After the 100+ time you see one. you don't get too worried about the Bears. Be big, loud unafraid they run. I only worry about mountain lions. Tdgaf! They will get you! Ash would be dumb and try and make himself the target. So the pet danger is super real.@James Creeper I admit I would not be scared of a bear, but I would be super worried if I had pets outside. I'd be worried if the bear did something to them. But it's really cool to see that kind of wildlife outside your door.
You never run, stand your ground be big and they tuck tail and beat feet. Unless they are used to dealing with humans. Never turn the back to them. They watch the eyes.Ruuunnnn!!!!
I bet he could scratch my spot good! This guy has been around for a while he is 300lbs? Pretty big for a black bear. You could take him!
He isn't getting my honey! He can go find his own stash and get stung! I would mind snuggling with him they just need to wash up first, bit stinky from sleeping all winterBro, Yogi Bear coming by to get some honey from you. Got a good looking bear right here. I want to snuggle with it. @James Creeper
He is definitely big hungry, was a really good picture. time to go into bulk! Smash 10-30k cal a day for a few months!Damn did he just wake up from hibernation? @James Creeper he's got some drool coming out of his mouth. That's pretty cool. He looks like he wants to eat something.
@James Creeper that is a badass bear right there. He looks like he wants to go to war. What do those things eat out there in the wild, like berries and stuff, or do they eat meatSo my brother had a visitor. He said he was looking for me for a wrestling match. I don't think its fair.View attachment 231743
They are not really predators unless they get starved. They are scavengers. They will find anything dead for miles, definitely eat wild foods berries and greens. Then anything that you leave out. They will steal or destroy bird feeders. He looks tough but will run at a yell or you acting bigger and badder. Just in case I always have a 357 when I am out in the back country plus a 9mm with extra mags.@James Creeper that is a badass bear right there. He looks like he wants to go to war. It is the same here where I live. Northern Nevada at the northern end of the Sierras, the over population of the black bear and fires have forced many of them down into the great basin area, they will run away unless hungry, but even so, you better be ready just in case, because if they are hungry and they want you, they won’t run far and will keep coming. They are not really predators unless they get starved. Nice update bro. Hitting it hard with those training sessionsDAY 1 — PUSH WORK
CHEST | SHOULDERS | TRIS
• Welcome back fam. Back to it again. 0430 Mr Ash and I are ready to get moving. Rockstar in hand, we do the daily morning routine and he sniffs the yard, I watch whats going on around the neighborhood then we take turns!? He gets his blanket on the couch. I head into the garage to start walking on the treadmill for 45 minutes running up heart rate 125-135. Had to do a slight jog to get to my target zone. Then straight into yoga stretching, got a few more movements to do. Trying to match the day with stretches. As routine I go straight into my traditional stretches. Today I have a yard work to get done plant trees. So transition the gym to get some warm up sets in movement locked. Feeling good now. Loose and ready to make some shit happen.
*WORK SETS
• Dumbbell Bench Press
12–18 reps × 5 sets
Today we will jump as brother Lev was looking for. 15 clean reps, locked‑in form, chest tight and squeezed. As always I focus from deep stretch, to acceleration increases out of the hole to the top. Slowing down to imagine that clamping force in the chest. Grooy pump this morning already on set 3 of 15 dropped back to 12 then 11 with some pitiful partials to fail +6ish, rested a full 3 minutes
• Incline Dumbbell Flyes — 15°
10–15 reps × 4 sets we are the same, 15lbs. Full stretch, slow squeeze. 15 reps on set 1, So did 12 on the rest of the sets. Focused on keeping tempo in time. Then on the decent slow and controlled pause at maximum stretch. Feeling it pull on the chest open up really getting deep on the arms. I try and exhale slowly coming down letting gravity pull it open. At this point chest is feeling swollen
• Triceps Rope Pushdowns — 60 lbs.
10–15 reps × 4 sets
Definitely at 15 reps. I can really feel this weight. I was a bit higher before we will work up. Focus sharp, feeling them contractions from top to bottom, keeping the pace going. But on the contraction movement I pushed with a slower movement, then slow accent back. On a 4 count. Hit 10 on the rest of the sets. Tri's are starting to match the chest.
• Cable Lateral Raises
12–18 reps × 5 sets
Cross‑cable setup we are at 12.5 lbs. We are going to bump this 2.5 Hitting 15 reps first set. No changes in tempo. Adjusting stance to hit all the fibers in the shoulders by being forward, neutral and behind. From set 1 to set 5, 10 reps on the rest. I do one front delt set, as they get work in flys and presses.
• Seated Overhead Dumbbell Press (Arnold Press)
8–12 reps × 5 sets
Bench nearly vertical, 25lb. First set 15 reps, then to 11's finished off strong at 13. No shoulder pains at all, did have tightening didn't want to blow something up. Can see that the caps are looking fibrous.
• DAILY FUEL BREAKDOWN
- Calories: 3,550
- Protein: 340g
- Carbs: ~460–480g
- Fat: ~85–100g
- Sodium: ~3,800–4,800mg
- Meals: 6 total
- added a extra cup of rice to the cooker. Going to be an extra 145 grams of carbohydrates. I blender up 4 cups of cooked rice with water till very smooth. Normally around 48 Oz of water then use that to make shakes. Quick and easy carbs.
• OVERALL NOTES
Today I am trying to get done early. I have to check in for the sleep study @630. They will let me go at 0600? I'm normally up way before then. So not sure about that situation. This needs to get done. So I am happy to get some answers and some help with sleep.
I didn't get my log done in time as we had company come over. Will fallow up with that later.

Definitely something that's been a problem here too, fires have push a lot of them down looking for whatever they can get. And it will not be Mrs. Creeper or Ash. The kids don't like going out so much anymore. But they know how to handle hand guns.It is the same here where I live. Northern Nevada at the northern end of the Sierras, the over population of the black bear and fires have forced many of them down into the great basin area, they will run away unless hungry, but even so, you better be ready just in case, because if they are hungry and they want you, they won’t run far and will keep coming.

DAY 2 — PULL | BACK • BICEPS • REAR DELTS
This morning was a bit messy. I was up 0430 covered in probes. Had the nurse come in and unhook me from the monitor equipment for the sleep study. This wasn’t a how good can you sleep event. At 0120 the main tech came in and asked me to put a mask on to get readings. Know beforehand if this happened it is conformity that I have sleep apnea. No surprise. As with anything new to a sleep habit it was fucked. A nose piece on with someone else at the controls making adjustments. If you open your mouth you sound like a bull dog hanging his lips out the window. Eventually I was able to nod of for a bit. It was more of a quazi sleep state than anything. So to say the least not feeling so Creepy today. I did pre load my morning shots and that was enough of a boost to get my groggy ass to the car. For... you already know if you read my log. The Rockstar zero. Getting on my way home. 30 minute drive, Got to the front door Mr Ash knew I was home. At this point I knew it was a second Rockstar day. Ash did his normal primary sweep, everything was good in the hood. I tried to keep focused Ash got his blanket I hit the treadmill 15 minutes was all I was going to give today. And the rest of the day was gonna be off so I took it light.
*190.0 lbs this morning!?
• Bent‑Over Barbell Rows
50lbs — 15, 15, 15
I was thinking about what I have here. It's 2 x 25 plates plus the 45lb bar. Really 95lbs. We are at 125, really on a normal day. So load light. Still lock in form and get it done, bar path clean, belt tight, going through the reps.
• Lat Pulldowns (half a grip wider than shoulders + Unilateral)
100 on the stack • 50 for uni
Natural ‑to‑narrow rotation for 16–18 reps across 6 sets. Well but today I just did uni for 3 set
Unilateral rounds to 20
Elbow‑to‑hip. Fire in the lats at the end. I was drifting in though in thoughts. I had the podcast on with @catdadironman. I did find some strength in listening to his story. I am sure some one has told you. But thank you brother for being real and honest its hard to deal with the mind and alcohol. And be able to come out of that better!
• Seated Cable Rows
90 lbs — 15, 15, 15
Full resets. Tight pulls.
90‑second discipline.
Thinking very hard to control movement. Thinking how the shoulders rotating around the ribcage. Then releasing slowly back forward letting the shoulder blades move back forward. This is way harder with a few hours of sleep and I don't want to. Then still isn't shit to what people I am getting to know have been through.
• Face Pulls
30 lbs — 20 reps × 3 sets.
I didn't move the weight on this. Its not overload anyway
Whole upper back gets touched.
Mid back also gets good and hot.
I was able to get this fully done as my back did not really get to hit earlier.
• Seated Cable Dumbbell Curls
50 lbs on cables, we were at 90
Set 1–4, 12 slow, surgical reps
Set 5: 12 full reps + 3 then unknown partials until total failure. I needed time after this. Gassed out pretty bad.
• Pullovers
70lb dumbbell, 3×20
Sideways on the bench, letting gravity peel the lats open.
Last set slowed down to carve width with intent. I really enjoy this exercise. I refuse to back off this one. With that I am done. And smell Mrs. Creeper doing breakfast for me. She is there when I need it the most!
• OVERALL NOTES—
Really it was about getting this test done and over. I will be getting a c–pap machine soon. I feel its going to change a lot for me. I won't take the sleeping pills they gave me. It's a antidepressant. I already add enough chemicals to myself. The best will be getting a full night sleep. If you are reading this and struggling with sleep on or off cycle. Don't think you will go very long with how much this will effect you in everything you do. As you can see. I'm a dumb ass powering through. But most would skip this on 2 hrs of sleep. Don't put it off do the test!

Bear Macro!!!I went on a trip to Banff last summer to do some hiking - the people I was with were afraid of running into a Grizzly bear. I decided to keep my mouth shut and not tell them we were likely stalked at some point by a cougar. You will see the bear - you will never see the cougar.
I always hike with bear spray in the mountains - but its crazy to see how many people have the spray, but attach it to the back of their backpacks, and not up front. Sorry bro - your a bear macro before you can get to that spray dangling behind you![]()

TEAM USP DAILY BODYBUILDING NEWS. 5/17/2026
MICHAL “KRIZO” KRIZANEK WINS THE 2026 PITTSBURGH PRO
Krizo walks into Pittsburgh one week after losing NY Pro… and reverses the outcome.
He beats Tonio Burton in the rematch and takes the Men’s Open title with sharper condition, fuller muscle bellies, and stronger stage control posing. (Still a bit shaky)
Men’s Open Final Placings
• Michal Krizanek — Winner
• Tonio Burton — 2nd
• Brandon Curry — 3rd
• Sasan Heirati — 4th
• Blessing Awodibu — 5th
• Notes:
Krizo dominated comparisons from the first callout. The announcers were calling it all Tonio I didn't see it that way. Tonio still looked dangerous but Krizo’s density and dryness sealed it with his improved posing. Curry steady, polished, but outgunned. Sasan was peeled and the best condition out of everyone there. It seems like he is like Hadi never far off from perfect peak.
DIVISION WINNERS — FINALS
• Men’s Open — Michal Krizanek
• Classic Physique — Niall Darwen
• Men’s Physique — Kyron Holden
• Women’s Physique — Paula Ranta
• Wellness — Daniele Mendonça
• Figure — Natalia Soltero
• Bikini — Lauralie Chapados
• Fit Model — Shealynn Burnett
DEEP CUT FINALS NOTES
Classic Physique — Niall Darwen Takes It Clean
Darwen’s structure + conditioning = undeniable.
Diego Garavito and Chen Kang rounded out the top 3.
Men’s Physique — Kyron Holden Back on Top
Kyron beats Ali Bilal and Edvan Palmeira with a tighter waist and better flow. That was a shock.
Women’s Physique — Paula Ranta Dominates
Ranta’s shape and conditioning were unmatched.
Wellness — Daniele Mendonça Wins Big
Deep lineup, but Daniele’s lower-body density carried the day.
Figure — Natalia Soltero Claims Another Title
Precision posing, crisp lines — textbook Figure.
Bikini — Lauralie Chapados Adds Another Win
Flow, balance, and stage presence — she’s in Olympia form early.
Fit Model — Shealynn Burnett Takes Gold
Cleanest presentation of the night.
NEXT SHOWS TO WATCH
• Toronto Pro
• Empro Classic Spain
• Omaha Pro
• Midwest Championships
TEAM USP (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)
Krizo needed this win and he delivered. This wasn’t a small correction from NY Pro; this was a statement. Tonio is still surging, but Krizo just reinserted himself into the Olympia conversation with authority. He has work to do to beat the big boys.
Classic Physique is getting deeper. Niall Darwen is the real deal and he’s not done.
Lauralie looks like she’s peaking early, and Kyron Holden is back in championship form.
Pittsburgh Pro delivered exactly what we needed: clarity, momentum, and storylines heading into the summer run. The the guest posing... Dam... did Sampson impress me! He was massively improved in his legs, Jacked looked great. Derek was ummm fat...not taking away from him but he has a ways to go. Sommerfeld was big. And said he is going to open!? Wesley was huge too not diced. Was a great showing!
TEAM USP is watching every move.

to many preservatives to list on a single label!!American human, easy way to get big fast. Just got to watch how many you eat. You will get fat really fast.
You can smell them from a long way off once you know the smell you recognize it quickly. Spring and fall its the worst. Mid summer it would be alright to snuggle up!Bros, I would imagine they do smell. That's true. Maybe he needs a bath.

• Extra Set
Spider curl
* not today satan!

MICHAL “KRIZO” KRIZANEK WINS THE 2026 PITTSBURGH PRO
Krizo walks into Pittsburgh one week after losing NY Pro… and reverses the outcome.
He beats Tonio Burton in the rematch and takes the Men’s Open title with sharper condition, fuller muscle bellies, and stronger stage control posing. (Still a bit shaky)
Men’s Open Final Placings
• Michal Krizanek — Winner
• Tonio Burton — 2nd
• Brandon Curry — 3rd
• Sasan Heirati — 4th
• Blessing Awodibu — 5th
• Notes:
Krizo dominated comparisons from the first callout. The announcers were calling it all Tonio I didn't see it that way. Tonio still looked dangerous but Krizo’s density and dryness sealed it with his improved posing. Curry steady, polished, but outgunned. Sasan was peeled and the best condition out of everyone there. It seems like he is like Hadi never far off from perfect peak.
DIVISION WINNERS — FINALS
• Men’s Open — Michal Krizanek
• Classic Physique — Niall Darwen
• Men’s Physique — Kyron Holden
• Women’s Physique — Paula Ranta
• Wellness — Daniele Mendonça
• Figure — Natalia Soltero
• Bikini — Lauralie Chapados
• Fit Model — Shealynn Burnett
DEEP CUT FINALS NOTES
Classic Physique — Niall Darwen Takes It Clean
Darwen’s structure + conditioning = undeniable.
Diego Garavito and Chen Kang rounded out the top 3.
Men’s Physique — Kyron Holden Back on Top
Kyron beats Ali Bilal and Edvan Palmeira with a tighter waist and better flow. That was a shock.
Women’s Physique — Paula Ranta Dominates
Ranta’s shape and conditioning were unmatched.
Wellness — Daniele Mendonça Wins Big
Deep lineup, but Daniele’s lower-body density carried the day.
Figure — Natalia Soltero Claims Another Title
Precision posing, crisp lines — textbook Figure.
Bikini — Lauralie Chapados Adds Another Win
Flow, balance, and stage presence — she’s in Olympia form early.
Fit Model — Shealynn Burnett Takes Gold
Cleanest presentation of the night.

189 good weight thick and pumped189.6 this morning. Definitely looking fuller!think this will keep me trending up as long as I keep on top the eating. Need to get to 220 in the end.
I guess I have grown accustomed to being around them. He was definitely looking hungry. But he is an average size for a full grown. I have seen them just before winter plus a few hundred lbs. And still driven to eat more. Just not this guy! Be like cocaine bear, but Tren Bear... oh fuck!@James Creeper that's a full size bear bro....looks amazing and a bit scary as well to see him live this close.....
Not too bad for not eating for 4-5 months. They pack it on in winter. They do a fat bear picture contest. See if I can find this guy coming fall see how his bulk went. That’s a damn good size bear
Bros, I wonder if Bigfoot lives out there too.You can smell them from a long way off once you know the smell you recognize it quickly. Spring and fall its the worst. Mid summer it would be alright to snuggle up!

• Today starts like most, definitely better than yesterday. And got 6.75 hrs of sleep, only waking up 2 times was good. I do think the 20 mg of melatonin was a big help. I normally take 5. Still 0430 my eyes open do my shots and put on the robe and some sweats Ash and I make a pit stop for the all important Rockstar zero. Unfortunately today was cold and raining at a good clip so we did do our perimeter sweep we normally do. Ash wanting no part of the cold rain. So he grabbed up his blanket and I put on some dogo tv for him. We head to the dungeon. Today was chilly enough I needed a sweater. I would not be surprised if it snows again. Started with a slow walk just to get heat and movements going. Bringing it up to a slow jog for 40 minutes at that pace. Went to the yoga stretching. Working over Leg mobility. I can tell its going to be a long rain day. Fishing off with traditional stretches. Then set up for my warm up sets.
* 189.6 this morning trending up!
• Leg Press
230 lbs is where we were, so now back to 6 plates or 270 Stance neutral today.
Paused reps. Smooth and controlled.
4×12, quads still not near max. But this isn't a bad place With the neutral stance holding the foam block is still challenging. Working deeper than when I started with the block. Getting a big stretch. Easy to come out the hole. This is continued progress on how my legs and knees feel. Maybe after adjusting to the load we will add more.
• Cable Crunches
We are staying at 150lbs. Spine arched, hips pulling through.
Controlled and systemic.
And doing 6 sets . I ran this up to 15. I take a solid 60 seconds to recover between sets. I started shaking hard on set 3 the last 2 sets were a test of will power. And not great form.
• Romanian Deadlifts
120lbs, Belt tight. Hamstrings drawn tight. Close to the shins, keeping head up.
10 on set one, backed down on reps after 3 going to 10 and 9. We got same reps as last time. Be methodically mindful. Progress is progress. It's never fast.
• Calf Raises
120 lbs On a 2‑inch platform, heels hanging deep.
Stretch, squeeze up, repeat. 5 sets done at 10 reps. Front of the shin was being pissy and started crampinga bit on the left. Set 5 was a waddling maker.
• Hanging Leg Raises
Weighted sets with 10 lbs on the feet.
Strict, no sway. If I do, I reset balance and go again. 9 reps with a rest of 60 seconds. I was lit up in the abs. Did the 8 reps, 2 more sets. We got one extra rep here.
• Smith Machine Squats
250 lbs, neutral stance, tempo steady.
10 reps then 8 matched again for sets 3 & 4. Nice and smooth. Form feels okay with the toes pointing out a bit. The foam is being used. Not getting full depth. Looks and feels deeper than before.
• Hack squat started this off light as the finish touch. 150, 3 sets neutral stance, toes pushed down 12, 10, 10. quads good and steamy. Foam box is still in play. Got down pretty deep. Shin is still barking

• Notes of the Day
It turned out to be a rain day all day. Had a snow mix and a freeze warning in effect for tonight. So have to cover some of my plants up. Colorado has officially started some kind of substance abuse problem. It is Mother's day that its normally safe to plant everything. So I think its the humidity but definitely cramping up today was an issue. Had a couple people ask me if I was okay. I thought I was going good. Lol. Nope just Leg day. Mrs Creeper had the rainy day blues. I don't really understand depression. I just try and listen to the problem. Not suggesting how to fix it. Just try and be there for her. I thought at first you can just un fuck yourself like I do and get after myself or her that just makes it worse. It's way more thoughtful to listen or to be heard in some. Unlike my bullheaded thoughts of you can fix anything with logic.

TEAM USP — CREEPER’S THOUGHTS (NEW VERSION)
The Olympia picture just got a whole lot clearer and a whole lot uglier for anyone not holding a trophy. The auto‑qualifiers sit on a throne nobody else can touch, and every 2026 show winner is already packing for Vegas. Everyone else? They’re fighting for scraps in a season that’s moving faster than they are.
Classic Physique just became a warzone. Wesley Vissers punching his ticket at the Arnold means the top of that division is now a three‑headed monster with Sommerfeld, Ramon, and Urs (questionable)already locked in. Anyone pretending they’re “in the mix” without a win is lying to themselves.
Bikini? Ashlyn Little being the reigning Olympia champ changes the entire energy. Lauralie winning Pittsburgh doesn’t just qualify her it puts pressure on Dorie and Maureen to show up sharper than ever. That division is about to get political, competitive, and personal.
Men’s Open is the most violent it’s been in years. Krizo and Tonio are already in. The Olympia Top 3 are already in. That leaves maybe one or two real opportunities for the rest of the division to survive. Curry, Blessing, Sasan they’re not “chasing points,” they’re chasing oxygen.
This season isn’t just hype. It’s about math.
And the math is telling the truth:
If you don’t win, you don’t go.
* Thats if I did this all correctly. There is possible errors and will fix them when I go back through everything. Or if anyone sees something I over looked.
TEAM USP will be watching

Ah I see, that is pretty cool stuff. I wonder where they sleep. Do they sleep in trees or something?Yeah, they are all getting up right now looking to bulk up!
Oh man, that's horrible. I would hate for them to be stuck in a car and have to bash the window and hurt themselves. They get into cars all the time! They have learned behavior of opening doors. Get stuck inside. And oh man.... new car time...
Funny you say that.Bros, I wonder if Bigfoot lives out there too.

They have a large selection of abandoned mines (thousands) they could choose. Out croppings of rock, thick blow downs of trees. Or dig themselves a holler.Ah I see, that is pretty cool stuff. I wonder where they sleep. Do they sleep in trees or something?
I have opened the door for one that had gotten in a Subaru outback. The car was absolutely destroyed in the inside. And the bear was clearly scared. 191.2 this morning.
I had 2 Dr. Appointments today one with a spinal doctor. I have had an up tic in pain over the last 8 months. So I had 3, 3 ml shots of cortisone in my right side of the neck. He zoomed in on the nerves with an ultrasound and pinned me up. Then after that I went to gastrointestinal my alt and ast have been up for a while. The doctor who is a hepatologist as well. Wants to do an ultrasound on my liver. I'm okay with that. I don't think I have n.a.f.l.d. my ggt has never been low. c.r.p. has looked good. Have not had a problem losing weight. Anyhow after that they want to do bloods again. I will probably just take a few days off of training to do the blood tests. They didn't really listen that I train pretty hard. But I want to have a look at the liver anyway. Just to be sure. But if there is. Then I will smash my diet to almost nothing but protein. And cut as much fat as possible. Run the carbs low. And lean way out. I really don't think that's what the enzymes are elevated over. As well as my iron and ferriton levels have been low to the point of using supplements to keep them in range.

• ANDREW JACKED TRAINING FOOTAGE LEAKS
A new clip from Andrew Jacked’s training camp hit IG this afternoon, showing him running a brutal chest + delts session with noticeably thicker upper‑pec density. The big takeaway, his waist looks tighter than anything he brought in 2025, and the comments from his coach hint at “a different Andrew this season.”
This is the first meaningful physique data point from Andrew.
• SAMSON DAUDA DROPS A HEAVY HINT ABOUT HIS NEXT MOVE
Samson posted a cryptic caption: “The next phase begins.”
No show named. No date. But the physique clip shows him at what looks like off-season fullness with near‑stage‑ready legs, which is rare for him this far out.
• Industry chatter is already speculating that he may be lining up a mid‑summer appearance.
• CHRIS BUMSTEAD POSTS A NEW TRAINING CLIP: ARMS LOOK INSANE
Cbum dropped a short YouTube Community post showing a close-up of his arm day. The biceps peak looks sharper than his 2023–2025 off-season phases.
He also mentioned: “Staying healthy is the mission this year.”
That’s the first time he’s addressed injury concerns since early 2026.
• I am not sure he is doing anything but brand promotion.
• RAMON DINO SHARES A POSING ROOM STILL (AND HE’S DENSE)
Ramon posted a single still frame from a posing session.
Classic Physique is shaping up to be a three‑man war this year. If Mike makes up his mind.
• HADI CHOOPAN SPOTTED TRAINING WITH A NEW PARTNER
A fan clip from a private gym in California shows Hadi training with a new partner who appears to be a conditioning specialist.
Hadi looked leaner than expected for May, suggesting he may be pushing an earlier prep timeline.
• TONIO BURTON ANNOUNCES HE’S “NOT DONE YET”
Tonio posted a story saying: “We’re not finished. One more.”
This confirms he’s planning another show soon, though he didn’t name which one.
His physique update shows him holding fullness extremely well post‑peak.
• LAURALIE CHAPADOS SHARES A NEW CHECK-IN
Lauralie posted a clean, high‑definition check-in photo.
Her glute/ham tie-in looks sharper than her Pittsburgh package, and she mentioned she’s “dialing in for the next one.”
Bikini is about to get spicy.
• URS KALECINSKI DROPS A TRAINING VLOG WITH A MASSIVE BACK SHOT
Urs released a vlog showing a back double biceps that looks noticeably wider than last season.
He’s clearly pushing size. But how big can he get?
• REGAN GRIMES SHOWS OFF A CRAZY SIDE CHEST
Regan posted a side‑chest shot that looks like he’s finally bringing up his chest density.
He also teased: “This year is different.”
We’ve heard that before.... but this time, the physique backs it up. We will see.
* WOMEN’S PHYSIQUE: BARBARA MENAGE SHARES A PREP UPDATE
Barbara posted a posing clip showing insane shoulder detail and a much tighter midsection.
She’s clearly prepping for something soon, though she hasn’t announced a show.
☆ SOCIAL MEDIA SWEEP
• Martin Fitzwater – Is back on IG, posting some posing clips. Not sure what any plans are. He looks very full. I guess he could go into a prep.
• Nick Walker — Shows us what 283 looks like on him. Arm's are freaky.
• Derek Lunsford — No new physique, only a really odd O– tv thing with Andrew. He did stand his ground.
• Wesley Vissers — Posted a training clip; arms look fuller. Mid section too. Legs....
• Jennifer Dorie — Shared a posing session; conditioning looks sharp.
• Francielle Mattos — Wellness queen posted a glute session; density is wild.
● Hadi Choopan – Has Milos as a coach and looking very thick in conditioning. As always you know he comes in good at peak.
☆ TEAM USP — (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)
Today’s energy is all about movement without shows, a quiet part of the season where the real killers sharpen their blades. Andrew Jacked looks dangerous and staying lean. Samson is sending signals and just showed us what 345 looks like on stage. Ramon is trying to level up at the same time, which means Classic is heading toward a collision. Tonio is refusing to fade possiblythe Cali?. And the women’s divisions are showing more discipline than the men right now.
TEAM USP is watching for the next move

Seems like a good place to hide a body too. They have a large selection of abandoned mines (thousands) they could choose. Out croppings of rock, thick blow downs of trees. Or dig themselves a holler.
It's a thing on one of my claims that is underground I throw a blackcat in it and wait a minute before going it. I Need to build a entry door. Keep humans out too.

bros dayum. one of these days someone gonna get a videoFunny you say that.
At one time on the Google about Glenwood Springs. There was a story that a guy posted that one night he was walking a trail to Doc Hollidays original grave site. Where he was confronted by a squatch that sexualy assaulted him. It didn't go into anymore details. But was up for sometime (like 6 months) before being removed. Myself have been out a lot, in some deep backcountry. I have not seen anything that would suggest a Bigfoot was around. Still a lot of people say different.

• Welcome back fam. As the Norm. Eyes open at 0430. Ash is stirring about. Get USP gear on board. Throw the sweats on and the robe. Go outside and walk around with Ash checking out what the morning brings. As routine Rockstar zero in hand. Feeling okay after the shots yesterday. A bit stiff, nothing a bit of stretching and a hot shower can't fix up. Hit the Creeper cave. Throw on an Evo podcasts. Started the treadmill up with a walk into a light jog for 40 minutes. Hitting the target zone. For a 25 minute span. Went to the floor to do some yoga stretches. I did some neck movements. Rolling slow at first to get fibers firing off. Into a few extentions of the right side and left to keep even. I have never "popped" my neck but pushing to the left let out a good feeling set of pop's that kinda scares me at the same time as the pressure release. Finished this of with standard stretches opening up my chest as much as possible. Even pulling vacuum in the chest for holds. Set up my show for some warm up sets. Run through them at 50% load and reps. I haven't really seen anyone really talk about this. What dose you're warm up's look like? What do you do for weight and rep's?
* 189.8 this morning
*WORK SETS
• Dumbbell Bench Press 12–18 reps × 5 sets @80lbs
15 clean reps, locked‑in form, chest tight and squeezed. As always I focus from deep stretch, to acceleration increases out of the hole to the top. Slowing down to imagine and force that clamping force in the chest. Squeeze that bitch tight. On set 3 dropped back to 12 then 11. Then I was reading through @catdadironmans logs this am him doing push up's. I twisted it a bit, using my pink yoga foam blocks. On edge so plus 4 inches. I did 25 slow deficit push up's paused at the bottom letting the chest take the load. This feels really good! Resting a minute did 21 more before failure. Killer pump!
• Incline Dumbbell Flyes — 15°
10–15 reps × 4 sets we are the same, 15lbs. Full stretch, slow squeeze. 15 reps on set 1. On set 2 did 12, then 10 on the rest of the sets. Focused on keeping tempo in time. Then on the decent slow and controlled pause at maximum stretch. Feeling it pull on the chest open up really getting deep on the arms. I try and exhale slowly coming down letting gravity pull it open. At this point chest is feeling swollen and gassed a bit from the push up's.
• Triceps Rope Pushdowns — 60 lbs.
10–15 reps × 4 sets
Definitely at 15 reps. I can really feel this weight. I was a bit higher before. We will work up. Focused, feeling them contractions from top to bottom, keeping the pace going. To keep time under load. On the contraction movement I pushed with a slower movement, then slow accent back. On a 4 count. Staying open on the chest set 2 for 15. Hit 11 then 10 on the last set.
• Cable Lateral Raises
12–18 reps × 5 sets
Cross‑cable setup we are at 12.5 lbs. Jumped another 2.5 to 15lbs. 15 reps first set. No changes in tempo. Adjusting stance to hit all the fibers in the shoulders by being forward, neutral and behind. From set 3 to set 5, Getting 10 rep's. I do one front delt set.
• Seated Overhead Dumbbell Press (Arnold Press)
8–12 reps × 5 sets
Bench nearly vertical, 25lb. First set 15 reps, then to 11' reps on set 2. finished off strong at 10 for 3 sets. A bit of neck tightening. So I didn't feel I should push it.
• DAILY FUEL BREAKDOWN
- Calories: 3,550
- Protein: 340g
- Carbs: ~460–480g
- Fat: ~85–100g
- Sodium: ~3,800–4,800mg

- I blender up 4 cups of cooked rice with water till very smooth. Normally around 48 Oz of water then use that to make shakes. Quick and easy carbs.
• OVERALL NOTES
Today I am going to take the rest of the day easy let my nerves settle down a bit. Get some reading in. This afternoon/evening. Mrs. Creeper’s friend is having a graduation from beauty school. She has practiced waxing legs on me. And different things for Mrs. Creeper, Eye lashes, beauty stuffs. The girls at her school found it very amusing that a guy will have his legs waxed. Since 35 I turned into a werewolf and can't stand it.The funniest is when I put on a set of hollowgraphic posing trunks. The looks were funny A/F. She will also do some schooling for spray tans. I tell her she should look into doing shows and getting the pro tan thing going. It could be really good for her. Even if its not guy's. The girls have way more work to do anyway.
Then I have the appointment tomorrow morning for the ultrasound see if the tech will say anything about the images. I will also investigate after I settle down tonight. No food after midnighttill the appointment at 8 am. If I haven't said I love you all. I am now, not sure I can do this without a Rockstar and food

Since 35 I turned into a werewolf and can't stand it.The funniest is when I put on a set of hollowgraphic posing trunks. The looks were funny A/F.
Then I have the appointment tomorrow morning for the ultrasound see if the tech will say anything about the images. I will also investigate after I settle down tonight. No food after midnighttill the appointment at 8 am. If I haven't said I love you all. I am now, not sure I can do this without a Rockstar and food

* 189.8 this morning
- Meals: 6 total

Yeah, I saw some shows about that. Apparently in Nevada and Arizona there's a lot of mine shafts, and over the past 100 or 150 years that's been the go-to place to dump bodies. Mafia's favorite spotPeople have just disappeared around the area. There are thousands of un – marked tunnels scattered around. Definitely know not all of them are accidentally missing.
I didn't see a tag from you yesterday @MarkNV. Or did I miss it in my updates? Thank you for reading through!Another great log james!!
I have this positive voice that keeps helping me push up. Thanks Brother Lev80s you going up on presses![]()
Good to hear brother!
Great lift! The pump must have been great on this!
This had me rolling bro! hahahah
Rockstar will carry you through!
I sure hope I don't find any body's. That could shut down our lil operation. Be cool to find some old guns thoughYeah, I saw some shows about that. Lower body work.
• Today starts a bit different. I don't get to drink or eat anything. I double checked for the ultrasound and they insisted no drinking anything other than for medicine. So I normally have 48 Oz of water during my workouts in the morning. I'll push it back as I don't find it will be useful to my body if I don't give it fuel. And getting up @ 0430 with Ash not getting my Rockstar till after already sits me sideways. Funny how the mind hyper focuses on the things you do at a given time. Like eating and drinking. Not only do I want the Rockstar but feel I could eat a salty boot or I might die. Just 3 more hours to go... I still went into the dungeon and did my cardio, thinking this will fix it. Sure. 40 minutes later and that's all I can think about is water and food. Think Mr. Ash and I will walk around the block to burn some time.
Well got my imaging done. Straight away I had a double shake ready. No time wasted got the Rockstar in and my attitude towards the human shifted quickly. I truly am a creature of habit. After a few minutes of coming online I went in the garage to stretch out in some yoga with the evo podcasts on the world is feeling a bit better. Now we can do some work.

• Leg Press
270 Stance wide today.
Paused reps. Smooth and controlled.
4×12, quads feeling fine. With the wide stance holding the foam block is challenging. Working deeper every time. Getting a big stretch. Easy to come out the hole. This is continued progress on how my legs and knees feel.
• Cable Crunches
We are staying at 150lbs. Spine arched, hips pulling through.
Controlled and systemic.
And doing 6 sets . I ran this up to 15. I take a solid 60 seconds to recover. I still am shaking hard on set 3 the last 2 sets were a test of will power.
• Romanian Deadlifts
120lbs, Belt tight. Hamstrings drawn tight. Close to the shins, keeping head up.
10 on set one, backed down on reps after 3 going to 9 and 9. Being methodically today. we are not pushing limits on an out of sync day.
• Calf Raises
120 lbs On a 2‑inch platform, heels hanging deep.
Stretch, squeeze up, repeat. 5 sets done at 10 reps. Front of the shin stayed quiet. Set 5 was a grinder.
• Hanging Leg Raises
Weighted sets with 10 lbs on the feet.
Strict, no sway. If I do, I reset balance and go again. 9 reps with a rest of 60 seconds. I was lit up in the abs. Did the 8 reps, 2 more sets. We stay even from last go.
• Smith Machine Squats
250 lbs, wide stance, tempo steady.
10 reps then 8 matched again for sets 3 & 4. Nice and smooth. Form feels okay with the toes out a bit. The foam is being used.
• Hack squat started this off light as the finish touch. 150, 3 sets wide stance, toes pushed down 12, 10, 10. quads good and steamy. Foam box is still being used. I should note I am high up on the plate today. Mostly quad focused.

After the workout I made up some food for the day. While getting breakfast in. Think tonight I will have the chicken and rice show, just with a can of mushroom soup added in the rice with some low fat milk to make it a bit of a risotto to change it up a bit. And reward for this morning. Mrs. Creeper is still under the cloud. Hopefully things for her will get better soon. I will keep trying to get her back in the gym. Gently of course. Look at whats coming to Tahoe…it will be where I went to high schoolTEAM USP — DAY 3: Legs, Calves & Abs
* 189.8 This morning

• Notes of the Day
After the workout I made up some food for the day. Let's see what I can find for news.
