hungry_Mexican you definitely should not be going through depression. It's very important in PCT to run a strong testosterone booster, or something like Hcgenerate would be perfect. It'll make you feel like you're still on but help you recover at the same time.

You're going to have to use trial and error to get better with your PCT. It's not supposed to be fun but it shouldn't be that bad when you're depressed @Hungry_Mexican

thank you @LevButlerov I plan to do the blood test mid june im waiting since Im on clomid which will pretty much spike my LH and FSH from what I remember. so i dont want to get a false postive so ill just wait about 3 weeks after my last PCT day so we can see where my natural baseline is at. That way we can see if im able to blast that good stuff in july. Im feeling healthy and great nothing seems to be wrong I feel like im slowly getting strong again.

it happens man. You're not going to keep all your gains from a cycle. If that was true we'd all be 500 lb of muscle by now.

A big mistake that people make in their PCT is they run these PCT drugs too high. @Hungry_Mexican that will definitely make you depressed. You should never run them at high dosages.

For your lifestyle, I think you’ll need to come up with some safe guards. Such as keeping an AI with you when you have to travel unexpectedly. You may feel like you need to hide it in your stuff. It wouldn’t be hard to do.

I keep a vial of undecanoate test just in case I’ll have to travel far and long and don’t want to stress bringing needles and stuff

@Hungry_Mexican Bros, you have to be able to do things properly from A to Z. There's no excuse, because you have the information, plus the blood work. If you can't afford to do the blood work properly and when needed, then you shouldn't use steroids. Of course we all break that rule when we're young, but that's the reality.

This is good advice for you. @Hungry_Mexican I think being on this forum and being around older guys goes a long way in helping you improve.

Pretty normal to get depressed in life. Just be glad you don't have a dead ex-wife and a daughter that hates you.
 
I’m using hcgenerate but not tamox. I’m guessing using tamox would help the recovery even more? What’s the dosage with tamox?
20mgs tamoxifen for 3 weeks :D
 
Besides the PCT. I’m getting back on fish oil and taking magnesium but that’s it.
you need to start creatine asap and get your training diet dialed in :D
 
Yes that’s true I just tell myself that things can be worse and it’s helpful. But sorry to hear that hope things get better for you.
You've got your whole life ahead of you. What you do now in your 20s will determine the rest of your life. Make sure you set yourself up with a career, educate yourself as much as possible, and build as many skills as possible. Don't waste your life doing useless things.

1 cup (4servings) of rice


Fruits (strawberry, banana, mango)


Almond butter- ontop of banana


7 eggs


3 torillas- to wrap for the eggs


Protein bar


Protein yogurt


Protein shake


Later tonight protein shake


With oat milk(16 oz), 3 scoops of whey protein, scoop of collagen, 2 full servings of almond butter


I’ll let yall know the brands and what else I usually eat. I’m at work right now.

Ahh I see ok cool I’ll start replacing more of the foods I eat to healthier versions like ketchup and mayo(I know their is less sugar/fats versions). I also plan to switch the milk and beef steaks i eat when it gets closer to the time to start the cycle.
try to get more omega 3 fats :D
 
hello yall just to update I’m near my end of pct on the 28th. Probably the only thing I notice since this whole pct is lack of energy and pimples on my chest but that’s to be expected.

I been eating clean no restaurants or sweets of any kind.
I been doing pretty well with lowering my fat to under 100g a day

I currently switch some of my foods to more healthier ones that have less fats
darigold whole milk —-> Fairlife 2% ultra filtered
Ketchup/mayo—> less sugar/fat versions
Crofters organic jelly—-> raspberry jam(super food) by smash foods
I plan to switch out my beef steaks to leaner meat
Walnut butter—-> PB Fit

I’m still taking
-creatine
-fish oil
-HCgenerate

I’ll take a pic of myself tomorrow after gym

as you get older you'll have less of an issue with acne. It seems to be something you get when you're younger.

oh you want me to get started with my cycle 1 week after the 28th? I thought it was best to let my body rest, get my blood work, than get back into it?
My guess is that you don’t want me to lose the muscle that I built from Deca.
