Veteran Log Rehab Bulk Cycle Training Log with Team Oxygen O2

Well brothers and sisters, it's time to BULK. Got to get some more lean meat on the frame. @OxygenPharm has sponsored the rest of my cycle, so a huge shoutout and thank to @OxygenPharm. Especially with the size of the touchdown.

Even though I'm still rehabing and will take extra rest days if my lat isn't up to even using other muscles, I'll still get in as many lifts as I can. The schedule will get messy as somedays I'll hit whatever muscles are healed up, but a lifts a lift.

Currently running a mini challenge of 39 consecutive midnight lifts where I'm timestamping pictures at the gym around midnight and posting with each workout log update. Currently at 3/39.

Overall goal is to gain mass and fill the skinny frame out some more before another cut. Aiming for the pantheon build, not chasing mass or strength specifically.

A couple things. I've pulled Reta out of the stack last week so i can handle the bulk diet and to give my GERD a rest. I may start taking my PPI again if GERD gets bad again. I've also pulled HGH yesterday as i was getting edema quite bad, it had built up over weeks. It's gone down a fair bit just skipping 2 3iu doses. I will be cutting it for a minimum 7 days.

I should've done this earlier but as with my back pain, I've been accustomed to ignoring symptoms. Moving forward I'll be watching more closely and ordering a BP monitor when I can as well.

I'm switching to ED pins as well. Got my first taste of @OxygenPharm gear. Was surprised T-400 had zero PIP, after I've heard people say T-400 in general is spicy due to the concentration but OxygenPharm was smooth as hell. Ran it multiloaded with EQ & Dexa in the same pin.

Bodyfat: 17% estimated (found an Evolt intown, 12 hour fast before scan)

- L4-L5 and L5-S1
- L4 nerve root compression caused quad atrophy (vastus medialis) and it's still not filled back out.

Heres the edema pics. First 3 were yesterday at noon. Last 1 was today around noon. No PM yesterday or AM today GH. 24hrs of no GH helped quite a bit. Going to reset after 7-10 days.

Yea ive known to procrastinate just a touch. Lol

Hopefully. 220 would be nice.

It's most likely a joint effort between compounds. HGH seems to be the biggest contributor seeong how much it went down over 24hrs

Consecutive Midnight Lifts - 3/39
Update:
Got a little busy yesterday so i didnt get an update done. Just macros and weight for yesterday as it was a rest day.

Been having some issues since that good lat lift i did. The exercise was good, but a few days later i strained the section around shoulder blade. It was mostly better til the MSK ultrasound tech asked me 3 seperate times to show him where it hurts and repositioning on the bed has hirt it a little. Last 2 days by the end of the day theres a small burning feeling.

On that note, these are the available muscles to work tonight.
Chest, front & side delt, abs, lower back and legs(might be a touch to soon).

Ill prob get chest shoulder day in if i can isolate good enough.

Well brothers and sisters, it's time to BULK. Got to get some more lean meat on the frame. @OxygenPharm has sponsored the rest of my cycle, so a huge shoutout and thank to @OxygenPharm. Especially with the size of the touchdown.

Even though I'm still rehabing and will take extra rest days if my lat isn't up to even using other muscles, I'll still get in as many lifts as I can. The schedule will get messy as somedays I'll hit whatever muscles are healed up, but a lifts a lift.

Currently running a mini challenge of 39 consecutive midnight lifts where I'm timestamping pictures at the gym around midnight and posting with each workout log update. Currently at 3/39.

Overall goal is to gain mass and fill the skinny frame out some more before another cut. Aiming for the pantheon build, not chasing mass or strength specifically.

A couple things. I've pulled Reta out of the stack last week so i can handle the bulk diet and to give my GERD a rest. I may start taking my PPI again if GERD gets bad again. I've also pulled HGH yesterday as i was getting edema quite bad, it had built up over weeks. It's gone down a fair bit just skipping 2 3iu doses. I will be cutting it for a minimum 7 days.

I should've done this earlier but as with my back pain, I've been accustomed to ignoring symptoms. Moving forward I'll be watching more closely and ordering a BP monitor when I can as well.

I'm switching to ED pins as well. Got my first taste of @OxygenPharm gear. Was surprised T-400 had zero PIP, after I've heard people say T-400 in general is spicy due to the concentration but OxygenPharm was smooth as hell. Ran it multiloaded with EQ & Dexa in the same pin.

Thanks bro. Since the tear, ive moved more towards high volume. Not a lot of machines to choose from so i limited in lifts, but i just hammer out 6 sets instead.

Today i fasted a bit before an Evolt body comp scan. Found out the local anytime fitness did have one even though the website doesnt list one. Truly inaccurate i must say. Lol. Ill make an extra post for it.

Currently walking home after a successful back day. I kept the reps and weights locled in as usual but spenr way longer on rests than normal. Lat feels straight exhausted but good.

Had the opportunity to have montanas today so i ate like a god damn king.

Waiting on e2 LC/MS and free test beforw posting bloods and working out when i can go get MSK results.

Thank @Ulter m. Im still restricting myself to the limited machine choices at my gym so i dont flex my lat during exercises to keep form.

The gear pins great too. I assumed T400 would have spice to it, but its great.
I can certainly see how it would. I've heard some bad stories about the T400. But I'm glad that your source is providing a good one.

I honestly think i higher than that still. That Evolts out to lunch.

I think im somewhere arpund 14-15%. There is loose skin in the way a bit though.
i think closer to 10% :D
 
I think, at the end of the month, perhaps a DEXA is in order. Only 3hrs public transit 1 way. 3 buses and 2 trains 1 way.
i would wait at least more time before redo :D

@LevButlerov consider today as my application for protein king. Might as well. Ill be posting food pics in a secondary post.

I think tomorrow is my last anavar, so ill hit legs then.

This was an Evolt i did. Just a stand on thing and you grab some handles. The DEXA in toronto is x-ray. Itll be accurate.

Went pretty late, im still at gym. Just doing my log during rests, and pre logged my walk, cause thats the only way im getting home. Lol

My knees and discs are taking a little bit of a beating doing these walks. Thank god tomorrow is a rest day. Forgot to look for my other bloods. Ill set a reminder to post all 3 sets in the morning.

Calves definitely need some extra work. Not my best genetics thats for sure.

Update:
Today i fasted a bit before an Evolt body comp scan. Found out the local anytime fitness did have one even though the website doesnt list one. Truly inaccurate i must say. Lol. Ill make an extra post for it.

Currently walking home after a successful back day. I kept the reps and weights locled in as usual but spenr way longer on rests than normal. Lat feels straight exhausted but good.

Had the opportunity to have montanas today so i ate like a god damn king.

Waiting on e2 LC/MS and free test beforw posting bloods and working out when i can go get MSK results.

I weighed in at 200.7lb this morning lol. Obviously food variance but im goin up quick.

So with the lat tear, i couldnt do most exercises for quite some weeks. Any stabilization using my back at all was a no go. So when i could lift, i could only get away with using machines. I could isolate better with out engaging by back at all.

It was honestly surprising how much your body makes little micro adjustments even while just walking.

My gym is fairly small, so the options for machines is quite limited. For the first while i didnt even bother with leg press as id be lifting the plates up and down to load machine. Even using just my left hand, id feel the stretch and tension through to the right side of my back while i stabilized my self.

Squats in the 3D smith was kinda the same deal with the addition of my discs had degraded again since i couldnt exercise my lower back. I started getting pain and pinching nerves again after 6-8 weeks.

So the reason for switching to high reps is 2 fold.
1. I went on trt+ pre-cycle just because baselines were low and just that increase was enough to cause me a tear. Im being more cautious with quick strength gains. Id much rather not re injure. Lol
2. With heavy weights even on machines, you cant help but brace harder to hold proper form. I learnt the hard way that i need to have restraint and lock in weights

I am for sure liking the stack. Today is the last day for anavar. Definitely loved the pumps. Ill be letting my liver test til about week 14 and then adding another oral til the end of cycle.

Thanks bro. Im considering adding a few extras around the end of the month. Was thinking about getting some bulk powders and caps to save on money in the long run.

Currently though, protein is all that matters.

So with the lat tear, i couldnt do most exercises for quite some weeks. Any stabilization using my back at all was a no go. So when i could lift, i could only get away with using machines. I could isolate better with out engaging by back at all.

It was honestly surprising how much your body makes little micro adjustments even while just walking.

My gym is fairly small, so the options for machines is quite limited. For the first while i didnt even bother with leg press as id be lifting the plates up and down to load machine. Even using just my left hand, id feel the stretch and tension through to the right side of my back while i stabilized my self.

Squats in the 3D smith was kinda the same deal with the addition of my discs had degraded again since i couldnt exercise my lower back. I started getting pain and pinching nerves again after 6-8 weeks.

So the reason for switching to high reps is 2 fold.
1. I went on trt+ pre-cycle just because baselines were low and just that increase was enough to cause me a tear. Im being more cautious with quick strength gains. Id much rather not re injure. Lol
2. With heavy weights even on machines, you cant help but brace harder to hold proper form. I learnt the hard way that i need to have restraint and lock in weights
@Shakey Man, that must have been tough after that lateral tear. I would die if I couldn't train for quite a while but sometimes you have to be smart with your body.

Bros, you are able to persevere and I like that. When I had my plumbing accident, I thought it was over. I was very depressed for a while but I came back like a bull. @Shakey
