Overall a solid leg day and a damn good way to kick off the week. Pushed the weight up again on the pendulum squats, so the leg presses suffered a bit afterword. But that's the trade off when you really bury yourself early in the workout. Leg extensions felt the strongest they have in a while and wrapped everything up with my favorite clamshell ab machine.

Few adjustments coming to the cycle sometime this week. Just waiting on the final pieces of last weeks bloodwork to come back before pulling the trigger so I know where exact dosing needs to land.

Anavar: As much as how godlike this makes me feel, I am pulling it out for the middle portion of the cycle. It will make its triumphant return for the final 6 weeks to really polish things off.

Sustanon: Increasing to 500mg/week

EQ: Dosing TBD

Masteron P: Should be landing any day now and will be added in for the remainder of the cycle. Dosing TBD

Cagrilintide: Bumping this up to 2mg/week to get ahead of the food noise. Not sure if the EQ hunger is kicking in, or it just isn't as effective for me as Triz was. Hopefully this gets me to the point where I am not begging for snacks between meals like my cats

Hahahah! Man this is exactly how I felt... yesterday was insane - I was insatiable! I could have eaten alllll day. But I also pounded some serious cardio over the weekend and did a monster leg day so in hindsight, probably was to be expected. I wiill have to adjust the food intake with the uptick in planned cardio or do some refeed days.

A mix of slow and fast carbs should help. I love eating old fashioned oats on the dry side with a scoop of protein with a good amount of fruit. And I will add some my blender rice mix to give it a creamy feel. For me it seems to curb the big hungry right after heavy leg day or cardio.

Hunger wasn't as intense today - I have a pretty good mix of slow and fast digesting foods. Went heavier on cottage cheese today so the slow digest protein too.

Going to start giving some quick semi daily thoughts on the Cagrilintide as I get more time with it. So far, I do not think it has had quite as pronounced of an effect for me personally as Triz did. Definitely not writing the Cag off yet, but the Triz had my appetite locked down hard, whereas with the Cag I still notice a pretty decent amount of hunger throughout the day. Nothing outrageous or uncontrollable, but enough that it is distinctly noticeable.

Beyond that, great day overall with all goals met! See you all tomorrow!

Failure on pushups is the best... when you lock out and the side of your face hits the floor. Then you wait 10 seconds, restore some ATP and do one more again.

Solid chest and bicep day today - felt strong across the board with no real complaints. Strength continues to climb! Finished off the chest portion of the workout with some push ups to failure. Absolutely torched the pecs!

Going to start giving some quick semi daily thoughts on the Cagrilintide as I get more time with it. So far, I do not think it has had quite as pronounced of an effect for me personally as Triz did. Definitely not writing the Cag off yet, but the Triz had my appetite locked down hard, whereas with the Cag I still notice a pretty decent amount of hunger throughout the day. Nothing outrageous or uncontrollable, but enough that it is distinctly noticeable.

Beyond that, great day overall with all goals met! See you all tomorrow!

Overall a solid leg day and a damn good way to kick off the week. Pushed the weight up again on the pendulum squats, so the leg presses suffered a bit afterword. But that's the trade off when you really bury yourself early in the workout. Leg extensions felt the strongest they have in a while and wrapped everything up with my favorite clamshell ab machine.

Few adjustments coming to the cycle sometime this week. Just waiting on the final pieces of last weeks bloodwork to come back before pulling the trigger so I know where exact dosing needs to land.

Anavar: As much as how godlike this makes me feel, I am pulling it out for the middle portion of the cycle. It will make its triumphant return for the final 6 weeks to really polish things off.

Sustanon: Increasing to 500mg/week

EQ: Dosing TBD

Masteron P: Should be landing any day now and will be added in for the remainder of the cycle. Dosing TBD

Cagrilintide: Bumping this up to 2mg/week to get ahead of the food noise. Not sure if the EQ hunger is kicking in, or it just isn't as effective for me as Triz was. Hopefully this gets me to the point where I am not begging for snacks between meals like my cats

Getting strong brother 3rd and 4th set is a big win... essentially warming up with 250!

Failure on the PUSHUPS!! Beast mode soldier style!! Badass chest day brother!! That would make me bleed!!

Failure on pushups is the best... when you lock out and the side of your face hits the floor. Then you wait 10 seconds, restore some ATP and do one more again.

Strength has been bumping for about 2 weeks - EQ should be fully saturated now, and things are kicking into high gear. I can especially tell in my leg workouts.

Strength keeps climbing, lifts keep improving, and these last few weeks in the gym have left me with zero complaints. I know eventually a mediocre workout will sneak in and humble me a bit, but for now I am doing everything I can to keep that at bay - staying locked in on hydration, nutrition, sleep and recovery. Until then, we're full steam ahead like a runway freight train with no brakes!

Pretty laid back day outside of training - nocked out the workout, handled the glamorous adult responsibilities like errands and laundry and called it productive enough. Exciting stuff over here 🀣

Strength keeps climbing, lifts keep improving, and these last few weeks in the gym have left me with zero complaints. Back felt nice and strong again today - I know I sound like a broken record at this point, but its the truth every single time I say it. Strength keeps climbing, lifts keep improving, and these last few weeks in the gym have left me with zero complaints. Everything is moving well, recovery feels on point, and performance has been rolling.

I know eventually a mediocre workout will sneak in and humble me a bit, but for now I am doing everything I can to keep that at bay - staying locked in on hydration, nutrition, sleep and recovery. Until then, we're full steam ahead like a runway freight train with no brakes!

Pretty laid back day outside of training - nocked out the workout, handled the glamorous adult responsibilities like errands and laundry and called it productive enough. Exciting stuff over here 🀣

Also just wanted to say how genuinely grateful I am for all the advice, encouragement, support and interaction that has been flowing in my log. I truly enjoy sharing this journey with all of you, and having people along for the ride makes the process that much more rewarding! Appreciate every one of you!

Overall a solid leg day and a damn good way to kick off the week. Pushed the weight up again on the pendulum squats, so the leg presses suffered a bit afterword. But that's the trade off when you really bury yourself early in the workout. Leg extensions felt the strongest they have in a while and wrapped everything up with my favorite clamshell ab machine.

Few adjustments coming to the cycle sometime this week. Just waiting on the final pieces of last weeks bloodwork to come back before pulling the trigger so I know where exact dosing needs to land.

Anavar: As much as how godlike this makes me feel, I am pulling it out for the middle portion of the cycle. It will make its triumphant return for the final 6 weeks to really polish things off.

Sustanon: Increasing to 500mg/week

EQ: Dosing TBD

Masteron P: Should be landing any day now and will be added in for the remainder of the cycle. Dosing TBD

Cagrilintide: Bumping this up to 2mg/week to get ahead of the food noise. Not sure if the EQ hunger is kicking in, or it just isn't as effective for me as Triz was. Hopefully this gets me to the point where I am not begging for snacks between meals like my cats

Looking forward to see how all this comes together over the next stretch!

@catdadironman I would be very pleased with those numbers and hopefully your cholesterol levels get back to normal if you take a little bit of a break.

Once you ease off on the gear, your numbers will normalize. @catdadironman but overall the numbers look really good.

I am not worried about the skewed numbers - I know Anavar tanks the HLD, so being just below normal isn't problematic - I know it will normalize

Back felt nice and strong again today - I know I sound like a broken record at this point, but its the truth every single time I say it. Strength keeps climbing, lifts keep improving, and these last few weeks in the gym have left me with zero complaints. Everything is moving well, recovery feels on point, and performance has been rolling.

I know eventually a mediocre workout will sneak in and humble me a bit, but for now I am doing everything I can to keep that at bay - staying locked in on hydration, nutrition, sleep and recovery. Until then, we're full steam ahead like a runway freight train with no brakes!

Pretty laid back day outside of training - nocked out the workout, handled the glamorous adult responsibilities like errands and laundry and called it productive enough. Exciting stuff over here 🀣

Also just wanted to say how genuinely grateful I am for all the advice, encouragement, support and interaction that has been flowing in my log. I truly enjoy sharing this journey with all of you, and having people along for the ride makes the process that much more rewarding! Appreciate every one of you!

Well the E2 came in this morning - and EQ seems to have slammed it like the Rock doing the peoples elbow! A bit unexpected as I haven’t noticed a classical low E2 symptoms.

After consulting with @HarleyGuy the following action plan is being implemented:

  • Bump to 500/w Sustanon
  • Lower EQ to 100/w
  • Add in Mast at 200/w
  • Redo bloods in 4 weeks

Any other suggestions are welcome!

i am running EQ at 150 and test c at 400 and it is perfect, but each body is different
 
Man I really want to run EQ, seems like more people keep having E2 crushed from it. At least it's not making you feel like crap yet.

My E2 was kinda high when running TRT dosing - so I went with a 2:1 ratio to start. You can always start with a very modest dose then up it if bloodwork supports an increase

Good shoulder session before work today. Shoulder continues to feel good, so I think the bicep tendon is finally mostly healed up. Looking back on that whole process still makes me cringe a bit....it was such a pain in the ass to work around and train through.

Because of that, I think I will probably stick primarily to machines moving forward. I am progressing really well without needing a ton of free weight work, and the free weight movements I do use became very curated during the healing process: I know what I can do with minimal risk of rehashing that injury. Plus I am long past the ego phase of needing to sling around the heaviest dumbbells in the gym. I am in this to craft my physique...not to powerlift.....and its working.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it right?

Good shoulder session before work today. Shoulder continues to feel good, so I think the bicep tendon is finally mostly healed up. Looking back on that whole process still makes me cringe a bit....it was such a pain in the ass to work around and train through.

Because of that, I think I will probably stick primarily to machines moving forward. I am progressing really well without needing a ton of free weight work, and the free weight movements I do use became very curated during the healing process: I know what I can do with minimal risk of rehashing that injury. Plus I am long past the ego phase of needing to sling around the heaviest dumbbells in the gym. I am in this to craft my physique...not to powerlift.....and its working.

And you are right, if things are healing and you are able to work around it, don’t go messing with the routine and let it heal 100%!!

No excuses on the weather front anymore since its basically summer here now, so I am going to start putting a little more effort into getting some actual cardio in. Last week was biking, and today I went for a quick jog around the neighborhood before work. Nothing crazy fast, just enough to get the ol' ticker working a bit.

I was tempted to take the wheels out since its still my favorite form of cardio, but even in the middle of the day I have had a few close calls with cars and I am not trying to tempt fate over some cardio points.

Other than that, pretty chill day!
