Today's work out

This chest press is not really proper chest press, it's laying on the floor and doing it, we do it in PT as well too strengthen that movement. So don't get upset @LevButlerov. with me. I do not b know what to call it.
I see but be careful please do it with PT not yourself, you worry me :D
 
Bruh I need to add mass to my legs I am just getting more lean and vascular in legs, like nothing fucking sticks to my thighs of my life depended on it. I thought all this time the focus on legs would help it grow, I just got cut and lean legs do not think even added 10 ounces on those drumsticks. @LevButlerov
lets add some leg mass, since you're in PT, start increasing leg weight slowly so you can get to 12-15 rep range now :D

Haha careful what you wish for... this requires heavy squats bro, hack squats and some digging deep. You're also in a cut so might not be the time either but it's definitely possible.

Haha careful what you wish for... this requires heavy squats bro, hack squats and some digging deep. You're also in a cut so might not be the time either but it's definitely possible.
Mann I stay away from free weights squats. But definitely got the free weights leg press machine and hack squats are fine will probably start light till shoulder can manage that kind heavy weight pressure while pushing up. But yes those two I should be good with. I need to do something about my chicken legs... lol @HarleyGuy

Don't forget AMRAP leg extensions until you see the black tunnel and almost pass out! :p
 
chest press no pain?
No sir no pain, but keeping it light. I habe been instructed in my pt to.do so.home as well. Making sure posture and form is correct and shoulders are not engaged. Bar coming to my lower chest, keeping arms close to the sides, minimizing any chances of any injury amd just slowly stregthening the muscles. @LevButlerov
 
Nice man, you definitely look better in the second picture. We see that skin tightening up. Keep it up. @rayray01
@rayray01 keep up with the fat loss. You want to tighten up that skin. Some prolonged fasting will definitely do a good job of doing that. Also look into the GHK

I have a big red light therapy unit for overall body, plus a waist belt red light therapy which directly focuses on excess loose skin on the waist for mpre targeted approach, I also utilize GHK-Cu and Matrixyl (both injectable peptides) which help with collagen synthesis, which in turn helps with skin elasticity. And the. Topping it off with multiple topical lotions with retinol and matrixyl & ghk-cu in ingredients as well. (Applied multiple times a day)

It is definitely an overkill but hopefully with time it will give good consistent improvement.

Cool stuff. I like your strategy. GHK is one of the best for skin.

Yea I agree, I am cut nahi on it. Carbs i am sure are over 200gms yesterday I forgot to take a Pic and log my fruits yesterday, by the time I remembered it, i had eaten most of them. Feeling better for sure.

Also wanted to ask you if I wanted start adding some mass in arms and legs and shoulder area what changes in caloric intake I should make. And was thinking of bumping my test from 120mg/ weekly to about 250mg a week and add deca or npp at about 100mg week and dhb (1 test CYPIONATE) at about 100mg/ week. Your thoughts?

Because the fat burner stack that I am on will help me continue to trim up and tighten up at the same time.

i dont think you can add mass this close to your PT but once PT about 30-45 days in we can talk more, i think deca could help but npp has mental sides so you need to be careful @rayray01
eq might be the best for you but we need to do e2 and full bloods first

Sure thing. Ofcourse the blood work goes without saying. But i wanted to start thinking on those lines, thats all...
 
Yea man fornsure jist wanted to see what I could atleast do, it has been a while so was not sure if I could even lift anything or all he stregth is gone, thats all. Today gave me a decent idea about it.

You had recommended to increase the weight and do 12-15 reps hence I started to slowly ramp in that direction. @LevButlerov
yes but i was thinking you'd go slow start with 17 reps then 15 if you can slowly go this way :D concerned with you injuring

Man I have been take 16mg slu-pp-332- and 60mg bam 15 split twice day and was impressed with the results, umbrella had 50mg a piece option so went with that, this will clean me up real good, as an help me meet the timeline I set for myself for a flat belly. Kind of nervous a little bit the rubber is not to meet the road tomorrow will let you know how it goes. @ceo

maybe start for the first two.weeks upfront with superdrol and last two weeks polish it off with anavar or winny? I know your recommended EQ, I was just throwing ideas on the table, will go what you think will get the best results. @LevButlerov
dont start with superdrol its too harsh, you can start with anavar low dose thats a better safer start @rayray01 the eq is pure e2 control

It would be easier on the sides as well and manage e2 as well, what are your thoughts on test 400mg, primo 200mg and dhb 100mg for some quality lean gains and I have enough of those that we can run a long and steady cycle as well.

See can add 50mg eq as well weekly to help with cardio. And slu/bam and gw sprinkled to ensure we are staying shredded.

Just day dreaming up cycles here.... lol

Yea man I habe maxed out a habit to do so once a month perjury donate blood and get blood work/ labs done. Like clockwork. @stevesmi
They usually have me donate whole so it takes longer in between

You are da man, literally I have every compund and half a dozen to a dozen vials ofnall of them except sustanon amd dbol which I will stock up.as well. But yes test and primo it is. Now for my p.t as well they got me doing some cable hammer curls with 20lbs and rope rows on cable and rope push downs for triceps and lying down chest press and lying down punches. They said next week we will stsrt on lateral related exercises as well. So definitely getting closer to the end.

Yea I do whole blood too, but I hope between American red cross and Kentucky blood center so I am able to get away doing this approx every 4-6 weeks closer to 6 I would say, so by the time next rotation come I am 10-12 weeks from last donation for each center. Provided I feel fine and no weakness or anything which has not been the case so far.
