I’m 28 years old and a shift worker. Began training when I was 18 after I finished up my footy career. From there I just trained for a bit of fun and then got a coach at the back end of 2020.

2022 was when I took it more seriously and lived the lifestyle of a bodybuilder and to now being a position to enter a prep!

Will be doing season C this year and will compete in classic physique

First week of dieting this week, so next week I’ll post up some physique pictures and see the comparisons from the first lot. Stay tuned to see them when I do my next check in.



Few minor changes to my daily habits. Food has dropped 1000calories. Meals are still substantially sized so I feel satiated after each meal. The final changes is that Cardio has increased from 4x 15mins up to 5x 20mins per week and 100mcg/day t4 added in also.



Blood work was done on Monday. Will post up the results below. Protocols at time of test was 200test, 100mg primo, 3iu hgh/day

Coach is not concerned with e2, no sides present. Said you find most feel better when there e2 is a bit higher as long as sides don’t come into affect. Not worth using an ai at this point of time. Appreciate your concern but everything is being managed appropriately and professionally

E2 @ 200 is fine brother!! Great for IGF-1 conversation and as you’ve said, if no sides present and vitals are all in check, it’s okay on brother!!!

Thanks LH, yeah for now we keep digging and watch how the body responds both visually and looking at scale weight average across the week

After 2 weeks of dieting we are sitting in the 91.5ish kg range. Roughly a 3kg average of weight lost. Although having that big of a drop isn’t ideal we knew it would happen just with a drop in total food volume with 1000 calories less per day.

Hopefully it’ll be more controlled moving forward and coach will potentially introduce a refeed over the weekend pending my data entries of faster BW over the coming days



Meals are quite substantial and satiating, feel satisfied after each meal. I’ve delayed eating till 9am on my rostered days off work and then my meals are spaced roughly 3 hours apart which is working a treat.



Macros/ Meals are as following



Rice flour- 95g

Blueberries- 115g

Banana- 120g

Almond butter- 17g

Chia seeds- 15g

Whey protein- 29g

SF maple syrup- 20ml

124c, 14f, 40p

785 cals



Cooked chicken- 200g

Jasmine rice- 190g

Beans- 75g

Carrot-75g

Sweet chilli jam- 25g

74c, 8f, 70p

Turkey mince raw- 250g
